AACCUP Level 1 Accreditation BEED PROGRAM A. Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience SYSTEM Inputs and Process S.1. The required number of faculty possess graduate degrees appropriate and relevant to the program or any of the allied fields. S.1.1. Must at least have a Master’s degree in the discipline or its equivalent at any given time or in education/allied discipline.  Matrix  Transcript of Records  Diploma

S.1.2. Faculty handling Practice Teaching subjects have had at least three (3) years of teaching in the Teacher Education program.  Teaching Load  Service Record  CHED-EO S.1.3. At least 75% of the faculty are licensed professional teachers.  Matrix  PRC Registration S.1.4. Faculty members teaching the professional education courses must have the following: S.1.4.1. valid Certificate of Registration and Professional Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET);  Faculty Matrix  PRC License Number and Registration S.1.4.2. Master’s degree in education or in any of the allied fields; and  Faculty Matrix with Graduate Degrees  Transcript of Records  Diploma S.1.4.3. comply with other requirements of the CHED.  Prospectus  Transcript of Records  Diploma S.2. Other qualifications such as the following are considered S.2.1. related professional experience; S.2.2. licensure; S.2.3. specialization;

S.2.4. technical/pedagogical skills and competence; and S.2.5. special abilities, computer literacy, research productivity.  Matrix showing other qualifications  Proof of Expert Services (coach, lecturer, consultancy, reviewer, judge, facilitator, thesis adviser, etc.)  LET License  Transcript Of Records  Faculty Loading  Service Record  Letter of Invitation S.3. Faculty handling OJT/practicum courses have had at least three (3) years of teaching and industry- based experience in the field, if applicable.  Service Record  CHED-EO S.4. At least 50% of the faculty are Graduate degree holders.  Faculty Matrix showing their Masters Degree in Education  Transcript of records  Diploma IMPLEMENTATION I.1. The faculty demonstrate professional competence and are engage in any or a combination of the following I.1.1. instructions; I.1.2. research; I.1.3. extension; I.1.4. production;

I.1.5. consultancy and expert service; and I.1.6. publication, creative and scholarly works.  Matrix showing the engagement of the faculty in instruction, research, extension, production, consultancy and expert service and publication, creative and scholarly work.  For instruction: Summary of Faculty Workload, Sample CHED-EO, Summary FPES Ratings, Pictures of class observation  For Research: Certificates of participation, copies of abstracts presented or published, photocopy of table of contents/front page of journals  For Production: pictures of modules made and books  For Consultancy and Expert Services: invitation letters, copies of approval sheet for undergraduate and graduate thesis/dissertation, designations, certificate of recognition/appreciation  For Publication, creative and scholarly work: list of faculty with their corresponding publication, creative work or scholarly work, photocopy of the work published I.2. Faculty earn graduate degrees in Education and/or allied fields from reputable institutions (with

at least Level II accreditation status or World/Asian rank)  Matrix showing the educational qualification of faculty highlighting institutions graduated from, and degree course OUTCOME/S O.1. The institution has qualified and competent faculty.  Summary of FPES Rating  LET Performance Reports  Pictures of Faculty during their graduation in masters and doctorate degrees
