CWOOFEFRAIPCVOEERATE LEHI, UT 180,000 SF 6 FLOORS Weave is a young company focusing on medical and dental software, their building and space is reflective of their business operations — clean, functional and forward thinking. Taking 5 floors of the 6 story office building, the spaces consist of open office, private collaboration and huddle rooms, board room areas and breakout spaces. The first floor acts as branding, experience, and amenity level — this consists of a concierge like reception area, large gym, coaching rooms, dining and serving areas and a company all hands training area.



CGOARMDPNAENRY BOISE, IDAHO 3,874 SF Design to change the way employees work and collaborate, Gardner Company office sought to reflect both the identity and their culture with a design. The new space incorporates industrial feel with open ceiling and concrete design elements with timeless materials such as marble-like stone. The black and white pallet also acts as a timeless color pallet with play of textures on the wall and flooring. Frameless glass, smooth finishes, and wood accents throughout the space keep the aesthetic modern and warm yet timeless.



ABEDSYCGEENTIAL Edge by Ascential (formerly One-Click Retail) is an international brand based out of the UK. This meant DRAPER, UTAH designing a space that was consistent with the mother brand, but also evolving into a new standard for a local brand and its employees. This is a company that revolves around collaboration, which meant we needed to respond with a design that had open space, strong circulation and large community areas for both work and play. Additionally, we focused on creating “pods” of workspace that were inboard of the exterior glass walls, this allowed natural light to all of their employees.



OCOKLNASNTDRUCTION Okland Construction’s Boise corporate office needed to communicate excellence, professionalism and passion. It also BOISE, IDAHO had to be a celebration of materiality and the built environment. 2,295 SF With strong graphic quality and balanced use of company colors, the design packs a solid visual punch. Pops of Okland’s brand yellow against dark gray and white create a high-contrast, bold aesthetic in the lobby. The work areas feature beautifully revealed aggregate in polished concrete floors. Hard materials, open ceilings, continuously glazed walls and open workstations embraced an industrial aesthetic but presented an acoustical challenge. The challenge turned to opportunity when we introduced 3-Form acoustical lighting fixtures - a design-forward, innovative product integration. The lighting created strong visual interest and solved a significant problem.



SSUOMTHMEIBTY’S DRAPER, UTAH Sotheby’s is a realty firm that specializes in high-end residential properties. The nature of their business requires a very dense layout of enclosed private offices for individual Realtors and their clients. The challenge was to create an environment of confidentiality that segregated the private offices from the remaining areas of the space. Focusing on interconnecting views, the design team lined the perimeter with private offices but included large areas of glazing – this allowed the natural light to be brought from the exterior and filter into the inner spaces. Additionally, to reinforce the segment of real estate they target, finish selections blended residential comfort and commercial style.



SSUOMTHMEIBTY’S Sotheby’s Sugar House location took the company’s needs of dense layout and married it with an alternative take on what SUGAR HOUSE, UTAH a typical office layout could be. With angular approach and 10,000 SF circulation, the residents of the office experience and added layer of security all while bringing an additional design element that fits the companies culture.
