LOT 356 199 $1 1855 PCGS MS64 CAC Our sister company, Legend Numismatics hasunquestionably seen or handled EVERY top MS Seated Dollar in existence. Building the all-time #1 LegendCollection took years and a lot of hard searching, and 1855 was one of the very last dates we needed. This coin offered here had been put away by major dealer for many years at one time. Without any doubt, this coin is the second finest known 1855 that exists! Extremely HIGH END quality stands out all over. For a big coin, the surfaces are exceptionally clean and sleek. Even using a strong glass, you will NOT be disappointed. All the ticks are super tiny and are scattered. A surprising full booming luster illuminates the fiery original golden brown/pale reddish gold that is spread all over. This is not even close to be dull or drab. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is tremendous! PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 2. The PCGS CAC MS64+ nowresides in the Legend Collection. The coin offered herelast traded for $141,000 in June 2014. No question thisis your ONLY chance at owning a full high end SUPER CHOICE 1855 MS Dollar! Good luck! PCGS # 6943 | EST: $110,000+ LEGENDAUCTIONS.COM
LOT 357 $1 1857 PCGS MS65 CAC EX AKERS/LEGEND You can NOT beat this coin’s HIGH END TRUE MS65 quality. It has three HUGE things going for it: #1 It was the late dealer David Akers PERSONAL favorite coin (David was the builder of the greatest sets ever of his generation in the 60’s and 70’s); #2 it was in an NGC MS66 holder; #3 This coin was in the Legend Collection of MS Seated Dollars (A Hall of Fame FINEST EVER SET) until recently. Only the coin currently in our Legend Collection is better. The obverse is full MS65+/66 caliber. The surfaces are super clean and are sleek yet have a soft satiny texture. The reserves is MS65 quality. There are some light scuffs around 12:00. We have seen worse marks on a few “commoner” MS66’s! Both sides enjoy a super strong luster. The color is a rich silver white with a hint of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are slightly frosted and have amazing full stand out strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous! PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 3. We believe this coin is represented 2x on the PCGS and CAC pops (we were fiddling around seeking a 65+). There is NO auction history for any MS65. In an MS66 holder, this coin sold for $76,375.00-which is still below what we feel this coin should be worth. At least Collectors Universe Value is close-$85,000.00 in MS65. Once this real rarity is sold, good luck finding another. Think about how many PCGS MS65 CAC MS Seated Dollars you have seen offered in the last decade-NOT MANY AT ALL! Good luck! LOT 358 201 $1 1870 PCGS MS65+ CAC This particular piece ranks as one of the finest 1870 Seated Dollars that exists! We can say that because our sister company (who built the all-time #1+2Seated sets) knows just about every MS65 and abovecoin that exists! This piece DOES indeed deserve its lofty designation. Superb surfaces are a mix of semi-prooflike mirrors and a slight satiny texture. Overall, the surfaces are clean. There is some very light chatter in the right obverse field and that is it. A surprising strong luster enhances the crisp white surfaces. This is NOT a dipped out coin. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are fully struck. We grade the reverse full MS66. The eye appeal is fabulous! PCSG 1, NGC 4, CAC 3. PCGS has graded 2 in MS65+. This coin last sold in May 2015 for $56,400. The collection it is in is now being broken up. The current Collectors Universe value is $72,000.00. Thelast MS66 to sell brought $105,750 in 2014. Of course, there is a monster 66 in the Legend Collection. This is coin most likely represents your only chance for a beaned GEM 1870 MS dollar! We expect strong bidding here, so be ready! PCGS # 6963 | EST: $55,000+ LEGENDAUCTIONS.COM
LOT 360 T$1 1878 PCGS PR64 CAC A very pleasing and ORIGINALLY toned near gem. Deep cobalt with rose accents over highly reflective mirrored fields are very pleasing. This is a classic, old time look and while the color is deep the mirrors are undisturbed. Well struck and very pleasing. LOT 359 Only 900 were struck in proof for collectors. PCGS 73, NGC 81, CAC 6. This coin sold for $4,113 back in February 2014, and T$1 1876 PCGS PR64 CAC is the most recent PCGS/CAC to sell in auction. Even non-CAC Deeply toned over watery reflective surfaces that have decent clarity. The rich tones in bluish hues are purely original from NGC coins have brought over $3,500 recently. We think this coin storage in the old tissue paper. Perhaps a tiny line or two can be will bring a good price when it comes up for sale. The current seen under the tone, but nothing