With its position and privileges it offers, it aims to contribute to the image of Istanbul. The project rises at a distance of 13 km to peninsula, 1 km to Atakoy Yacht Harbor and 6 minutes to Ataturk Airport. There are direct connections to E5 and TEM highways. SeaPearl does not only offer sea view but a chance to live together with the sea. In that sense, it is the only premium project of Turkey that is beachfront. It has been long since the fame of the project went beyond the borders of Turkey. SeaPearl Atakoy project will be composed of 8 separate blocks and one hotel. It is planned that, 68.000 m2 of the project will be separated for green field. In the remaining area, there will be hotels, residences, shopping areas, health facilities, cafes, yacht club, marina and entertainment facilities. The projects official sales were started on March 2015. The delivery date of the first phase is July 2017. Following that, the second phase will be delivered on February 2018.
