About Jens Martensson The course 9 TST0914 GENERAL CHEMISTRY • General Chemistry enable students to know the fundamental concept of chemistry. The goals of studying chemistry at Tamhidi is to strengthen the knowledge and theory of chemistry to prepare the student to study chemistry in depth when they further their studies in the university. This subject focuses on the physical chemistry. It also addresses the needs of students to broaden their knowledge of the physical properties of matter. By studying chemistry and learning about the composition of our world, students can understand about the environment and us clearly.
COURSE LEARNING Jens Martensson OUTCOMES (CLO) TST0914 GENERAL CHEMISTRY At the end of the course the students will be able to: CLO1: Demonstrate the basic concepts, principles, and theories of fundamental chemistry. (C3) CLO2: Demonstrate the ability to access and interpret information, principles, and knowledge in solving general chemistry questions qualitatively and quantitatively. (C3) CLO3: Perform simple experiments competently by following the given methods and interpret data in group. (P4) 10
