WARRANTY RETURN POLICY Modern Home Products has a number of items that we replace under warranty. RMA NUMBER For all returns you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from your distributor or directly from Modern Home Products. Additional information will need to be obtained before any item is replaced or credited under MHP’s warranty policy. 1. Original bill of sale or grill must be registered with MHP 2. Serial Number 3. Model 4. MHP will need date of purchase, serial number, model & warranty cause referenced on warranty P.O.’s. 5. Photos of items to be warrantied may be required to expedite the warranty process. Below is a list of items that will need to be returned F.O.B. to MHP before credits or replacements are sent. If needed, warranty invoices will have 90 day terms providing ample time for return to receive credit.
