The main types of MH concerns addressed by Counselors and other MH Professionals across all ES, MS and HS campuses: Stress Anxiety/Depression Suicidal Ideation Cutting/Self-Harm Homicidal/Hospitalization Drug Related Self-Harm Emotional & Mental Health Concerns Addressed 2021-2022 Total number of identified & addressed mental health concerns by counselors across ALL ES, MS and HS campuses: 1

2021-2022 End of Year Impact Report Hays CISD Dept. of Counseling, SEL and CCR TCHATT Telemedicine (Dell Medical) *Fall 2021 Utilization Report and End of Year 2022 Utilization Data Report 173 Students referred/accessed TCHATT 689 Total Telemedicine Appointments 86 Additional Campus Liaison Consultations NOTE: While the counseling/therapy sessions are provided by Dell Medical Psychologists and 2 Therapists, it does require a high time commitment from the school counselor to complete/submit paperwork for referral, schedule and participate in the intake session and monitor each telemedicine session that is held on the campus, during the school day. 2021-2022 End of Year Impact Report Hays CISD Dept. of Counseling, SEL and CCR Ligthspeed Alerts and Hays Hopeline (Self-Harm alerts addressed) NOTE: There have been a significant number of Self-Harm cases that have required counselors and MH Social Workers to address on campuses particularly MS and HS on an regular basis. May of these cases are related to SUICIDAL IDEATIONS and/or NSSI. More than half of the Violence related Lightspeed alerts are False Positive cases which often times are school assignment related (so those cased do not need much time/resources to review and close case). Hays HOPELINE Tips -Case Management 143 Tip Messages/Cases reported in the areas of Personal Crisis, Bullying, Cyber-Bullying and Harassment. 3

2021-2022 End of Year Impact Report Hays CISD Dept. of Counseling, SEL and CCR Academic Counseling/Advising 7th Grade Advising, Begin 5-Year Plans and Course Selection 8th Grade Advising, 5-Year Plans/HS Planning, and Course Selection 9th -11th Grade Advising, Revisit Graduation Plans and Course Selection 12th Grade On-Track-to-Graduate Advising, Post-Secondary Planning: College/Career Exploration, Application and Financial Aid (FAFSA) END OF YEAR REPORT June 15, 2022 Social Emotional Learning (SEL) End-Of-year Report *Most of the direct support to campus SEL teams provided by ESSER SEL Specialist (Tracy Mayhue) during her first semester -spring 2022 4

Green ES ● Planned and organized the Psychological First Aid Training days as well as collaborated on revising our Hays CISD Crisis Notebook for Counselors 22-23 ESSER MH Professional/Crisis Response Support *Lindarae Johnson ● Main point of contact for Lightspeed Alerts and providing case follow-up and walking next steps with campus contacts ● Available for consultation and staffing meeting to support campus teams ● Put together our Community Resource Notebook ● Collaborated in revising and updating our Hays CISD Crisis Notebook HCISD Counseling Dept. 2021-2022 End of Year Impact Report Hays CISD Dept. of Counseling, SEL and CCR College and Career Readiness –Class of 2022 Scholarship Totals for Class of 2022 Total dollar amount of academic scholarships awarded to Class of 2022 (district-wide) HHS: $2,158,144.00 HAYS CISD TOTAL: JHS: $2,867,098.00 $13, 097,512.00 LHS: $8,072,270.00 Senior and Junior Surveys –Through UT Ray Marshall Center 6 98% of Class of 2022 Seniors Completed their Senior Survey -which captures post-secondary plans and any additional supports needed 55% of all Juniors completed their Survey and additional efforts are being done during Summer Melt 2022 HCISD Counseling Dept.
