BLOOMING BUDS - September 2017

Vacations are over and it’s time to head back toschool. Time to revise lessons, stock up on schoolsupplies and reconnect with friends.The Kindergarten teachers gave a warm welcomeback to our tiny tots to the start of the new term.After a long summer vacation, the kids entered theclassroom with smiling and cheerful faces andwere excited to discover, explore and learn manynew things in the new term.Our respected Principal Ma’am MS. Leena Menonmet our kindergarten kids and gave a brief intro-duction to the new staff and kids who have joinedus this term and wished them all the very best !!!At the end of Day 1, the kids went home happilywith their takeaways.



KINDERGARTEN’S FIRST ASSEMBLYPink panthers of KG 2A rocked their first As-sembly performance on the 13th of September.Neha presented the Master of Ceremony. Westarted the assembly with a prayer song fol-lowed by the Quran recitation by Imran ofKG2 D, school pledge by Neha, news readingby Tessy and Savya, story telling by Na-madevan. Our Principal and KG 2 A classteacher had a short talk with the studentswhich ended with the UAE National Anthem.

Our little stars from Kindergarten had an opportunity to ex-hibit their talents, likesolo dance, solo song, action song, storytelling and publicspeaking.The talent hunt preliminaries were held from 17th September2017 to 24th September 2017.The selected buddies would be performing on the stage dur-ing November month on the occasion of the Children’s Day

ON 20TH september’17Second Assembly was performed on the stage by ourshining stars from Red Robins, KG 2B on the 20th of Sep-tember. Krishna Priya presented the Master of Ceremo-ny. We started the assembly with a prayer song fol-lowed by the Quran recitation by Mirza Khashif ,school pledge by Abhigya, news reading byMs.Malavika and Mr.Rohan, story telling byMr.Noori,song by Theertha, speech on respect by Haiqa.Our Principal and KG 2 B class teacher, Ms. Shamnahad a short talk with the students which ended withthe UAE National Anthem.

28TH september’17We had combined Onam and Navratri celebrations for thekindergarten this year which was held on the 28th of Septem-ber 2017. The MOC was done by Ananya Nair. We started the program with Fathia Surah by Imran and Farhan of KG 2 followed by the UAE National Anthem.

Krishnapriya of KG 2B welcomed the gathering whohave come to see their little buddies performing onthe stage.

Principal Madam addressed the gatheringwith a beautiful talk followed by Onam andNavratri speech by Namadevan and Neha ofKG 2A respectively telling us about the im-portance of celebrating these festivals.Finally the festival started with the Floral Carpet.The colourful flowers were beautifully arranged byour tiny tots of KG 2.

Then we all welcomed the entry of Mahabali (Saher Tu-li of KG 2) and Vamana ( Ishaan of KG 1) followed by abeautiful dance of Thiruvathira performed by the KG2girls.



After this beautiful dance, we had Vadamvali (Tugof war) by KG 1 and KG 2 boys and girls to show thatthey are strong enough to defeat their opponents .

It was followed by a Malayalam song sung by KG 1which was followed by Puli Kali performed by KG 1 wherethe kids dressed as tigers danced. Then came the boatrace which was also performed by our KG 1 kids.

The last but not the least was the rocking Garbaand Dandiya dance performance by our KG 2 The programme ended with vote of thanks by Anaswar from KG 2C and Indian National Anthem .
