The erets_Kim Hohyun건축가 / 김호현 김호현은 1975년 서울 출생으로, 2001년 홍익대학교 건축학과 졸업전시회에서 '동문회장상'을 수상하였다. 졸업 후 10년간 예천건축의 천근우 소장으로부터 수학하여 2012년 더 이레츠 건축가 그룹을 개소하였다. 예천건축에서의 시간은 건축을 향한 깊은 사고와 건축가 의 책임을 배울 수 있는 귀한 시간이었고, 더불어 지진피 해 등 해외재난지역의 방문은 그에게 건축가의 역할과 소 명을 찾는 계기가 되었다. 그러한 책임과 소명이 현재의 건축문화에서 신뢰회복이라는 이름으로 발전되어지기를 기대한다. Kim Ho-hyun was born in 1975 in Seoul. Graduating from Hongik University with a B.S. in Architecture, he received the President's Award from the Alumni Association at the degree exhibition 2011. After graduation, he worked under architect Cheon Keunwoo at Ye-cheon Architects for 10 years and established visionary architects group \"The Erets\" in 2012. Those years at Ye-cheon Architects gave him a valuable opportunity to think hard about the architecture and learn about the responsibilities of an architect. Visiting overseas disaster areas, he found his mission and role as an architect, and wishes that such mission and responsibilities would develop into the restoration of trust in the current architectural culture. 이레츠 창조주의 뜻에 맞도록 건강하고 아름답게 그 땅(erets - '땅'의 히브리어)을 사용하기를 기대하고, 그 과정에서 선한 청지기 역할을 감당하고자 한다. 건축의 신뢰 회복을 통한,‘건축문화의 혁신’을 꿈꾸는 건축가 집단(Vi.a. - Visionary Architects Group)이다. [누 37:19] 주의 성령이 내게 임하셨으니 이는 가난한 자에게 복음을 전하게 하시려고 내게 기름을 부으시고 나 를 보내사 포로 된 자에게 자유를, 눈먼 자에게 다시 보게 함을 전파하며 눌린 자를 자유케 하고 주의 은혜의 해를 전파하게 하려 하심이라 하였더라. 건축은 여러 사람들이 함께하는 작업이다. 다루는 내용도 광범위하고 좋은 선택을 하기가 만만치 않다. 때론 많은 부분을 미뤄둔 채 시간과 경제에 이끌려 돌아볼 틈을 찾지 못할 때도 있다. 우리는 첫 마음과 과정을 소중히 여긴 다. 건축가로서 더욱 전문성을 갖기를 원하고, 함께하는 모든 사람들에게 건축과정의 기쁨(set at liberty)을 제공해 줄 수 있기를 꿈꾼다.

제주 청수리 주택 When you encounter a fine view climbing a mountain, you can often stand on flat rocks to see the view better. 민욱이네 The idea of this project was launched by visiting the blog of the owner of the house. In his blog, we could identify here and there warm heart of the blog owner who is taking care of a일반적으로 건축하게 된 경위와 과정, 공간 등 세부적인 요구사항에 대한 리포트, 그 patient. 相友家 (상우가) The three buildings as main house and corner house were divided into inner house, guest house, and work house, all of which are connected by decks. 고산리주택 2291 This project began as I met with the daughters who wanted to live with their mother in Jeju Island. The construction plan startedwith adjusting land levels and deciding on how to enter and exit the building. A long study was needed to decide oninternal arrangement of spaces. We made efforts to make each space in a separate building can play the most efficientfunction through discussions and case studies on how to arrange lines of flow from waiting-seeing doctor-medicaltreatment-surgery, and spaces for beauty salon, hotel, seclusion, and office.We allotted half of the site to spaces for entry and exit and for decks to highlight the building, and line of flow is separatedby composing the 2nd floor as partly open formation. The waiting space was designed to provide visitors with sense ofcomfortableness with expansion inside and outside, high ceiling, and sky light.The outer wall composition was expressed with sense of unification with three elements. Its characteristics consists ofouter skin formation expressed by mixing exposed concrete and various kinds of hardwood plants and the formation ofdoors and windows in 'ㄱ' form extending to the front door. Wood face covers the roof along the walls, providing the logicwithout inconvenience in wall formation. In the inner composition, the ceiling using the sloped roof and the fact that thereare two ceilings are the biggest characteristics. To lessen the burden of narrow space with high ceiling, lighting apparatuswas installed, and primary color sofa is seated on the bottom floor space as the main actor of space.
