If you have received message from School or Qeasily with your Registered Mobile Number and Login PIN, Then ONLY proceed to download and login to the App. Your Registered Mobile Number is your User ID. Your will use this same Mobile Number to login to App and Website on ALL DEVICES Example- You will use this SAME registered mobile number on your Father’s phone, Mother’s Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop etc. The OTP will be always sent on this Registered Mobile Number only. You can login to App or Website using the OTP received on Registered Mobile Number OR by using your permanent Login PIN. Logging to the Qeasily My School’s SmartLearning Android App for First Time Step # Step Instruction You should have received your Login PIN from school or from Qeasily through text/sms message. Step# 1 You will need this for logging in. Step# 2 Download the Qeasily My School’s SmartLearning App from Playstore Step# 3 Step# 4 Launch the App and Step# 5 Enter your Registered Mobile Number You will receive OTP (One-Time-Password) on your Registered Mobile Number. Step$ 6 Get the OT from this mobile number Step# 7 You can login using two methods Method 1- Enter your permanent Login Pin in OTP or Login IN fields OR Enter the received OTP on OTP screen <insert image> Once you entered the App, you will see your school logo within 1 min. From second time onward, you will always see your School’s flash logo while launching the app and school logo at top of every screen in your app. IF YOU DON’T SEE IT….STOP and Contact US.

Common Instructions Most features are simple forms. You already know all the information required to complete the form. Normally it takes only 1-2 min to execute any activity. Normally the activity involves doing only one or two-steps- In Step# 1- We setup the record In Step# 2- We send the record to intended students We can restrict the permission and access as per user role/designation We can customize to remove all not-in-use or not-required activities and features. Setup Basics Setup Basics This is to setup the basic institute structure and other important details such as- Manage Users To add, delete, edit non-student users like Principal, Vice-Principal, Teachers, Trustees, Admin Head and Staff, Management Personnel etc. Manage Students To add, delete, edit student details including Login PIN or Login Number Setup Institute Add or edit Institute details including Logo Setup Schools Add or edit all Schools and details for the Institute Setup Classes Add or edit all grades, standard details Setup Divisions Add or edit all Divisions Institute Planner Add or edit Institute Calendar Holiday List Add or edit the list of Holidays Watch the Video <iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/ysGO6dXXlLA\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Manage Users Purpose- Add, edit, display users Use Manage Users to add new or edit existing Principal, Vice-Principal, Teachers, Admin Head, Trustees, Management Team, and Staff information. All non-student users should be added through Manage Users. Here you can maintain basic information such as name, login number, assigned school and assigned role. You can add Roles under User Management. Standard available roles are- Principal, Vice-Principal, Management, Principal Assistant, Admin Head, and Admin Staff. Time Duration- This activity typically takes 1 to 2 mins Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Manage Users is Main Menu  Setup  Manage Users To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Manage Users. This displays Manage Users screen. Manage Users On this screen, you can Search the Users by their First Name, Last Name, Login Number, email Address by clicking ( ) field. To edit existing User information- Click on pencil (������) icon in from the user under action column. To add new User- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to Add New User screen Add New User On this screen enter required details- Field Name What it is for Salutation Select from dropdown- Mr., Mrs, Ms., Dr. First Name First name of the teacher Last Name Last name of the teacher Login Number Login Number of the teacher Email Address Email Address of the teacher Password Login Password Confirm Password Repeat Login Password Login Pin A permanent pin to be used in place of OTP for log in Birth Date Date of birth Select School Assign teacher to School. You can assign one teacher to multiple schools. Select Role Assign a Role to the User. This decides what access the Teacher will get. Once completed, click on Save. This will show the message Success! User added successfully

