I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was preparing for thisafter participating...but still it was a huge shock.Winning the title of \"Miss MGM 2016\" was one ofthe best moment that has been added to thediary of my life. I didn't think about this I justparticipated for fun and the participation was also done one night beforethe competition. Also, there is a saying...\"Whatever happens it happens forthe best\" so, here I am and I would like to thanks everyone who supportedme and believed in me and thanks to E-magazine team who published thisaward acceptance speech. It was an honour to win the title of Mr MGM as Mahatma GandhiMission's COET has given me much more which can't be expressed inbrief because the knowledge, experience and calibre I received in thisinstitution is beyond infinite.I don't know I should call this a coincidence or not but I was alsoawarded the title of Mr. Fresher in 2012 and now I am again awardedwith the title of Mr.MGM so the honour and pleasure is veryremarkable for me.I was advised by my teachers to participate in this contest so I wouldlike to thank all my teachers who encouraged me to try for thiscontest and would also want to share my victory with them as well. J Abdul Kalam (i.e. 15th October, 2015) various events wereorganized like the poster making competition and presentation onthe life of Dr. A. P. J Abdul Kalam. There were various topicsrelated to the life of Kalam sir which were given for thecompetitions like Kalam as a teacher, Kalam as a leader, Kalamas a scientist, Kalam as a president etc.The students participated with complete zeal and enthusiasm andmade the day a memorable day for all.

A tech-geek, researcher, developer and a good teamplayer!....Being a Microsoft Student Partner havedeveloped apps for most mobile platforms and havedone web development as well. The app count goes to400k+ downloads including Certification for the apps.Microsoft Certified for .NET as well as proficiency inmost coding languages. Developer of several mobile apps and received many rewards for it. Being in PARAM have organized and conducted various Seminars and workshops. I am a Microsoft Student partner as well.

I joined PARAM when I was in IInd year andconducted several events and workshops as ateam. Made various Windows phone andAndroid apps and have volunteered foe collegeevents.As a member of PARAM I’ve organized variousevents like Brain O’ Brien, Microsoft AzureWorkshop etc. I’ve also been in the organizing teamof events like Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp,Cyber Security Workshop and a volunteer in thetraining and placement department. Being aMicrosoft Student Partner I have various apps onWindows and Android stores. Have experience ofworking on platforms like Visual Studio, Eclipseand Microsoft Dynamics NAV etc.

I am an active member of PARAM andhave volunteered for the training andplacement department. I have developedmobile apps for Windows and Androidplatform for which I have got severalrewards.I have been a member of PARAM since myfirst year of college.I enjoy developing applications and havedeveloped many of them for Windows aswell as for Android phones. A self-confessed bookworm. I love reading andsurfing the internet.

I have conducted, organized and attendedseveral seminars and workshops being inPARAM. I have volunteered for trainingand placement department several times.I became the member of PARAM thisyear and it’s been a great learningexperience for me. The seniors havebeen very supportive and encouragingin all the events.I am a proud member of PARAM. I aspire tobecome a web developer and specialize increating dynamic and beautiful web sites. I likebeing original, talk about random stuff, makingfriends and observing nature.

It’s an honor for me to be a member of teamPARAM. It gave platform explore myself byinvolving in new things. This group works withnew ideas and technology and I havewillingness to learn about new technology. It’sall about computers and I love to code. Havinga great experience with this group. It’s a trulymemorable experience being a part of it.Being a part of team PARAM has been awonderful experience. Working with the PARAM team hasgiven me a platform to share my newideas and experiences. The seniors arereally encouraging and supportive.I love programming in C++ and C as well as webplatforms like PHP, Javascript etc. and workingon Oracle Database/SQL. To achieve this I alwaystry to regularly update my skills in web designand development to stay aware of the currenttrends and best practices. I’m glad to be a part ofthis group as well as MGM family.

I am an enthusiastic in learning newtechnologies and hence joining PARAMhas given me an opportunity to learnnew technologies and spread myknowledge.I have been a tech-enthusiast for a longtime and hence joining PARAM has givenme a platform to learn new technologiesand also explore my capabilities andtalents.

My journey with INNOVENT started when I was in second year. That time it wasn’t thatmuch active as it is now but the enthusiastic efforts of Vaishnavi mam, Hitesh sir, Amit sir andVarun sir were appreciable who led the group in full swing and took it to the new level. Theirsupervision and motivation made me learn so many things which I had only heard about.I got selected to be the INNOVENT Head for this session and this was the time to implementall the learnings, skills and experience of last two years. Organising events, working underpressure, coordinating with the teachers, completing thepaperwork, working within the deadlines, distribution of thework, managing the events as well as crowd, all contributed toa valuable experience for me. Along with these things, makinggreat friends, knowing new people, working as a team and lotmore was the memorable part of this journey.The hardship before events and the celebration with themembers after the success of the events are the things that areunforgettable for me. Special credit undoubtedly goes tothe ‘partners in crime’ Faeem, P. Deepak and NavneetJoshi who made it more enjoyable and full of fun. Iwould love to thank my team members and all thepeople associated and wish them to continue theirhard work to take our group to the new heights.

