SHARVIN KUMAR First, I think that SSE/SSEHV has given me A/L PREMKUMAR the knowledge and the ability to experience and see things in a different way. Apart from the teachings on the religion, I guess I have been able to respect the cultures and religions of various people. SSE/SSEHV has helped to become more mature. I have realised that I have met many good people and made new friends. BONDING was the key. I learnt to mingle around people and be social. My contribution would be to give back to the SSSIO in any possible form. It would surely be a pleasure for me to indulge or involve in any activities conducted by the SSSIO. Finally, I would like to thank everybody that had been by my side since the beginning. Big Love. I have been a part of SSE since I was SHASMITHAA A/P 12. There are so many things that I’ve THIAGARAJAN learnt and am still learning. Balvikas classes helped me to be a better person , it also motivated me when there was a performance or any presentations. Personally I feel that parents should send their child for spiritual classes as they would learn a lot of new things that we as parents should teach. Before joining SSE classes I thought that only my religion or beliefs is better than the others. Once I get to know more about the other culture my opinion changed and it was for a good purpose. I started to accept people's opinions and thoughts before jumping conclusions. I thank my parents for sending me to SSE classes.
SHATRRUGHAN SSE has taught me many lessons that A/L have helped me in my life. Few of the lessons I learnt were as simple as how to PATHMANATHAN choose your right friends which really helped me in college, delayed gratification which helped me to focus on my studies and then have my fun later on, the law of attraction and positive mindset which did happen for me when I practiced it. I've always looked up on my gurus and I wanted to be one as well. I would like to help the younger ones just like how my gurus did for me. The thing that makes me the happiest is by helping others feel better and see them happy and if I graduate I know I'll do a good job and I'll always participate in any events. This program has benefited me in SHEVANES A/P many ways. I learnt a lot of good RAGUPATHY human values.I learn to respect all human beings regardless of who they are.I also learnt to give out my best when I am doing something. After my graduation,I would like to do more services programs. I would like to get myself more involved in service programs and do my best to serve people with a good heart and pure intention.
SHOANDEEP It’s funny how one day you are just a little kid RADHAKRISHNAN starting your SSE classes and the next thing you know, you're at the vibrant age of 18 ready to graduate. I am extremely thankful for being able to take my journey from beginning to end with the utmost influence of Sai from a delicate age. These classes made me the person I am today. I learned the importance of serving others and sharing your gains with the world, the value of Leadership not only in the household but in every aspect of our lives. SSE/SSEHV thought me the essence of the Hindu Religion and how it all started, managing temper and guiding others, handling emotions and respecting everyone, caring for our wonderful planet Earth, how to enjoy life at its best, and most importantly, how to always place God in everything we do. Many around us are not as fortunate to be able to learn about all of this at such a young age. I believe, with the utmost gratitude to the SSE/SSEHV classes, I'll be able to spread positivity to everyone. Thank you for this amazing journey which I'm eternally grateful for and to a brighter future ahead. Sai Ram. I have been involved in the SSE programme SHREYA A/P from the age of 5. From my early days, this VENKATESWARAN involvement has brought a significant and positive influence in my life which continues to this day. The programme has taught me a lot about the importance of the core values espoused by Swami and how to practise these values in each and every aspect of my daily life. These teachings and values have always guided me in making the right decisions at key moments. These SSE classes taught me that there is something more to education than just academic achievements. This philosophy has shaped my thinking, attitude, beliefs and character. This learning also involved extra-curricular activities which helped to improve my social, communication and leadership skills. Additionally, it wasimpressed upon me that we should always treat others the same way we expect to be treated. This taught me to see only the good in others.