IMPORTANT TIPS ― Set up the roles first under User Management so you can assign them while adding Users Manage Students Purpose- Why and where to use Manage Students This is to add, edit, and display all students in your institute. You can use this to edit the Login Number, Login Pin or other such details for the students. This also displays the Student’s engagement summary like how often the app was used, their last login, and time spent on app etc. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Manage Students is Main Menu  Setup  Manage Students To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Manage Students. This displays Manage Students screen. Manage Students On this screen, you can Search the Users by their First Name, Last Name, Login Number, email Address by clicking ( ) field. To edit existing Student information- Click on pencil (������) icon in from the Student under action column or simply click on Student Name. To add new Student- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to “Add New Student” screen After entering search criteria, click on Search button. This displays the list of students per search criteria. The table will display the fields of- Login ID, Student Name, Login Number (in masked format), Class Name, Division Name, Added On, Status, Renewal Date, Last Visit, # Sessions, #Days Visit, Time Spent. 1. Click on Class, in that if you will see already available student in particular Class For Refresh click on Reset button. IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can edit the student’s Login Number or Login PIN if he forgot it or cannot login to App ― Adding Birthdate of the student helps sending then Birthday Wishes and also celebrate it digitally in the App ― You can sort on engagement details to see Top users and who don’t use the App that often.

Setup Institute Purpose- Why and where to Setup Institute This is a ‘ONE-TIME-TASK’ to setup the Institute and to edit Institute information. This is most basic foundational entity. All other objects in App are linked to Institute. This is used to store institute details along with branding material such as App logo, Social Media links, contact us details etc. This may include the Qeasily Coordinator information as well. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Institute To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Institute to displays Institute screen. Institute Here you can edit Institute details by clicking on Edit Institute icon on the top right- Field Name What it is for Status Active or Block Institute Name You can specific Institute Name in three lines. This is specifically done to accommodate Institute Board long names or names with multiple parts. Language Specify this if the Institute is aligned to only one education board Institute Name Comment Medium of teaching Address Fields Contact Details Any comment Contact Persons Slogan This includes Street, City, State, Zipcode, Country, Logo Such as Phone, Fax, email, website, Location Contact person’s name, email, and phone, including Principal, and Administrator Slogan of school Institute Logo. This is used for App, Quiz Certificates, Website etc. Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Institute Information edited successfully Result- After this students can see the edited information in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― Qeasily will help to set this up for you. ― You can change the appearance of your App by simply changing the logo, name, tagline in Institute

Setup School Purpose- To Setup School This is a ‘ONE-TIME-TASK’ to setup all Schools managed by your Institute and to edit individual school information. All schools belong to Institute setup earlier. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Schools To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Schools to displays School screen. School This displays all the Schools belonging to Institute. To update existing school- Click on school name and then click on Edit School icon on the Top right. To add new school, click on icon at the top. This takes you to Display and Edit School Details screen Display and Edit School Details Here you can edit School details by clicking on Edit School icon on the top right- Field Name What it is for Status Active or Block School Name You can specific Institute Name in three lines. This is specifically done to accommodate Address Fields long names or names with multiple parts. Contact Details This includes Street, City, State, Zipcode, Country, Contact Persons Such as Phone, Fax, email, website, Location Contact person’s name, email, and phone, including Principal, and Administrator Once completed, click on Save This will show the message School Information edited successfully Result- After this students can see the edited information in App and Website. Setup Class Purpose- To setup and edit Class/ Standard/ Grades Information This is a ‘ONE-TIME-TASK’ to setup to add, edit the class information. Class is same as Standard or Grade in the school. Class shares same syllabus/ curriculum. Divisions are assigned to Class. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Class To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Class to display Class screen. Class Here you can search all the Classes belonging to School by simply entering search word, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. This displays list of all the classes. To edit existing Class- Click on Class name and then click on Edit Class icon on the top right of the Display and Edit Class Details screen. To add new Class- click on  icon at the top. This takes you to Add Class screen Add Class Here you can add or edit Class details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Class Name Name of the class Class Group Choose class group from dropdown Is Active Active or Inactive Standard, Select from dropdown Standard- I to XII, Board- Education boards, and Medium- Language Board-Medium of instruction Learning Select ‘Common’ if you want to use Learning Content provided by Qeasily. Content Class Select ‘School Developed’ if you want to create your own Learning Content and NOT display the Qeasily content to students REMEMBER- Even if you select ‘Common’, you still can add ‘School Developed’ content. Then the students will display both the Qeasily provided and School Developed content. Description Description of the Class Search Word This is used for searching Class. User Fields Any further information you want to save Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Class added/edited successfully Result- After this students can see the changed information in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS

― You define in Class, if you want to use Qeasily learning content or develop your own or Hybrid Setup Divisions Purpose- To setup and edit Divisions belonging to Class This is a ‘ONE-TIME-TASK’ to setup to add, edit the Division information. All divisions of class share same syllabus, curriculum. Students, Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, and Timetable etc. are assigned to Divisions. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Division To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Division to display Division screen. Divisions This displays list of all the Divisions belonging to School. You can also search Divisions by simply entering search word, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. To edit existing Division- Click on Division name and then click on Edit Division icon on the top right on Display and Edit Division screen. To edit Timetable of the Division- Click on Timetable icon under action in front of the Division. To add new Division- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to Add Division screen Add Division Here you can add or edit Divisions details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Class ID Assign Division to Class Division Title Status Name of the Division Academic Year School Active or Inactive Search Word User Fields School year Assign Division to school This is used for searching divisions. Any further information you want to save Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Division added/edited successfully Result- After this students can see the edited information in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can assign names to the Divisions

― Students, Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, and Timetable etc. are assigned to Divisions.

Setup Holidays Purpose- Why and where to setup the School Holiday List This is an ‘ANNUAL TASK’ to add, edit school holiday list. These days will be considered as non-teaching days. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Holidays To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Setup Holidays to display Holidays screen. Holidays This displays list of all the school Holidays. You can also search Holidays by simply entering search word, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. To edit existing Holiday- Click on Holiday name and then click on Edit Holidays icon on the top right on Display and Edit Holiday screen. To add new Holiday- Click on  icon at the top. This takes you to Add Holiday screen Screen Name Here you can add or edit Divisions details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Name Holiday name to be shown on app Date Date of the holiday Holiday Type Full-day or Partial-day Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Holiday added, changed successfully Result- After this students can see the Holiday List in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can schedule send automated notifications to students informing them of upcoming holidays.

Setup Calendars Purpose- Why and where to Setup Institution, School, and Class Calendar This is an ‘ANNUAL-TASK’ to setup calendars for- Institute, School, and Class. Institute calendar will be applicable to all schools of the Institute. The School calendar will be applicable to entire school (i.e. all Classes). The Class calendar will be applicable to all Divisions of the Class. You can add Holidays, Events, Programs, and Special Days etc. in these Calendars, as applicable. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Calendars To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Setup Calendars to display Calendars screen. Calendars This displays list of all the school Holidays. You can also search Holidays by simply entering search word, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. To edit existing Holiday- Click on Holiday name and then click on Edit Holidays icon on the top right on Display and Edit Calendar screen. To add new Calendar- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to Add Calendar screen Add Calendar Then enter other details such as- Field Name What it is for Choose from dropdown- Institute, School, Class Calendar Type Event title Title Description of the event Description Start Date Start Date End Date End Date Active, Locked Status Any special instructions for participants, parents like Rules, Guidelines etc. Special Instructions Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Calendar added/ edited successfully Result- After this everyone can see the Calendar in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can copy the calendar from one year to next year and just keep the dates. ― Qeasily is committed to help in setting up this for the Schools

Smart Classroom Management Notice Board Purpose- For student, parent communication regarding routine updates from school Notice Board is very widely used and helpful communication tool for teachers, principals, school admins and management to send routine updates to students and parents. Time Duration- This activity typically takes 1 to 2 mins Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Notice Board is Main Menu  Notice Board This is done in 2 steps. In 1st step you create the Notice and then in 2nd step you will send it to students and parents. For the 1st step, from Dashboard, click on Notice Board, this takes you to Notice Board screen. Notice Board Here you see recent 15 notices added and can search for other old Notices by clicking ( ) field. On this screen- To edit existing Notice- Click on Notice name and then click on Edit Notice pencil (������) icon on the top right on Display and Edit Notice screen To add New Notice- click on   icon on the top row. This takes you the screen of Add New Notice Add New Notice Here you can add or edit Notice details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Select the category from dropdown Category Notice Title This is the title of the notice Notice Start Date This is the date from which this Notice will be displayed to students. Remember you Notice End Date can add the notice in advance and it will be shown only from the “Notice Start Date’ Notice Status This is the end date up to which this Notice will be displayed to students and parents Description Notice By Active or Blocked. Only Active Notices will be shown. Notice Images Enter the message of the notice here Add Video Upload Files You can select the teacher, principal, or office who is sending this message. The default will be the user who has logged in. You can add up to 4 images to the notice. You can also upload a short video to the notice You can upload the files to the notice.