It has always been the best opportunity to work as a member ofinnovent. It has given me a platform to improve my skills,knowledge and to perform better with each passing day. Innoventhas helped me not only to think creatively and but also to executethem. I would like to thank Sachin Jambhale sir, Abhijeet Kulkarnisir for giving me this opportunity. I would also like to thank myteam mates. It has been fun guys around you.As a member of \"INNOVENT\" \"mechanical society of mgm\" from lasttwo consecutive years, it gave me an environment to work in a teamand also helped me to learn how to manage team, crowd and team work.Since I was selected as \"Creative Head\" so I have the responsibility forthe creativity work for the events to make it more interesting. we haveorganize many events like tablet based quiz, AUTO-CAD workshop,Blender Workshop and the last but not the least \"Teacher's DayCelebration\".I would like to thank my \"EE-gang” PRAVEEN, NAVNEET, P.DEEPAK for always supporting me, whenever we all together madethe plan of execution of any event so that it would be more attractiveand unforgettable. Overall it’s been great, joy full and memorable towork in a team of supportive coordinator and members.

It has been a wonderful experience working in Innovent forthe past three terms. I have learnt a lot in this time period.Team work, helping each other, doing things calmly withoutpanicking. I am happy to polish my skills and learn from mymistakes. I would like to thank my head for bearing with mein spite of all the troubles I caused and specially my teammembers for having faith in me.The group INNOVENT gave me a way to work in a team as avolunteer and explore my ideas to other’s that help others. Thisgroup allows me to learn a lot about how to lead a team andmanage the team members. By the help of this group, I had donemany things that I want to do for our college like Autocadworkshop, Tablet quiz and many more. All the best to all themembers for future and thank you to the coordinator they mademe the part this group.

I was the person responsible to arrange all the necessities forthe events. Being a part of Innovent ,enabled me built mypersonality through various intra-activities performed and Iwas given chance to explore my thoughts in the technical fieldtoo and improve my managerial skills.Innovent has given a platform to work actively as volunteer toexplore myself which will help me in future as I would learnhow to manage things and work as a leader, enhancing myleadership qualities’ would like to thank my coordinator to giveme opportunity to be part of it.As a member of INNOVENT group, I give my ideas & effortstowards various activities and events like Technical quiz,Auto-cad workshop. It was a good first time experience forme, as a part of “NNOVENT” to work under the guidance ofmy seniors, I am looking forward for even more opportunitiesfor this platform.

As a innovatian I learn a lot from my seniors and mymentors…It was a fruitful experience while coordinating with other andorganizing competitions.I hope of being in innovent and keep it going further.It was very good experience for me. Being a first time member Ilearned how to complete work in an organized manner. I wouldlike to thank Innovent head for his guidance & support.Innovent is not only a platform for me, it’s like a greatopportunity for me to show my inner talent of organizing eventand how to handle tasks. I feel honored and responsible as amember of innovent. Even though, the head and the innoventmembers helped me a lot by guiding me in a right direction.

My experience with innovent was very great. Learneda lot new things with mates, seniors and teachers.With innovent met new seniors who helped in gettingknowledge and academics. It was a fabulus experience with innovent team in 1 year specially with our seniors and also kulkarni sir. all seniors are great team man and do every event with unity.our innovent team is really very best for doing anything.so finally i want to say thank for our seniors those have selected to me in our team.

It was quite a good experience being an Innoventmember. We together performed many activities likemaking rules for the games or events, making posters andlot of more preparations. I will be looking forward tocontribute more for the group.It was very good experience for me. Being a first timemember I learned how to complete work in an organizedmanner. Teacher’s Day CelebrationCelebrating teacher’s day is a tribute to the contribution madeby the teachers to the society. So to honour the teachers fortheir immense role towards the society, we and cultural committeeorganized a lots of activities that added a fun note to thecelebration.

Teacher’s Day Celebration

. Tablet Based QuizDigital India is an initiative by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi which includes the use of digital technologies in our dayto day life. To support that initiative our group conducted a tablet basedtechnical quiz for mechanical engineering students. Tablets with internetconnection were given to the students to answer the questions digitally.Even being behind the scenes, Jitender Sir did very appreciable workwith the team to maintain the connectivity and the other tasks related to theevent.

AutoCAD WorkshopA one day AutoCAD workshop was organized byINNOVENT with SENSUS. The motive ofthis workshop was to provide a platform for fresh batch of first year studentsof all branches so that they can learn and implement their creativity usingthat software.The coordination between the departments was commendable that made itpossible to conduct this workshop in the computer labs.

Blender WorkshopA one day blender software workshop was conducted byINNOVENT in the collaboration with ISTEStudent Chapter. The main motive of this workshop was to give studentshands on experience with the modelling and animation software.

“Knowledge & Attitude Amplified & Errors Rectified”The student body of Electronics & Communication, is the Synergy group. Itwas established in the year 2004 created by students with the help of facultyadvisor and the HOD.It promotes events like Industrial Interaction, Technical Seminars and GuestLecturers etc. It organises various technical as well as personality developmentevents throughout the academic year. The main aim of the society is to providean open platform to the enthusiastic ideas of the students and also focuses onthe overall development of the students.
