The intentional Fraud for Profit committed contains several elements.This document deals with alteration, manipulation, and forgery of the Notes,mortgage, and other Legal Documents regarding Mr. Freeman’s properties.Over a period of years, more and more fraud came to be revealed by Chaseattorney’s, some of whom did not know what the previous Chase attorney’ssubmitted to Mr. Freeman.Other violations of Dodd-Frank, Fraud upon the Court, Illegal Accounting, un-auditable and Direct Evidence of Investor payments by Chase and of ‘cookedbooks’ is available. Gross Violations of Dodd-Frank Laws and Violation of theNational Attorneys General Consent agreement signed in 2012 have beenforensically examined, documented and are irrefutable.This document is presented as evidence proving the forgery. JP Morgan ChaseBank (thru their attorneys) continued the fraud by virtue of making Claim toownership of Freeman properties, thru claims of purchase of said loans fromthe FDIC, after the WAMU receivership.As per evidence of violations of UCC 9, Dodd-Frank Laws, RI State Laws, andTreasury violations, their claims have s proven not to be true, voiding themortgages and Notes, leaving Chase to return Mr. Freeman’s money he paid toa convicted Holding Company, who has paid $300 billion in Fines and penalties,mostly over their abuse of investors and Homeowners who trusted them, whenthey claimed ownership of the mortgages Washington Mutual Bank, Fa hadalready sold the loans.In Fact, the contention and Lawsuits between the FDIC, JPMorgan Chase Bank,and WMI (Washington Mutual Inc, the parent of Washington Mutual Bank, Fa,continue to this day. This analysis takes advantage of having discoveredmany different versions of the same document. In addition, the use of non-bankemployees, claiming to be executives, is documented, another fraud.Notarization of documents is false in many instances, Evidence of Chase notbeing the investor is prevalent.The drama of the forgeries is by virtue of Chase attorney’s taking advantage ofadvanced technologies, such a digital manipulation, photoshop, replication byink-jet printers and by virtue of having in-house manipulation of documentscapabilities reside with the attorneys.Currently, Chase has largely exited the mortgage business, given the advance ofregulations and prosecution as per the National Attorney’s Consent Order,codifying appropriate behavior that Chase cannot seem to change, given theyare consistently losing. Judges see that case law, homeowners having a strongnetwork and with regulations increasing, an environment that will not supportthe attempted thievery is current state.Mr. Freeman filed suit against Chase in 2012. Mr. Freeman was a seniorexecutive in the Software business, working primarily with Wall Street and otherGlobal companies. This list documents. Is a summary of invaliddocuments presented to the RI Superior Court and to William Freeman, as per hiscomplaints and subsequent discovery requests? The fact pattern of manipulated,altered and forged documents runs from 2012 (when Freeman filed the firstcomplaint against JP Morgan Chase) until 2016.There are two categories of the intentionally changed documents (Below is abrief and partial list of the forgeries found):• One ‘category’ is the forgery of signatures on notes and mortgage documents(see Dr. Kelly report, duplicate signatures found, inkjet printer used to recreatelegal documents, etc.) manufactured in 2016.• The second is the intentional assembly and 'layering' of data from varioussources, plus the ability to add text as needed, to help the forgers 'make theircase' for claiming ownership of Freeman properties for which they are not thelender or creditor. An example of this is found in the critical endorsement thatChase is holding forth as ‘proof’ (this is Chase’s ONLY evidence of Its claim ofbeing the creditor) Cynthia Riley, the famous forger of notes, whose ‘stamp’ iswell known as being used by dozens of foreclosure mills, banks, and attorneys.• Regarding Freeman notes and mortgages, Chase first sent an endorsed copy toMr. Freeman in 2013.• The first altered document Chase sent is the “assignment’ in which Chase Photos Signaturesassigns the note to themselves.There are two categories of the intentionally changed documents (Below is abrief and partial list of the forgeries found):• Duplicated, photoshopped signatures of William Freeman placed on the fake Fraudnotes, taken from other closing documents.• The recent analysis Ink Jet printers used by Chase in the manufacturing processis proof the documents submitted by Chase attorneys are not the originals. The dates and actions describedin this ‘Bailee’ document prove Chase did not receive ‘originals’, ever.a) The purpose of ‘Lisa’ is well explained in the following article, but it was usedto sell toxic mortgages, that Chase no longer owned, to unsuspecting purchasers.b) Special Investigation: How America's Biggest Bank Paid Its Fine for the 2008mortgage Crisis with Phony Mortgages.• There is more than one controversy surrounding Mr. Sang’s report.• Robo Signing Cynthia Riley uses the recently added blue ink, the same ink coloras Chase used for Mr. Freeman’s signature.• No endorsement stamp on documents by Riley appeared until 2010 whenChase first sent them. Prior notes sent have no endorsements. Mr. Freeman has aslew of copies of previously sent documents by Chase, going back to 2007,without indorsements stamped on them.• Chase went to the trouble of Manufacturing a “NEW “note, in evidence, Photos Signaturesunrecorded in Land records, in the absence of the lack of Freeman’s signature onthe Town of Tiverton recorded note. Theadjustable rate note document has no Freeman signature (see Tiverton LandRecords). THIS new “original” was submitted to the courts in 2016, with a forgedFreeman signature.• Laurie Erlandson signatures (as a VP of Chase, which she is not) are not the Fraudsame in two different versions sent by Chase. • The critical Assignment Document appeared in 2012, recorded in Little Accounting Microscopic False Notary Photoshopping Examinations Manipulated Duplicates of the Duplicated History IntroductionCompton Land Records. The analysis reveals a document assembled, not anoriginal clean document notary invalid (see attached analysis).• Attorney's letters and other documents (particularly the Default Document and by 4 Experts Signatures, Stamps Same Documents SignaturesException Report) (DDER) were assembled from various data sources to createthe impression of a whole, ‘clean’ document. Photos Signatures• The DDER is a “bailee letter” allowing Chase attorneys to check out documentsfrom Fannie Mae/FDIC, the actual creditor. Recently, a RICO complaint was issuedby the New You, US Attorney’s office against Chase. Chase has described a secretdatabase (the Lisa data base), also caked RCV-1.* (a separate document willdiscuss the DDER, which shows Chase receiving the copies of the mortgage fromthe FDIC in 2012 when the forgery began). This report also indicates the loan hasbeen written off, the remains being sold to Fannie Mae under an insuranceprogram calledThe “Lisa System” is referred to by Chase attorneys during a discussion of ourexamination of the “originals” and captured in mail sent by Chase to Freeman‘steam of attorneys (see mail below).