SSEHV programme has always been my favourite and a class that I've always looked forward to. The SSEHV programme has benefited me in various ways. It has been the main ground that built my character, the confidence level in me and the way I see and handle things. Next, SSEHV is the platform that taught me to chant mantras,vedas and to sing bhajans. Furthermore, I've gained many experiences through the service activities , competitions and performances held in the SSEHV programme. Last but not least, SSEHV has given me friends who have become family. Apart from that, once I graduate, I would like to S R I S A I Y A S H O D A contribute to the SSIO as much as I can. Firstly, I would volunteer myself to become a SSEHV VENGATESH Guru and share the knowledge that I've gained with the others. I would also volunteer and participate in activities organised by SSIO and contribute as much as I can. Finally, I will try my best to always follow Swami's teachings, especially the nine codes of conduct. Our values are important because they help us SSUVETHA A/P R grow and develop ourselves. They help us to VISVANATHAN create the future I want to experience. The decisions we make are a reflection of our values and beliefs, and they are always directed toward a specific purpose. That purpose is the satisfaction of our individual or collective needs.SSE/SSEHV has benefited me for my holistic development as that is essential to edge in the global scenario. It has helped me face the outer world with the night attitude by building and developing my character, personality and spiritual life. It has helped me to handle every situation and problems faced with maturity as well as to take my own decision without any hesitation. SSE/ SSEHV classes have given me a positive direction to shape my future and help me know the purpose of my life. It has also helped me enhance my human values to understand the perspective of life in a better way and lead a successful life. I would contribute to SSSIO by joiningupcoming charity events. I would also get myself involved with events held by SSSIO and as a form of gratitude I would spread the teachings I got by living as an example.
I have connected with Sai and learn many moral values. I will contribute to the SSSIO by doing sevas and any of the programmes. SUGUMARI A/P RAVICHANDRAN It has been an outstanding learning experience SURYAVARMAN for the last 5 years of my life in the Sathya Sai A/L ANNADURAI Baba Organization. Not only did I learn moral principles, it motivated me to be a better person in order to boost my personal growth. It molds me, in real life, to face obstacles. For the last 3 years of my life, my life has been going smoothly, learning to control my thoughts, distinguish between good and bad deeds, and much more.I wondered why I had to learn these activities to improve myself, even though my life and studies were going smoothly. Then, I realized that for 2 years I had to join the military and I began to go into depression, lack of time management and even constant bullying. Even though it was difficult, Sathya Sai Baba's teachings helped me get through these obstacles and made me an even better person. After graduation, I will do my best to support any activities organized by the organization of Sathya Sai Baba. I will help my teachers lead classes and share my teachings with the younger generations and help them to go through their life obstacles or solve their problems.
SUVANEESH A/L Throughout my SSEHV programme that I have been VELAUTHAM attending, I have learnt tonnes of lessons, Swami's teachings, literature, and etc. In the many wonderful learnings I have obtained, the 9 point code of conduct has very much impacted my life as my teachers have constantly been educating and reminding me to preach. One of the 9 code of conducts, attend at least once a month for the group devotional singing organised by the center has caught my attention and I have unknowingly been practising this till date. From attending the weekly bhajans in various centres I have actively been attending the bhajans and I feel there is no better way of me staying connected with swami. Hence, there begins my music journey, proudly and happily to have said this it all started from attending the balvikas. I am also glad that I have chosen the right path at this teenage life of mine , where to choose to continuously be in Swami's beautiful journey. This has benefited me in many ways , namely as I have committed to serve and worship Swami , where I chose bhajan singing/ music as a way for me to keep me away from the negative environment. I would like to contribute by being an exemplary teenage individual who can balance both their academic and spiritual life. SSE has benefited me in a way to control TASHA A/P and manage my emotions such as anger, SUBRAMANIAM sadness and many other emotions. Example, I have learned to stay calm in every situation. Firstly I would think for a minute and then react to take decisions. By making fast decisions, this would carry things in a different way that would be affected. Other than that, I even learnt the qualities of becoming a leader. As we have to start being a leader by doing service activities organised by our young generation. So, the things we have learned in SSE will be useful in our future. Moreover, as a balvikas student since 7, I learned many mantras that would be useful in our hard times and can be chanted everyday at home because each and every mantra has their own meaning. It was part of SSE also to learn bhajan songs so that we can practice singing. It has benefited us a lot in our daily life.
