ence of Experts When I was told that we are going to US to attend RECon, the excitement level was at the peak, and so were the expectations. The experience was unmatchable. As I love interacting with people and it was a great opportunity to learn more about global leaders and their practices, experiences in the bigger markets, about customer behaviours when they visit malls, why real estate developments are successful in some locations and why some are not. It gave us a brief idea of company’s future plans and initiative that company is taking to grow. We visited some high street markets and experience was incredible, we were in fact able to visualise how will be our future projects if correct methods are implemented. This trip created an indispensable bonding amongst all the leaders and I am sure, this will lead to great results in the times to come. Ankit Gupta Regional Director Our US trip turned out to be such an amazing combination of learning and fun in more than one way. The US Real Estate Fraternity was very forthcoming to offer us opportunities to form alli- ances and work together. We learned a lot about the US market like the way their retail complexes have been developed and managed over the years, and how people are now talking about rede- velopment of many such complexes to keep up with the recent market trends. Major learning that could be implemented in our system is to always keep evolving and never stop at a particular goal. These mature markets like US are already saturated at some levels in terms of their investment yields but still they are changing their way of doing business, bringing in new products, doing global alliances to remain an active investment destination in the overall global real estate market. Ajay Malik Regional Head It’s been a blessing to be a part of such an amazing experience. It was a mix of both great exposure and team bonding with the management team and colleagues. The retail conference attended by us in Las Vegas was an eye opener and showed the opportunity available for us in coming years due to regularisation. We should all now join hands and work together to take the organisation to the next level. Special thanks to all the senior directors for giving us this exposure of immense learning. Karan Malik Head - Investment Services The business world has become very competitive and those who stay on top have to gain new knowledge every day. Keeping this in mind, I would like to express my gratitude to Harinder Sir for the opportunity that was given to me to attend global retail real estate convention and gain new skills and knowl- edge to help me in my endeavours for advancement of the organisation. Thank you very much. Harpreet Singh Head - Investment Advisory