that distracts. CU value is $4,150. Because there are so many over graded and ugly coins dragging prices down, the prices have come down on PR type, and we think now is a great time for set building, or just putting a few especially pretty coins away. This coin would fit both bills. PCGS # 7058 | EST: $3,200+ PCGS 53, NGC 44, CAC 5. DO NOT let the Population figures fool you, this is a coin that does not appear with any frequency in auction, the last PCGS PR64 sold in November 2011, realizing $4,313 and was not CAC. That coin, ex Teich Family Collection, was very weakly struck, with most of the details at the top of Liberty’s head and the adjacent stars flat. This coin, though a tad darker is much more carefully struck and is CAC approved. Keep in mind that if a PR65 was to appear, it would cost about double. The current CU price in 64 is $4,150 and in 65 it is $8,750. PCGS # 7056 | EST: $4,000+202

The make that PR 65+++! Superior deep mirrors beam boldly from allsolitary flaw that needs mentioning is a well hidden staple scratch over. It is remarkable how clean, crystal clear, and reflective the on the reverse that has long since been toned over, caused by mirrors are. Plus, they look like the freshestof agriculture products, and the eagle are all crisply and sharply made sheet of glass. Both sides have a moderate mix of purple/ deep gold/deep aqua blue/pale navy colors. Again, these are struck and defined. LIVELY colors-not the typical dull or drab ones you normally see. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. PCGS 137, NGC 141. The last one to sell was in June 2014, realizing $3,408, that coin with a very uneven and dappled toning. The current PCGS Price Guide lists a price at $4,150. This coin is clearly finer in overall appearance to the last PCGS coin that sold, and has very similar look to the oldholdered NGC coin that sold for $4,700 in the 2015 FUN auction. LOT 421 BOB SIMPSON DAVID HALL $1 1894 PCGS PR64+ CAC A borderline CAMEO! DEEP watery reflective mirrors are GERALD FORSYTHE blinding and can seen shining from across the room. Well struck PHIL FLANNIGAN and very lightly toned with only the lightest hint of iridescent haze. In the old days, this exceptionally clean and attractive HAVE ALL CONSIGNED TO LRCA, WHY HAVEN’T YOU? coin would have been called a GEM. CONTACT JULIE ABRAMS OR GREG Only 972 Proofs were struck. PCGS 79, NGC 53, CAC 5. Only COHEN TO DISCUSS YOUR COINS! two are PR64+. WOW is CAC strict when it comes to towing the line on quality! Clearly this near-gem is that HIGH END! LOT 422 245 $1 1904 PCGS PR67+ CAC No question, this is one of the FINEST 1904 ProofMorgans that exists. Everything from its killer colors to its mirrors are awesome! Superior deep mirrors beam wildly from all over. The mirrors enjoy great clarity, cleanliness, and are intensely reflective. They possess as bold a “rolling watery” look as you will ever see. Phenomenal and totally original colors bestowed by Mother Nature include: warm amber/evergreen/purple/navy/blue/ gold that swirl all over. We believe that the small toning dot on the eagle’s breast is all that keeps hiscoin from grading PR68. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and actually do have light silver frost. The eye appeal is like the quality-phenomenal! ONLY 650 were minted. PCGS 3, NGC 21, CAC 5. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR67+. Neither has ever appeared in auction. It is critical to note the last regular PCGS PR67 CAC 1904 brought $25,300 nearly FIVE years ago! The current Collectors Universe is only $30,000 for this coin. We believe there will be strong bidding easily topping the CU number as you never ever see a 1904 Proof Morgan of this caliber offered. Good luck! PCGS # 7339 | EST: $32,500+ LEGENDAUCTIONS.COM
LOT 423 $1 1928 PCGS MS65+ CAC Most people think this date comes nice-NOT! This coin is a legitimate MS65+. Overall, the surfaces are clean and sleek. A few very tiny and widely scattered ticks and lines can be found-NONE standout. The luster is intense and is nearly blinding. There is a thin sky blue crescent on the obverse which shows where another coin sat on this. A totally original hint of gold is spread all over (this is NOT a drab coin). Miss Liberty and the details are so well struck you can see everything without a glass. The eye appeal of this coin is terrific! PCGS 309, NGC 109, CAC 60. PCGS PR69 DCAM areas are very clean, free of all but the most insignificant little AMAZING deep black mirrors contrast beautifully with the frosty marks. We like this coin, submitted it to CAC, but no luck, white reliefs. A famous modern rarity, not generally a coin we and we are not sure why it didn’t bean. handle, but in this nearly-perfect state in a PCGS holder it is always in demand from collectors.
