Innovation and Research Plastic waste recycling Description:- Waste is really just the material that is left over, rejected or thrown away from anything we do be it working, playing or eating. Quite simply, it is material that is not wanted by its producer. To many people, waste is known as trash, rubbish, or garbage. Managing waste has always been a problem, but particularly since the Industrial Revolution . Eenadu paper article for our innovation work on recycling waste to handy in2018 wherever it was convenient, released directly into waterways, or freely emitted into the air. Fortunately, we have come a long way since then; we now take steps to control, collect and manage our wastes and have cleaned up streams and land that had been polluted by past waste dumping. Today, the bulk of our household waste or garbage goes to garbage dumps or landfills which are large sites that are designed to isolate the garbage from the surrounding area. Each day, the landfills are covered with soil and compacted with big machines in order to keep garbage blowing around communities. However, garbage needs sunlight, air, temperature, and water to break down. By their nature, landfills do not allow that. 71

Sharing my ideas on recycling of waste into some useful products with Municipal High School students. Guntur in 2019. We did this project, we will fbeeddmaking crafts by reusing or recycling items that may have been techniques to transform these materials into useful or attractive items. The point of this project is to create treasure out of trash, to repurpose or up-cycle our garbage. In doing so, we learn to be creative with everyday items that are considered waste. Got appreciation from Management for our work on Recycling the waste 72

Economical Solar tree - Design and execution – 5 places Description:- Artistic design of solar tree for urban environment and installed so many live projects in 5 organisations. Now a days, all establishments need lot of Electricity. To satisfy these needs economically, we designed \"Solar Trees\" which absorbs more sunlight than a traditional solar panel based design and it requires less area. 1 MW of traditional solar powered plant requires 5 acres of land where as \"Solar Trees\" designed plan require 1 acre of land. Live installations of low-cost Solar Designs In my home designed solar tree and stood inspiration to many Engineers this project acted as a case study to many colleges . my vision behind is I want to see my Nation with Green energy. 74

Solar light installation in Narasaraopet stanns school for voluntarily on 24-05- 2018 Funded by German Enterprise for Research Description:- They recognised the wonderful design of solar tree and uses in international journal ICEE and contact me for further research and funded for prototype project for solar tree with 220W. life being as electrical engineer worked hard for solar innovation to fill the needs of poor. Low cost Solar tree design for home 75

Installed many solar street lights in remote villages, project below picture says valaparla, Martur Mandal live project . My solar project in one remote village named as valaparla, desgined one light for their house 2018-05-21 Few people understand the role energy access plays in poverty alleviation better than ,the long-time executive director of the Solar Electric Light Fund (SELF), who has spent his career expanding access to electricity across the world. Bringing electricity to remote and impoverished communities is more than providing a pathway to modernity it’s a matter of basic human rights. Nobody can really adequately address global poverty unless and until they take on energy poverty as well. “I’ve seen all too often how lack of access to modern energy absolutely cripples attempts, in their real life being a electrical engineer worked hard for solar projects to fill the needs of poor . 76

Designed low cost solar tree for one poor family , not having electricity in one village name as Ravipadu they approached me , Decide to Design solar tree power for one light and fan with cost of 4000 rs/- Real engineering means the knowledge what we have gained has transformed to real time applications fill the electricity problems with alternative energy resources 77

COMMUNITY SERVICE Sarawathi Sisu mandhir session on 20-6-2019 Encouraging the students with Dr.A.P.J ABDUL KALAM sir quotes . NSS VOLUNTEER, Tirumala Engineering College Description:-NSS volunteers generally work in villages, slums and voluntary agencies to complete 120 hours of regular activities during an academic year. As per the fundamental principles of National Service Scheme, a volunteer is expected to remain in constant touch with the community. Hence, it is of vital importance that a particular village/slum is selected for implementation of NSS programmes. As the NSS volunteer is to live with the members of the community during the 7 days Special Camping Programme and learn from their experience during his/her tenure in NSS, the village/slum should be carefully selected for adoption by NSS unit. 94

Building better villages Description:- The thing required for making a BETTER VILLAGES is the same thing applied to the villages.. Indian villages need to be more focused on basic things such as health care, sanity and education. I guess you are well known about the fact that the Indian villages lack with basic health care and medical facilities. More than 60 to 70 percent of village people have to run to native cities for 07-03-2018 medication regarding small things suchas blood pressure .. etc... Same applies with education too. In some villages the government school staff has to literally request a child personally..\" Beta School chalo.. “Aapke bacho ko school bhejo\" such a scenario can be found in most of the remote villages currently... NETHAJI SCHOOL VALAPARLA ON 24-02-2019 The biggest barrier that would come in between is to deal with the mentality of the villagers and make them understand the real need of modernization. This is the first technical way to initiate this process. With the help of sports we can encourage slum kids to move towards learning and education. 96

FOR BETTER EDUCATION I suggest everyone to go to your nearby villages and try to communicate with people and find out what do they want to learn. Go back to home and find useful educational videos and download it and go to village with loaded pen drive or hard drive. you can take your laptop or ipad with speakers and demonstrate this videos to group of people. During a vacation when I travelled to relatives village named dorapadu prakasam dt., I have observed that there is no proper shelter for students in ZPHS RAVIPADU SCHOOL with faded boards with this standards where i am depressed about the situations about the students career spoke to Village Presidents and designed a bus equipped with classroom setup with all facilities now students are very happy for the infrastructure with increased learning skills and improved teaching styles. 97

Mobile Bus For students Designed a old college non useful bus converted as a e-learning mobile vehicle for the school in Dorapadu village . Daily 30 students are benefitted by this idea. 98
