For those of you who have not met me before, something you may not know about me is that 20 years ago, I found myself clueless on what I want to do next. I love what I do as a room sales manager, earning quite well as a top producer. However, at times my momentum gets distracted because of unnecessary comments and actions from bosses. I realized how true it is that good employees leave due to bad bosses. As leaders drive businesses and the direction of the team, it is important that they are well trained. 15 years ago, I was as passionate and hard working as usual. I get to close sales and receive a lot of commendations. However, even with amazing events we still get complaints which have to do with poor mindset and lack of training of some employees. 10 years ago, I got exposed to more training, both as an organizer and attendee.