Once completed, you have following options to proceed. You can click on Save and Send if you want to add recipient right away and send the notice. OR click Save and Send Later if you want to just save the notice and send it later. OR Cancel if you want to cancel the notice addition. Here we will click on Save and Send Later This displays the message Success! Notice added successfully at the top. This brings us back to Notice Board screen. From here you can send the Notice to intended recipient. For this click on Send under the Action column for the notice you want to send. This takes you to Send Notice screen Send Notice Here you first select the School. A default school may be already selected for you. If you want to send the notice to entire school, then don’t’ select any divisions to the notice. However if you want to send the notice to specific divisions, then select the Divisions from the dropdown. Tip- You can choose multiple divisions, if required. Once selection is completed, click on Send This displays the message Success! Notice sent successfully at the top. You will be able to see the list of all divisions to which the notice was sent at the bottom of this Send Notice screen. This Notice is Already Sent to Following Divisions Result- After this Students can view the Notices in their App or on Website. You can also see the acknowledgements received from students and parents. For this on Notice Board screen- click on Acknowledgement under action for the Notice. It takes you to Notice Acknowledgment Screen Notice Acknowledgement Here can see the list of all the students who have received and acknowledged the notice.

IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can reuse past notices again and again by simply resending them with new Start and End Dates ― If you wrote a notice on blackboard, you can simply take photo of blackboard and send that as notice

Announcement Purpose- For sending simple short text messages to student, parent communication Announcement is very widely used and useful tool for teachers, principals, school admins and management. Use Announcement to send short simple text messages to students and parents. Please note- This is different than notices. In Notices, we send messages that may involve images, videos, and detail long text etc., whereas in Announcements we send short simple text messages. You can only use characters of A-Z and 0-9 numbers in Announcement. You cannot use special characters, as this is sent as Push Notification and Google doesn’t allow Special Characters. The process to add and send Announcement is similar to Notices. Time Duration- This activity typically takes 1 to 2 mins. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Announcement is Main Menu  Announcement This is done in 2 steps. In 1st step you create the Announcement and then in 2nd step you will send it to students and parents. For the 1st step, from Dashboard click on Announcement, this takes you to Announcement screen Announcement Here you see recent 15 Announcements added and can search for other old Announcements by clicking ( ) field. On this screen- To edit existing Announcement- Click on Announcement name and then click on Edit Announcement pencil (������) icon on the top right on Display and Edit Announcement screen To add New Announcement- click on   icon on the top. This takes you to Add Announcement screen. Add Announcement Here you can add or edit Announcement details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Select the category from dropdown Category Announcement Title This is the title of the Announcement Announcement Description Enter the message of the Announcement here Once completed, you have following options to proceed. You can click on Save and Send if you want to add recipient right away and send the Announcement. OR click

Save and Send Later if you want to just save the Announcement and send it later. OR Cancel if you want to cancel the Announcement addition. Here we will click on Save and Send Later This displays the message Success! Announcement added successfully at the top. This brings us back to Announcement screen. From here you can send the Announcement to intended recipient. For this click on Send under the Action column for the Announcement you want to send. This takes you to Send Announcement screen Send Announcement Here you first select the School. A default school may be already selected for you. If you want to send the Announcement to entire school, then don’t’ select any divisions to the Announcement. However if you want to send the Announcement to specific divisions, then select the Divisions from the dropdown. Tip- You can choose multiple divisions, if required. Once selection is completed, click on Send This displays the message Success! Announcement sent successfully at the top. You will be able to see the list of all divisions to which the Announcement was sent at the bottom of this Send Announcement screen. This Announcement is Already Sent to Following Divisions This displays all the students who received this announcement. Result- After this Students can view the Announcement in their App or on Website. IMPORTANT TIPS For Announcements, you CAN NOT get the acknowledgements from students and parents. ― You can get acknowledgement only for Notices. So if you need to check acknowledgement, then use notice instead of Announcements. ― If you want to edit the message after sending Announcement, you can send another correction or follow up Announcement with clarification or further updates

