Since the early years of working of university the chair took its independent practice as a solitary branch of subjects. N.D. and Makaev V were founders of the faculty of Pedagigics and Psychology. Between 2007-2009 M.T.Kuchkarov was chairman in the chair of Psychology. There was established Postgraduate Education department under the chair since 2005. Number of graduate students of Post graduate education such as O.Kadirova, F.Saidova and M.Dumarov are still working in the staff of the chair as teachers.
