Before deciding to dedicate my life to design, I have worked for +15 years as brand marketing strategist in client-side brand teams, brand consultancies and start-ups. I led multidisciplinary teams and helped global top category brands to innovate and communicate with their targets in the most varied territories. Collaborated with the team at Fran Hickman Design to develop a kitchen and bedroom redesign for a mews house in Notting Hill. The place was challenging in terms of space and budget, requiring maximum levels of creativity and attention to details. Restructured the physical and digital library at Maddux Creative, gaining deep knowledge on materials, soft furnishing, furniture and lighting. Led the Brand Marketing team in the United States, as Head of Marketing for LetGo (unicorn start-up). Managed a $100 million annual advertising budget and a team of 6 managers in Miami, 2017. On agency side, worked with global FMCG brands such as Dove, Magnum, Arla, Carlsberg, Pepsico, among others in over 25 countries. Brand creation, product innovation, positioning development and moderation of ideation workshops and qualitative research. On client side, started marketing career in Unilever, working in brand development for Sunsilk, Dove and Sure. Developed all aspects of the Marketing Mix for Latin America with focus on Brazil as a key country.
