CAMP DIRECTOR Keira Sawyer

A Camp Director has one of the most fun jobs ever! When you are a Camp Director you get to help plan and organise what your camp will be like. You also make sure that every kid that comes to your camp will go away with new friends, fond memories, and a HUGE smile. They are held accountable for the sake of keeping kids confidence up through the camp. They are held responsible for every aspect of that camp. So, if something goes wrong they are held responsible for that but if something is a huge success, they can take credit!

Many camps we here about take place in the summer but camps can be hosted all year round. Some camps like art, math, or even robotics camps will take place inside where like summer camps will take place inside. Now, depending on the sport, the camp can take place in or out side. The working condition can consist of very hot or cold weather and directors will stay long hours until the job is done. You also need to be in shape incase the kids challenge you or you need to demo something.

Some are in charge of can be being organised, a everything that involved good leader, and being that camp so others are good with people. It is looking to you for essential to be organised direction. If you teach and lead them are unorganised, the though the camp and you camp will not run need to be able to talk to smoothly. them in a way that they will understand.
