Our Inspiration Though departed physically, but always with us in the form of their memories, showering their blessings

From the I/C PrInCIPal’s Desk “QualIty Is not an aCt, It Is a habIt.” ---------by Aristotle Quality cannot be one time act. It is a continuous process of improvement. In the continuous effort for sustaining and enhancing quality, the college went for accreditation by National Accreditation and Assessment Council and was awarded with ‘B Grade’. I am thankful to NACC peer team for their guidance, Dr. Ganesh Hegde, coordinator of western region who was instrumental in guiding us towards the entire process of re-accreditation. My sincere thanks to Management for always being with us and become pioneers for all our quality enhancement initiatives. I express my gratitude to the Alumnis, Parents, and Principals of nearby colleges whose presence gave better insight of college to NAAC peer team. Students, our major stakeholders, tirelessly worked for sustaining and enhancing quality. The team work depicted by the staff of the college was remarkable. The Management in appreciation of hard work of the staff arranged a picnic to Goa for all. The new journey started for the next cycle of reaccreditation with more zeal and enthusiasm to achieve higher standards of quality. Thank You all!

Editorial It is a matter of great honor to present before you the new edition of college annual magazine Darpan 2016-17. The college that is growing by leaps and bounds has completed its journey of second cycle of NAAC Peer team visit and has continued with B grade. I take this opportunity to congratulate all the members of Bharat family for their ceaseless efforts. I also thank the management and I/C Principal for making this endeavor of publishing the college magazine successful. All the committee members and the members of magazine committee need to be applauded at the same time. Thanks every one for their share. I end up by saying: Times will come that will be tough – like treading through a soggy quagmire, Persistence is the thing - which you will then most require. Dream stealers will attempt to hold you back - hoping your ideas will backfire, believe in yourself - unwaveringly - and stick with people that inspire. --- Savita R. Punjabi