THANUSHA A/P This SSE programme has really benefited SIVALINGAM me in many ways for an example being a respectful, honest and helpful person in my life. I really like to be a part of the SSIO even after graduating. I’m also teaching the students in the center for a few months and I will still continue to teach the students in the centers as a contribution. I’m also applying the values that have been taught by my gurus in the future. I’m really very proud and thankful to be a Sai student. Sai ram. The SSE programme has benefited THARANITHARAN me in many ways. It has helped me to become A/L CHANDRAN a leader and to take responsibilities. Besides, the teachings in SSE regarding Hindu culture has helped me to understand the depth and the roots of my culture. SSE has also been a platform for me to show my talents by attending competitions and by doing so, made me more confident to face the real world. SSE has surely made me stronger mentally to face the challenges in life and to overcome them the correct way as per Swami’s teachings. After graduation, I will contribute to SSSIO by participating in centre and state bhajan sessions as I can play the Tabla, Harmonium, and I can sing as well. This way, I can connect to Swami through bhajans and at the same time contribute to SSSIO by sharing the gift that Swami has given me. Other than that, I would also become a Balvikas teacher. By doing so, I would give back what I gained from SSE to the upcoming generation in a fun approach to ensure the students learn and become a SSE student whole-heartedly and joyfully. THARESH NAIDU SSE classes have helped me by teaching A/L NAIDU me spiritual values. SSE classe has helped me become someone great. I get to realise what's bad and what's good at a young age. The knowledge I gain from SSE classes can't be obtained anywhere else. SSE classes benefitted me by teaching me the 5 values which are Peace , Truth , Love , Right Conduct and Non-Violence. The SSEHV has helped me improve my life THEJAS GRITHAR in many ways from dealing with anger NAIR issues, to dealing with difficult people around me. Through SSEHV, I have learnt many lessons that I have found useful to help me in many of my daily endeavours. I believe that I can contribute to the SSSIO by using the lessons that have been taught by my guru's to help spread the teachings of Bhagawan to those who need it the most. I have helped many people solve difficult problems through my abilities of problem solving by thinking rationally and proper judgement of each situation by putting myself in another person's shoes. I believe that this ability that I have gained to be helpful and should be enlightened to many people today, because nowadays, people act based on their emotions first and that could lead to unwanted outcomes for any party.
THEVAMURUGAN Sai Ram.I had attended the SSE programme for 11 years. The A/L TAMIL KODI SSE Programme has benefited me in many ways. It has helped me in my growth towards my spiritual and personal life.After attending the SSE programme, I have learnt to carry out prayer sessions and about Gods. From this,I have realised the importance of God's creation. I am also able to teach my siblings to carry out prayer sessions at home.Then, I have also learnt to respect my parents. Parents are the most important people in our lives. Having their blessings are one of the many important things to have a wonderful life. Other than that, I have also learnt to respect my teachers and gurus.They gave us education on our spiritual life and social life.We should not forget their services in our life.Moreover, the SSE programme has taught me human values such as truth, righteousness, peace,love and non-violence.Swami has said 'End of education is character’. So,I have built my character to be a true human being. The SSE Programme helps me to recognise the Divinity that is inherent in me.Moreover, I have also learnt to do service to society. As Swami said, Seva (selfless service) can be identified by means of two basic characteristics: compassion and willingness to sacrifice. I am ready to do service for our society as a contribution to the SSIO after graduation. I would love to contribute to the SSIO after graduation in many ways. I would like to help conduct cultural events and activities in the centre.Then,I would also like to join social activities such as blood donation and visiting the old folks home.I would also like to be involved in spreading awareness and inspiring my actions on environmental issues that’s affecting our planet today. SSE has been taught to be one of the VAISHNAWI most important things in life , which I SANJAYAN quote \"whatever has happened is for the best , whatever is happening is for the best and whatever shall happen is for the best\". This is a simple quote but it runs deep. I do not regret anything in life but yet each decision I make , I learn something from it. Another thing that I learnt from my guru , Aunty Anu , is that she has taught me to explore my thoughts and question things in life, it has really expanded my understanding on things. Relating back to what I just said, I feel the best way for me to give back to SSE is by having open discussions with the upcoming youths . I think this is especially important in today's ever expanding world , where there are so many questions which are still not yet answered .
