Change started here. Inquired him about his education, he said his teachers were well-versed, his college was completely equipped, but there is a gap between students and teachers.” 114
Those students are really poor, weak in communication skills and hesitant to bridge the gap. That is what motivated me to serve these kinds of children. So, a teenage guy describing his situation provoked me to start serving the underprivileged and under-deserved students of the nation back in 2016. Class at Ravipadu ZPHS 11-06-2018 Numbers Matter: I have delivered lectures for 82 weeks in Government Schools and visited 100+Government schools in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Session with Zphs Ravipadu integrated best smart techniques for understanding the concepts. 7-07-2018 Interaction with students Introduced new “learning styles” speaks to the understanding that every student learns differently. Technically, an individual’s learning style refers to the preferential way in which the student absorbs, processes, comprehends and retains information. 119
“I have a new style to revolutionize teaching, it is called ABC, ‘Action Before Concept’. With this method, teachers are asked practically to experiment the concept for its complete understanding and teach them. Using ABC, one can explore new ways of teaching, contemporary examples and deliver the concept better. My reckons,” We have all kinds of facilities in Government schools; Digital Classrooms, Library and Well qualified teachers, but the execution of the course is really poor. Students are striving for knowledge and wisdom, but the teachers are just not able meet their expectations.” I rejoice that not even a single time has a student asked for breaks during my lectures in these two years. “Students and teachers will still recognize me in schools if I visit again. I’m happy I created such an impact. “I have a new style to revolutionize teaching, it is called ABC, ‘Action Before Concept’. Village campaigns Description:- Knowledge acquired from the nature through experimentation over the years and centuries is passed through tradition of speech and practice/observation is priceless. Such knowledge is not documented will be lost forever. It is important for us to leverage this knowledge and creativity which enhances the comfort in livelihood practices for silent growth without much investment. It is said that “every old man dies, one library is burnt”. We need to comprehend the significance this knowledge and evolve a mechanism for its full utilization. I believe that the growth through such knowledge will be economical and more effective as the absorption of such technology is easier for the people in the rural regions. I also believe that some poverty allevation is possible through knowledge of the poor people and not only through menial work. 137

Active citizenship – Rescue from an accident A life not lived for others is not a life Description:- Out of several instances from my social contributions, the one that melted my heart was a situation from November, 2019 when i got an unknown person operated for a leg fracture. A woman was spotted screaming on a busy road. I understood that she fell down due to the overweight of the bag she’s carrying. I came to know that she had walked 3 km for a mere donation of 4 kg rice. She got her right limb fractured and couldn’t find any assistance as she’s abandoned by her family. When no one bothered about her pain in the busy street, I got empathised with her suffering and immediately reached out to her. She was depressed and miserable of her plight of being helpless at that old age of 68 years. I carried her in his arms as the woman couldn’t stand or walk. Without hesitation, I take her to check her condition. When it was confirmed that she got her limb fractured, Poverty teaches you to survive with limited means. Un fortunately I saw her being leg fracture and starving for water. And waiting for help 144
Now she can able to walk as regular and she immediately called me to see me and she felt very happy after seeing me and I was very happy at the moment she got recovered . I pleaded to operate her leg despite her economic condition 145
