THE STRIP SHOPPING MALL ‫‏‬RME is proud to act as the turnkey contractor for the Strip Mall. This project is owned by AUTOVILLE, which is a unique one-stop destination for car enthusiasts and their families. It is located on Dahshour Road and beautifully designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. The projects’ period was 16 months.



CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BUILDING 2 Being renowned for high quality, experience and excellence in providing construction services for vast projects, particularly national landmark projects, RME was assigned with the construction of Buildings A&C, Bridge Construction, Connecting tunnel between terminals & Air side infrastructure works. Subcontracted by LIMAK INSAAT (a Main Contractor for TB2 Project), RME has proven a remarkable record achieving advanced level in terms of quality and time.



CAIRO AMERICAN COLLEGE Located in the heart of MAADI, Cairo American College is a world- class education facility. Its environment encourages the students to express their opinions, passions and showcase their talents. Believing in the importance of raising fearless generations who are able to contribute to the development of our society, RME acted as the turnkey contractor in the completion of the new middle school and library-building project in a period of 13 months.







THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF PAKISTAN Internationally, RME undertook the construction of the International School of Pakistan. The School is to be built on an area of 23,000 m2 and it is to encompass 5 buildings on a built up area of 16,000 m2. The buildings comprise nursery and elementary school, high and middle schools for girls and boys, auditorium and library building, gym and prayer hall, in addition to playgrounds, utilities and landscapes.



HYPER ONE MARKET – ELSOLYMANIA ‫‏‬Being one of the mega FMCG chains in Egypt, RME is proud to carry out the civil and electromechanical works for the construction of Hyper One Solimanya. RME understands the importance of time to such a great store as Hyper One, thus, we are highly committed to the delivery date of the project at the highest quality of construction works. The project is located in Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and is built on a total area of 30,000 m².



N,DJAMENA GRAND HOTEL Continuing its global expansion, RME has been awarded the civil works for N’djamena Hotel located in the capital of The Republic of Chad. The project encompasses 5 different zones including the Hotel, Service Building, Reception Hall, Conference Room and the Political Center. The Project is built up on a total area of 38,000 m2 coping with the most modern techniques, RME carried out the project using precast in-situ beams and slabs.



EEE TOWERS, EKO ATLANTIC ISLAND (NIGERIA) Internationally, extending our long term partnership with CFE, RME is assigned by CFE to cooperate in the construction of four towers in Eko Atlantic Island, Nigeria.



CARREFOUR CAIRO FESTIVAL CITY ‫‏‬Among the projects entrusted to RME for construction comes Carrefour hypermarket in Cairo Festival City. RME is responsible for the construction, completion and maintenance of the fit out and finished of Carrefour new branch in Cairo Festival City.



ALGIERS METRO CONTROL BUILDING Based on their previous fruitful cooperation in Egypt, Vinci has developed its sustainable relation with RME by appointing RME as its sole subcontractor in the construction operations of this project. RME was assigned with the construction of the control Buildings, transformers buildings, workshop buildings & the complex buildings of Algiers Metro.



PORT GHALEB MAIN MOSQUE Port Ghaleb is considered as one of the most well-known luxurious touristic projects in the Red Sea, Egypt. Among its projects in the area of communities, RME was entrusted with the construction of the main mosque in such new community which it has successfully completed in the highest quality and according to the atheistic standards. RME was the main contractor of this project as it was responsible for all civil, MEP and finishing works.





Monument restoration & structural repair ROWAD Modern Engineering has special dedication to monuments restoration and history preservation services. Throughout it growth journey, RME has left its noticeable mark in the field of historic building restoration. At RME, we understand that monuments restoration is a very critical process that requires special care and attention, thus, we pride ourselves on our extensive expertise in various monument restoration areas. Our services encompass stabilization, excavation, and cleaning of sites, risk control and management in ageing buildings as well as the comprehensive restoration of different kinds of structures including wooden, marble and metal. Moreover, monuments restoration needs special repair materials and equipment. Thanks to our years of experience working on various restoration projects, we were able to build up wide professional experience and know- how with regards to the most suitable equipment to be used. In addition, we are keen on using the highest quality of materials and equipment to achieve the best results contributing to preserving our precious history and monuments. In cooperation with governmental bodies and international consultants, we carry out deep, sweeping architectural and historical research in advance with the aim to ensure the historical structures are accurately and diligently restored. It is worth mentioning that RME has worked on the restoration of 15 antiquity sites so far.

EL EINY SCHOOL & MOSQUE Located behind El-Azhar Mosque and established in 1411, El Einy School & Mosque is an antique building comprising a mosque and a school for El-Azhar student. Contently, RME took responsibility for repairing such historical building which required restoration works from several aspects. Among such works, RME was required to protect this establishment and prevent its collapse by injecting its walls with a new mortar, which RME carefully selected to be compatible with the original materials of the building. In addition, RME was accountable for restoring the building to its first condition as well as many other responsibilities including restoration and treatment of decorated and non-decorated timber, grout restoration, metal, marble and stone materials repair in addition to the replacement of the damaged stones with other new good ones.



EL SET WASEELA HOUSE Located in El- Azhar district, El Set Waseela House was established in 1664 and belonged to Waseela Khatun. This architectural piece of art is divided into two parts from the inside, one comprising the reception and the other including the internal rooms. Proudly, RME has successfully restored the whole building to its original condition displaying the different architectural art that distinguish this building. Furthermore, RME was able to fill the undesirable spaces, repair the damaged parts, stones, red bricks, decorated timber as well as the decorated ceiling.



AHMED IBN SHAABAN MOSQUE Located in El-Batneya area in Old Cairo, this beautiful mosque was established by Judge Ahmed Hafiz Pacha who ruled Egypt during the period from 1590 until 1584. Through several steps, RME was able to restore the great building to its first condition. These steps included restoration of stones, timber doors and windows, iron windows, repair of marble columns, granite columns as well as the decorated ceiling.

PORTO SOKHNA In recognition of RME’s proficiency and wide experience in the Geogrid systems, Amer Group has selected RME for the construction of the retaining walls for Port Sokhna

SODIC WESTOWN ANCHOR WALL RME has proven a remarkable record cooperating with SODIC in many projects and continuing with SODIC Westown Project by constructing the Anchor Block for the villas and landscape.

MALL OF EGYPT LOCK & LOAD WALLS Located in 6th of October city, Mall of Egypt is a mega mall being developed by Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) properties in Cairo, RME has appointed the construction of retaining wall for the Mall bridge using Lock + Load System.
