Brand Style Guide

The Mission Ahead Ever since 2016, Indie games have splurged in popularity. That means more games for us. Awesome news right?! Well, kind of. While there may be enough indie games to cover a lifetime, the sad reality of it is that a majority of them suck. But that’s not necessarily the creators’ fault. It’s just the nature of being an indie developer, since most of our work is either done solo or in small groups. We just don’t have the manpower like regular game companies do. Thus we’ve created a creative conference that focuses on developing skills necessary to combat the skill gap and jumpstart ideas. There will be a focus on worldwide influence through workshops dedicated towards skill advancement and making lessons readily available to potential game creators. It’s going to be a difficult journey. We’re in. Are you?

OUR WAY WITH WORDS

Our Way with Words 13 Tone If you’ve gotten this far, you’ve probably realized that our language isn’t like a regular laymans. We’re not going to promise you sunshine and daisies and that every game you create off the bat is going to be a success. We’re not going to lie. Creating games is HARD work, and we’re not here to sugarcoat the truth. Our language is dependent on the situation. You can think of us as a business-casual venture, because we’re flexible. If the situation calls for it, we’re professional. But we’re also not afraid of keeping it real. Just like the indie games we love to create, every scenario is different. We adjust accordingly. But we never want to be stuffy or inflexible.
