DELIVERYMETHODS Instructor Led Training (Classroom Training) Instructor Led Training (ILT) usually refers to traditional classroom training, in which an instructor teaches a course to a classroom of learners. This interactive, engaging learning environment allows participants to ask questions, role-play, practice as they learn, share lessons learned, and network with colleagues. Webinar Training (Virtual Training) A Webinar is a training session held via the Internet in real time. An Internet connection and audio is required. Students will receive an email that provides them a link to access the webinar along with login information. Students should plan to login at least 15 minutes early to ensure all systems are working properly and allow time to troubleshoot any challenges prior to the start of the webinar. Self-Paced Online Learning Self-Paced Online Learning (SPO) can be accessed anytime from any computer, tablet, or mobile device with internet access. Courses may be completed more than once. Even after students have completed a course, students can go back at any time and refresh their knowledge. A strong compo- nent of online training is video-based learning. An internet connection and audio is required.5
