20 Aug. 2001 Representing Assumption University, Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran, was presented the Prime Minister's Export Award for Outstanding Performance as the Best Service Provider for 2001 by then Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra at the Thai Royal Government House.







14 Nov. 2002 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran was officially installed as the President of Assumption University during the Inauguration Ceremony.















15 Jan. 2003 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran attended the first graduation ceremony of the Diplomas in Information Technology sponsored by IT Bangla, Ltd. Mr. Azizul Chowdhury, Chairman of the Aziz Group of Industries, presented a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion of the first graduation for the Diplomas in IT to him.



19 Feb. 2003 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran welcomed His Excellency Mr. Christian Teodorescu, Ambassador of Romania to Thailand on the occasion of his visit to Assumption University's Suvarnabhumi Campus.







3 Mar. 2003 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran welcomed His Excellency Ashok Sajjanhar, Indian Ambassador, on the occasion of his visit to Assumption University's Suvarnabhumi Campus.



20 May 2003 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran greeted Princess Ubol Ratana who graciously presided over the opening ceremony of the Asian Youth Forum 2003 \"The Human Equation : Investing in Youth for a Sus- tainable Future” at John XXIII Conference Center, Suvarnabhumi Campus.











16 Sep. 2003 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran participated in the Belgium Embassy's reception during which the unveiling ceremony of the painting \"The Travellers\" presented to the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand by the artist \"Rudi Pillen\" at the Thai Cultural Centre on September 16, 2003, was graciously presided over by their Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium.



11 Feb. 2004 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran greeted His Excellency Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio, the newly accredited Papal Nuncio from the Holy Sea to the Kingdom of Thailand who visited Suvarnabhumi Campus in response to an invitation by the President. The Nuncio’s visit coincided with the observance of the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and he kindly consented to bless her serene grotto in the sylvan garden of the university.























10 Jun. 2004 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran welcomed His Excellency Mr. Roumen Sabev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Thailand on the occasion of his visit to Assumption University's Suvarnabhumi Campus.







15 Jul. 2004 Rev. Bro. Bancha Saenghiran welcomed His Excellency Mr. Joao de Lima, the Ambassador of Portugal to Thailand on the occasion of his visit to Assumption University's Suvarnabhumi Campus.
