GEOGRAPHY AND CLIMATE: The two most prominent geographical features of Delhi are the Yamuna River, that creates a flood plain and the Delhi ridge. The climate in Delhi is a mix of monsoon type humid climate and semi-arid climate. Delhi was also known to be the most polluted city in the world in 2014. Efforts have been taken to reduce air pollution in the city. WHAT DO THEY EAT? The cuisine of Delhi is highly influenced by Mughal cuisine, which incidentally originated from this place.