Homework Purpose- To send homework, extra-assignments and grade them Homework is very widely used and very much liked by teachers, and Principals for its effectiveness in managing student’s homework, projects, assignments etc. You can send the Homework by three methods- 1. Just write the description of the homework 2. Just attach the file to the Homework which can be an image of written homework page, a screenshot of blackboard/whiteboard or simple word, excel, or text file etc. 3. Just adding the Qeasily digital content such as Quizzes, Chapter Tests, Online Tests, Flashcard or other learning sections Time Duration- Sending homework should typically take 2-3 mins. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Homework is Main Menu  Homework To start, click Homework from the Dashboard this takes you to Homework screen. Homework Here you see recent 15 Homework added and can search for other old Homework by selecting school, division, subject, teacher, and date by clicking ( ) field. On this screen- To edit existing Homework- Click on Homework name and then click on Edit Homework pencil (������) icon on the top right on Display and Edit Homework screen To add New Homework- click on   icon on the top row. This takes you the screen of Add Homework screen. Add Homework Here you can add or edit Homework details for fields below- Field Name What it is for Select School from the dropdown School Division Select Division from the dropdown Homework Title Subject This is the title of the homework Submission Start Date Subject for which you want to assign the homework Submission End Date From what date students can start submitting the homework. You can send the Homework by three methods- 1. Just write the description of the homework 2. Just attach the file to the Homework which can be an image of written homework page, a screenshot of blackboard/whiteboard or simple word, excel, or text file etc. 3. Just adding the Qeasily digital content such as Quizzes, Chapter Tests, Online Tests, Flashcard or other learning sections. Select the Chapter, Learning Sections, and Sections as required and click on IMPORTANT TIP- Most teachers use the Homework through Digital Content, especially through Chapter Test as it helps to grade the homework automatically saving teachers’ huge time and effort. Once completed, click on Save and Send to Send the Homework This displays the message Success! Homework assigned successfully at the top. And brings back to Homework screen. From here you can send the Homework to students again whenever required. For this click on Send under the Action column for the Homework you want to send. This takes you to Send Homework screen. Send Homework Here select the Divisions check boxes. Tip- You can choose multiple divisions, if required. Once selection is completed, click on Send This displays the message Success! Homework assigned successfully at the top. You will be able to see the list of all divisions to which the Homework was sent at the bottom of this Send Homework screen. This Homework is Already Sent to Following Divisions This displays all the students who received this announcement. Result- After this Students can view the Homework in their App or on Website. Checking the Homework Submission Status and Grading the Homework Now to check Homework Submission status, you can search for the already sent homework on Homework page and then click on the eye (������) icon under Action column, this will take you to Homework Submission screen Homework Submission Here you can see list of students who have submitted the homework. You can also click on eye (������) icon under Action column again each student name to verify or grade the homework. This takes you to Homework Submission Detail screen for that student.

Homework Submission Details On this screen if you scroll down to bottom, you can add the grade or marks, sticker, and comments to the Homework. You can decide to do it only for selected, important assignments.

