LEARN PRACTISE & IMPLEMENT™ AUGMENTED REALITY – GUIDED OPERATION IN INDUSTRY 23 to 25 May 2022 Organised by: Funded by:
Augmented Reality (AR) is an enhanced version of the real world by superimposing visual graphics in addition to what we see through devices such as smartphones, tablets, or even wearable devices. AR has application in areas such as guided operations, remote assistance, training, real-time machine data visibility and space/layout planning. When the right information is displayed to the user at the right time, not only can it reduce errors from occurring, but it can also boost the confidence of the user and improve productivity. About this Programme This course focuses on the application of Augmented Reality in the industrial setting. In the 3-day session, you will be learning and applying topics such as the common AR applications, selection criteria when choosing devices and software, and design considerations. You will be equipped to find the solution that best suits your company infrastructure and problem statements when implementing AR in your company. The course features hands-on sessions where you will develop your own AR mobile application using the leading tools in the market for AR development: Unity and AR Foundation.
