NWS has successfully hosted CREÒ, a creative and literary arts festival for 8 years now on the school site, welcoming 63 schools and almost 3,000 participants in 2019. In 2020, we launched an online and offline international edition, with a 1000 participants from 6 countries, 67 schools in 30 offline and online events. The year 2021 provides another opportunity and incentive to make CREÒ an event beyond boundaries and invite participation from schools across India and around the world, thereby building learning opportunities and global awareness amongst unique learning communities. CREÒ International 2021 includes 30 events in total, some taking place online and some offline for students aged 3 to 17. To list events in the fields of Fine Arts, Public Speaking, Science and Technology, Photography, Literature and Performing Arts give you a flavour of the wide appeal to many different students. Every participant will be a winner and certificates will be awarded according to the performance criteria. CREÒ INTERNATIONAL 2021 GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. Creò International 2021 will take place online. 2. The events will be in two formats: Online (Live) and Offline (Recorded). 3. The platform for online events will be Zoom and for offline events will be YouTube. 4. There are 30 events spread over the four days and the detailed rules and regulations for each event are attached alongside. 5. In Creò International 2021, every participant will be a winner and certificates will be awarded in line with the performance criteria, so that the participant will come to know about his/her individual achievement level. 6. NWS will provide e-certificates and appreciation letters to all the participants. 7. Participants should wear the School Uniform, wherever possible or the costume, as the event demands. 8. A participant can take part only in one event on each day. 9. Every School must designate and register two teachers with their WhatsApp number for communication regarding Creò who must be available on event days. 10. Participants must be accompanied by an adult during all events, both online and offline, especially, in case of younger age groups, however, adults must not assist the participants during the performance as it will result in disqualification. 11. Procedures for participating in offline and online events are as follows: For offline (recorded) events, Last date of registration and submission: Friday, 13 August 2021 Schools: ● must register and submit their entries at the same time. ● must submit participants’ video links in the registration form at the time of registration. For online (live) events, Dates: Wednesday, 25 August 2021 to Saturday, 28 August 2021, Time: 2:00 p.m. IST Schools must: ● register online through www.nehruworldschool.com by Friday, 13 August 2021. The registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Registrations will be closed whenever the event participation limit is met, even before the last date. ● ensure they fill out the registration form completely and submit. ● contact NWS on the email ID given below, if they do not receive an email acknowledging their registration on their registered email address. ● visit www.nehruworldschool.com in case of change in participants’ names in any event latest by Tuesday, 17 August 2021. ● expect to receive Zoom Meeting IDs and Passwords for all registered participants on their registered email address by Monday, 23 August 2021. Participants must: ● ensure that they have a stable and fast internet connection. ● join their respective Zoom Rooms at the mentioned dates, 10 minutes prior to the starting time. ● join Zoom Rooms with their registered names (same spelling) only, otherwise, they will be denied entry. ● keep their cameras turned on throughout the event. ● ensure that they and their workstation is visible throughout the event. ● keep all the necessary resources ready beforehand. ● bring their work/artwork close to the camera after completion in a position/angle that is properly visible to the invigilators and they can take a screenshot of the same. ● email the photograph of the same work/artwork within 15 minutes after the event gets over to their respective event in-charge’s email address (will be shared at the time of the event). Submissions after 15 minutes will not be accepted. 12. Participants must not exceed the age mentioned in the event’s rules and regulations. The age will be calculated as on 13 August 2021. The age will be rounded off to the lower limit, i.e., if the child's age is 5 years 7 months, it will be calculated as 5 years only. 13. Schools are requested not to fill multiple forms. 14.