Attendance Purpose- To take and communicate attendance Attendance is another very widely used and liked tool by Teachers. It helps to record and communicate the attendance under 2mins. Parents come to know of their wards attendance immediately. Attendance tracking helps teachers and parents to track for how many days the student has remained absent till date and his attendance adherence. Time Duration- Taking Attendance should typically take 1-2 mins. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Attendance is Main Menu  Attendance So let’s see how you can take and send the attendance quickly and easily. To start, click Attendance from the Dashboard this takes you to Attendance screen. Attendance Here you can search for available Attendance by selecting school, division, date, or by student name by clicking ( ) field. To take Attendance, Select School, Division, and Date. Then click on Take Attendance This displays the list of all Students in that selected Division with 4 buttons under Mark Attendance column in front of each student as below Short Meaning What it is for Form This indicates Present. As majority of the students are present everyday, this option P Present selected as default. So all students are marked present by default. This is shown in GREEN. A Absent This indicates Absent. Click here to for students who are absent. This is shown in RED LA Late This indicates Late Arrival. This is for students who Arrived Late on that day. This is Arrival shown in ORANGE. ED Early This indicates Early Dismissal. This is for students who plan to Leave Early that day or can Dismissal be marked later as well if they Leave Early due any reasons. This is shown in YELLOW. You can scroll down the screen to view and mark the attendance for all the students in the division. Once completed, click on Save at the top to record the attendance. This displays the message at top- Success! Attendance saved successfully Result- After this Students can view their Attendance in their App or on Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― If the Student is marked as Absent, we can also sent automatic notification to their Parents about the absenteeism.

― Additionally if the student cross 5 absent days in a year, we can automatically send the message to parents informing same. Behaviour Purpose- To send messages to Parents & Students for any reason, mainly for behaviour. Behaviour is extremely convenient and valuable tool for teachers to send messages to parents for good or NOT-good behavior from students. Many times Teacher wants to easily send the message to student’s parents on their behavior but current manual systems are cumbersome, slow, and ineffective. With this Behaviour feature teachers can quickly send the compliments or student improvements needed with simply push of a button in App. Time Duration- Sending Behaviour or other messages to parent should typically take 2-3 mins. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Behaviour is Main Menu  Behaviour So let’s see how you can send messages to parents on student’s Behaviour quickly and easily. To start, click Behaviour from the Dashboard. This takes you to Behaviour screen. Behaviour From this screen you can send the messages and also search past messages by clicking ( ) field. First let’s try sending messages. For this you can select the school from dropdown, if not pre-selected for you, and then select on the division from dropdown for which you want to send the messages. Then click on Send Messages (if you want to send messages to students) This displays list of students in selected Division. PLEASE NOTE- This shows the count of Complement and Improvement Needed messages sent for each student Here select all the students to whom you want to send the message. Then select the Thumbs Up ( ) icon at the top to Add Complement message This opens new fields will appear with title Select and Send Complement Message Here select the Short Message from dropdown and add comments. If you don’t have Short Message you want to use, then select Other and add your comments. Once completed, click on SAVE at the bottom. This will display the message at the top- Success! Complement message Sent Successfully Result- After this Students can view the message sent in their App or on Website.

SAME PROCESS can be followed to send Improvement Needed messages To send Improvement Needed messages select the Thumbs Down ( ) Icon at the top to Add Improvement Needed Message This opens new pop-up window with title “Select and Send Improvement Message” Here select the “Short Message” from dropdown and add comments. If you don’t have Short Message you want to use, then select “Other” and add your comments. Once completed, click on SAVE button at the bottom. This will display the message at the top- Success! Improvement Needed Message Sent Successfully Result- After this Students can view the message sent in their App or on Website. Searching Past Messages. On this Behaviour screen, if you want to search messages sent earlier then click on Search Past Messages- This displays list of all messages sent in past for students in selected Division along with date on which the message was sent. Here to delete existing Message Click on message name and then click on Dustbin ( ) icon in the same row. IMPORTANT TIPS ― If you want to see already sent message for particular student; then in Action Tab in front of Student Name click on Eye Icon. ― This will show the messages sent to that student and the date on which it was sent.

