Jamie Keating Culinary, Inc. is the exclusive caterer and management firm for the RiverMill Event Centre, therefore we do not allow outside caterers. We can customize any menu to your exact preference and budget. Can we choose our vendors or do you work exclusively with a certain set? The RiverMill Event Centre has an open-door policy regarding outside vendors and encourage our clients to find the perfect vendor to meet their needs. Are the menu options set or can I customize my selections? Jamie Keating Culinary, Inc. can customize any menu to suite your palate and we are excited to challenge our culinary team with new ideas and offerings. Do you have a space for me to get ready? Yes, we will provide one bride’s room complete with a full length mirror, seating, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. How do I book my wedding date? To secure your room and date, we will require a signed contract and retainer fee that is equal to the room rental of your selected space. Can we bring our own alcohol? Jamie Keating Culinary, Inc. holds an exclusive liquor license for the RiverMill Event Centre property. We carry all required insurance and therefore can provide a variety of bar services to meet your needs.
