EOFY – Brain Breaks As EOFY approaches you may find you’re taking fewer breaks and spending more time at your desk. As part of our commitment to supporting our staff through this busy period, we have continued to facilitate “brain breaks” in the lead-up to EOFY. The focus has been on maintaining balance and allowing yourself the opportunity to step away from your desk to recharge. This week we arranged a morning tea spread, hired a foosball table (for the week) and put out some treats for a little sugar hit pick-me-up. We hope you have taken some of these opportunities to recharge. We encourage you to maintain physical activity, healthy eating and water intake.