Live Classroom Purpose- To schedule Live Online Classroom sessions Live Classroom is for setting up Live Online Learning Sessions and communicating the meeting link to the entire class. This is the best way to reach out to ALL Required students at once and organize all your Live Classroom sessions. Students can launch these meeting right from App or using the Website. You can send the link for all popular meeting tools of- WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet, Jio Meet, Skype, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams Time Duration- Scheduling Live Classroom sessions should typically take 2-3 mins. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Live Classroom is Main Menu  Live Classroom So let’s see how you can schedule Live Classroom sessions quickly and easily. Meeting This is the actual meeting Password or PIN from your web conferencing application Password After completing this information, you have three options to proceed- Option 1- click on Save and Send to Save the record and send to students OR Option 2- Save and Send Later to only save the meeting setup without adding the students. If you select this, you can always come back add students later. OR Click on Cancel to cancel the meeting setup If you select Option 1- This takes you to Add Participants screen. Add Participants On this screen- Select School name from dropdown (this may be already selected for you) and then select the Divisions for which we want to send this invite Then click on Add. This adds the selected divisions to the meeting invite and will be displayed in table below. It also display the message at top Success! Participants Added Successfully Result- After this Students can view the added Live Classroom in their App or on Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― Tell your students, participants that they can set the reminders in their phones, app for the Live Classroom sessions ― The App can setup Reminder notification for each Live Classroom so all participants will get notification before e.g. 30mins prior to meeting.

Messages Purpose- To check the messages sent by students and parents Student Messages is for checking the messages sent by students or parents to teachers. This is a simple communication tool by which Parents can write to teachers for any reasons such as Leave Application, Compliments for doing good job etc. Time Duration- Depending on number of messages, this should typically take 2-3 mins Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Messages is Main Menu  Messages So let’s see how you can display Messages quickly and easily. To start, click Messages from the Dashboard. This takes you to Messages screen Messages This displays the recent 20 messages. For older messages received in the past, you can search them by using student name, division, reason, or date by clicking ( ) field. On this screen you can filter the messages by selecting the school name from dropdown and then selecting the Division and clicking Search Messages This displays the list of all the messages received for that selected Division. Result- You have read the Messages sent by Students and Parents. IMPORTANT TIPS ― Currently there is no way to reply back to parents. We have purposely not provided it as this may start long two-way communication like emails.

Learning Videos Purpose- Create and share your own Learning Videos with your students Use Learning Videos to upload your own class recording, personal teaching videos, additional explanation videos etc. Once your record your video for a chapter or topic, you need not change it till the syllabus/curriculum stays same. Hence it’s very useful to record your videos once and use it for a long time. Time Duration- Uploading Learning Video should typically take 1-2 mins. However preparing/recording the video may take much longer depending on teaching topic. Timetable Purpose- Add Timetable for each Division or Batch This is ANNUAL TASK, normally done once a year where you can setup the Timetable for the whole year for division. Time Duration- To create Timetable for one Division annually should typically take 2-3 mins. Monitor Lost and Found Purpose- This is to monitor reported lost and found items This is activity is to only monitor the reported Lost and Found items. To actually report the items as Lost or Found, everyone should use the Student view of the app. Anyone at school students, teachers, or staff can report the lost and found items. This is very useful to locate lost or misplaced items in school premises, classrooms, library, lab, ground, or in computer lab. Time Duration- Reviewing Lost and Found items should be quick task. Gallery Purpose- To share audio, videos for school events and happenings This is to share the school events and happenings to students and parents. This can be assigned to your Institute, School, Class, or Division. Once added, you can setup Notifications for reminding the targeted students of added photos and videos. Time Duration- To add new album and include images and videos should typically take 3-4 mins. Class Purpose- This displays all the students in one Division This is to display all students in the Division. Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access Class is Main Menu  Class So let’s see how you view My Class quickly and easily. To display Class information- click Class from the Dashboard. This takes you to Class screen Class PLEASE NOTE- This screen is same as Manage Student. However, here you can only view the Class information assigned to you. Here you can search for the students in the by Name, School, and Division. After entering search criteria, click on Search button. This displays the list of students per search criteria. The table will display the fields of- Login ID, Student Name, Login Number (in masked format), Class Name, Division Name, Added On, Status, Renewal Date, Last Visit, # Sessions, #Days Visit, Time Spent. For Refresh click on Reset button. IMPORTANT TIPS ― This is the best way for Students & Parents to get names of all class mates

Permissions and Access Control Roles Purpose- This is to setup permissions and access to various activities A user role defines permissions for users to perform a group of activities. Anyone who is not assigned the defined role cannot perform those tasks. Example- Principal maybe able to view, edit all information for a school but teachers will not have that access. Only admin staff may get permission to add new students.
