With immense gratitude and pride we present before you ‘Poinsettia’ - the mirth and misery at times of ‘Novel-Corona.’ ‘Poinsettia’ captures our momentous moments at St. Thomas College of Teacher Education. It is a boquet of the chosen blossoms of creative excellence of my dear friends. And as the former saying goes, A“ flower makes no garland.” ‘Poinsettia’ is the fruit of the collaborative efforts of our dear teachers and friends. Its pages bring alive the joys and sorrows, victories and failures, ups and downs, in the B.Ed jour- ney of two batches of students of the college (2018-2020 and 2019-2021). We place on record our gratitude to our dear Principal Dr. Sr. Celene Joseph, teachers, especially our staff editor, Dr. Sr. Mary Thomas, advisor to the student’s union, Dr. Sunu Austin and all our dear friends. May these memories inspire us to fly ahead and attain great heights in our future. Regards, Diya Frnakson, Saritha P.B. (Editors)
