Purchase a sturdy stroller and take baby out for a walk each day. The fresh air will be beneficial抯to you both, and it another great way to introduce your child to the objects around the抰 抯neighborhood. You do want to make sure your stroller doesn jiggle too much ?it not抮much fun pushing a stroller and ending up with numb hands (like you e pushing a lawnmower!). A quality stroller will help you want to go for more walks with baby!抣As your baby grows, he l mimic your movements. This is a fun time to incorporate some silly揺movement games into your xercise?session. Watching her trying to do exactly what you dobrings tears of joy and much laughter!抯As you can see, exercising with a baby is not only possible, but loads of fun as well. One day soon you l be tellingyour school age child about all the fun you both had exercising together when he was a baby.And yes, it will happen quicker than you ever dreamed!Kids Eating HealthyFast food is a big part of modern life these days,making it very hard to teach a child how he or sheshould eat healthy. The cheapest and easiest foodsare those that are normally the least healthy. Ifyou give your child the choice between healthy foodand junk food, you normally won't like the results.Even though it isn't possible to get a child to likeall healthy foods, there are some ways to get yourchild to try and hopefully like at least a few ofthem. Youcan refer to broccoli as \"trees\", making themmore fun to eat. There are many different namesyou can call fruits and vegetables, even making upyour own if you prefer. Most kids prefer to eatfoods that sound fun.- Make the foods taste better. Ranch dressing is

great for broccoli, while peanut butter is a greattopping for celery. There are several combinationsfor vegetables that can make them taste muchbetter. You can let your child pick a toppingfor a vegetable, even if it's something you wouldn'tnormally like yourself.- Dress the vegetables up. Just as much as callingthem names help kids eat healthy foods, making themlook funny also helps. You can do this by makingfunny designs on the plate, or setting them up tolook like people. Although some parents don't liketheir kids playing with their food, sometimes ithelps to get them to eat healthier.There are several ways to make your kids eathealthier, but to make them enjoy it also has tobe fun as well.
