Chapter 1 western food • The best way to begin our journey is to started with western food everyone know about the so called first world country the place fill with exciting technology but that not important what important is food after all otherwise this book would be about technology am I right ? Alright enough wasting time lets start with burger here we go

foirgras foirgras what a perfect to started talking about controversial type of food foirgras is the result of forced fed duck till their liver become abnormaly enlarge yes this morally wrong but people still eait it anyway the taste of sweetnes the silky smooth texture whether you agreed with pratices or not you cant denied that foigras is really good

Escargot I hope you’re not bored with frecnh dish yet because there more to come ah the escargot some people only see the snails as a menace creature but they also really delicious the combination of herb and also the snails meat is fill with high neutrition this is also in my opinion one of the most bizzare famous dish

Hamburg Aalsuppe its been 13 pages and somehow I forgot to talk about soup dish my bad ok so what you see here this is Hamburg Aalsuppe or german eel soup Hamburger Aalsuppe is a sweet-sour soup with dried plums and apple pieces. This is kind of food that you either love it or hate it mainly because eel but if you ask for second refill then you already know your answer whether you like it or hate it

shepherd pie now one more pie to concluded the Western chapter the shepherd pie Regardless of what you call it, a shepherd's pie is basically a casserole with a layer of cooked meat and vegetables, topped with mashed potatoes, and baked in the oven until the mashed potatoes are well browned.now its may sound boring but I can tell you that its really good with simple and yet effective flavor

Chapter 2 asia food • Now that we done with western food this is a perfect opurtunity for asia food in this modern days and age we can agreed that Asia produce most creative idea and that included food the excitement of something totally unique that might turn some people off but getting out of comfort zone is necessary in order to learn more about food • Coming soon after recive an approval

Ramen Ofcourse how could I forget about the mystical land of japan the famous ramen there driffent types of ramen but this one in particular caught my attention its tonkotsu ramen the smell of pork after 18 hour of boiling to bring this Ramen to its full poltential is mesmerizing I recomed check this out if you get to japan

Sushi Sushi the idea of eating raw fish might disgust people but the meat version is really cool the rice and meat is so soft its melt in your mouth the taste is so strong wit h wasabi and soy sauce the classic combo that work everytime and still work till this days

Skewered Scorpions and Grasshoppers now ofcourse like I said before im going to talk about insect and this is a perfect opurtunity to do so lets get started the scorpion poision is not something you need to be concern about because frying already neutralizes its poision but you should still eat atleast 3 because you might get a nosebleed but other than that no worries the prices is cheap and the meat is chewy