VEENASRI AUM SRI SAI RAM Being a student at Matang DAMALINGGAM Jaya, Chinnakannu Sai Nilayam and being the oldest student presented me with many opportunities to participate in all centre activities and hold responsible positions. I was made the student leader in the centre. The gurus gave me a lot of motivation and entrusted me with guiding my juniors. I was also entrusted with the centre keys. I used to do centre cleaning and altar decorations. I used my bicycle which was given to me as an award for active participation, sense of responsibility, good character and good attendance, to ferry the other children who lived in the housing area to the centre for BalVikas classes. I had the opportunity to attend several motivation classes and I actively participated in field trips. On the whole I feel I was blessed to be part of the SSEHV Programme which moulded me and made me who I am today. I wish to take this opportunity to thank all my gurus who have been a beacon in my life and for guiding me all these year.Jai Sai Ram. It's been 13 years since I have been in VENESH RAO A/L Balvikas and in these years it has NAGESVARA RAO been a wonderful journey with the teachers and youths. I would like to thank each and everyone that has been a part of this journey by teaching me Swami's teachings and getting to know more about Hinduism. It has benefited me in my daily life, for example before going to school everyday we must pray at the altar and this routine disciplined me and has taught me how to handle things in life and how to give respect to the elderly people. VIMAL A/L The SSEHV program has helped me learn INDRAKUMAR alot from mantras, bhajans, spiritual knowledge to learn more about my own self. Not only spiritual learning, I've managed to partake in many activities like onstage drama acting, event hosting and public speaking through my SSEHV. I'm very glad to have had these experiences as it has let me overcome my fear of stage fright and also helped me build myself as to who I am today. I've also learnt/found the joy it gives me to do seva through my SSEHV program. After my graduation I would like to continue to do more and more seva through SSSIO and help by volunteering to any activities conducted or to be part of the planning team. SSE/SSEHV classes have helped me a VINOSHA A/P lot not only in shaping me and SIVADEV making me into a better person but also teaching me a lot of new skills that are very important in life nowadays. Being in SSE and SSEHV classes for almost 12 years, it really helps me in choosing a good friend and making the right choice in daily life. SSE/SSEHV classes have also taught me how important it is to practice the 5 human values in our daily life which are Sathya, Dharma, Shanti, Prema and Ahimsa. Furthermore, SSE/SSEHV classes have given me an opportunity to do seva and help others. I will be able to contribute to SSSIO after graduation by taking part in the preparation and attending the bhajans and programmes held.
SSE/SSEHV programme has helped me throughout my life in many ways. The people that I have met here will always have a special place in my heart not only because of the memories I share with them but also because of the values they have taught me. Throughout my journey as a SAI student I have learnt on ways to approach life. My attitude has changed for the better and I can bravely say that I have become an asset to society through the knowledge that I have gained. My contributions would not only be limited toward being a helping hand in the many activities organized by the SSSIO but I too hope to one day teach a class of students. Being a part of SSE, was a journey that I will YAMINI A/P cherish for the rest of my life. A journey SAARAN filled with experiences, growth and lessons that made me the person who I am today. Growing up with immense support from the SSE community was essential because looking back without the support I wouldn't have been able to overcome a lot of challenges that were faced. SSE wasn't just a guide to spiritual awakening, it was the very embodiment of character building, moral thinking ,tenacity and discipline to become a youth that is of value to society. I believe as a graduate, I should begin my service from where it all began. I look forward to contributing to center activities and being someone that the gurus , my brothers and sisters can rely on. I am also very much interested and intend to offer my support in the Darts and Rose program and would like to change the stigma that society has especially towards the younger generation.
YASASVINI I first joined SSE classes when I was 6. KURAPATI These classes ensured that I was equipped VENKATA to face the world and taught me how to live my life while following values. I was also taught to think clearly while facing difficult situations and I am grateful to have been taught how to treat people with empathy. Our Bhagwan Baba said “Start the day with love, spend the day with love,fill the day with love, end the day with love, this is the way to God” and this message has played a significant role in shaping my character and lifestyle. I would like to help spread Baba’s messages by helping with the children’s classes. I would also like to take part in various other sevas. I learnt so many necessary life skills that have helped me till now and I am confident that they will help me in the future as well. Jai Sai Ram. I started my SSE at the age of 10 and YOSHINI now nearly 8 years of SAI . I could list PARANTHAMAN many benefits gained from being a part of SAI , but one most important lesson is to be brave . My centre had many public speaking , drama and etc to bring our bright side up not only by talent but also bravery . In the future , if I'm supposed to present something in front of a huge crowd , I'm never going to sweat or worry . Thanks to Sai. I have also reached so widely out of Sai , representing Sai . Sai classes have taught me to love living things that grew and I became a successful volunteer in an animal shelter. It has been nearly 4 months since I have been a volunteer and I have learnt so much more . I will keep contributing to SSIO by being a part of my centre for as long as I live. I promise to SAI that I will never leave the place I grew up.
SSE programme has benefited me in many ways especially how to deal with mental and emotional related problems. Moreover, it has helped me get closer to God and being a better person each day.Besides that, the lessons that I have been taught during balvikas was very helpful for me in increasing my will power as well as giving me the strength to face the hardships in my life.
