Brief Profile Weekends are not to sedate but to serve the society JSR Annamayya Designation:- Human Being Professional Experience : Quality Team Lead at WIPRO Travelled more than 1000+ kms, spent 2080+ hours, trained more than 50000+students during weekends program. Visited and trained 500+Governament schools ,100+ Engineering colleges since 2017 and still the journey continues…. Inspired several schools and Colleges despite my professional career. I have conducted several programs and seminars related to career development, self- motivation, critical thinking, concept visualization and design thinking. Being a Gold Medallist in branch of (ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING) from Tirumala Engineering College, Narasaraopet, I have presented more than 21+ technical paper presentations in various colleges in south India like BITS-Pilani, JNTUH, Anna University and many more Award and rewards, colleges nominated me with MERIT Awards . Motto \"I want to live in a world where a student wakes up in the morning and is not be worried about the future but rather be determined to create one for the world to live in. What made me to start this journey? Working Towards Better Tomorrow: While I was travelling to my hometown for a break during my graduation and kick-starting a career. I met a student who was sitting beside me enquired him about his education, he said his teachers were well-versed, his school was completely equipped, but there is a gap between students and teachers.” “Those students are really poor, weak in communication skills and hesitant to bridge the gap. That is what motivated me to serve these kinds of children. “My target is to teach at least 1 lakh students by 2021” There is no end for this journey… 2

Why I am Different from other teachers? I teach them Personality Development, few tips on how to remember the subject and help students to design a mind map not only teaching these techniques to students but also to teachers which will help them teach students better. I have a new style to revolutionize teaching, it is called ABC, ‘Action Before Concept’. With this method, teachers are asked practically to experiment the concept for its complete understanding and teach them. Using ABC, one can explore new ways of teaching, contemporary examples and deliver the concept better,” he added. I don’t have any team to work with me during weekends, I am the captain of my own ship, for my unplanned missions during weekends to teach the students. As a single man I have successfully occupied the hearts of under deserved students. And inspires so many young minds I do not notify anyone about my arrival. I take a bus to an unintentional destination, find a government school, and ask the teachers permission to teach the kids for the day. They would most certainly agree after looking at my journey. If a single person like me can help the society by teaching about 50,000 students, imagine what impact could be created with a team of 20-30, the impact will be so high. My Message: - As a responsible citizen of this nation, it is high time we give back something to the society which gave us education and helped us stand on our own feet. There are so many children in our country who need the help hands of well-off people like us,” Taking few hours of your weekend for the people won’t hurt. I’d wish to change the way how ‘Weekend’ works for everyone. I have invited vibrant youth to join hands with me to serve the society. Everybody asks me to inform them about the dates of my next trip to schools, but when it comes to reality, they’re all packed with unpacked work. Weekends are not meant to be lethargic, work for your company on weekdays and for the society on weekends. 3

Designed a fastest web app to spot COVID-19 cases in INDIA During this COVID-19 Pandemic situation, I was sleepless the night I heard about the outbreak of Coronavirus in India and decided that no one should panic even if they have a mild symptom of COVID-19 unless they are tested positive. I wanted them to rest assured and decided to develop this web app. I designed a web application voluntarily \"www.checkcovidnow.com\" which acts as Intelligence technology to track the COVID-19 cases with my smart web app. I proactively helped in tracking 500+ cases across India and helped their communities from not being affected from COVID-19. Nearly 50,000+ people has taken the test. I brought up many innovations and best practises for Public awareness, created a young talented team of 100 Volunteers working remotely and on field on IEC (Information, Education, Communication) activities such as  Home Sanitization tips  Awareness on mask usage  Social Distancing marks  3D Corona stop boards  Introduced Ministry of AYUSH herbal tea for Immunity boosting.  Designed LED Vehicles in promoting the social awareness about COVID-19 safety Measures.  Hands free door alerting sticks All these activities are acknowledged and appreciated by several bureaucrats of District administration, people’s representatives, NGOs, press and media. We were awestruck on receiving a call from the founder of UX India Sri. Kaladhar Babu, from USA appreciating our selfless technical work that he got to know from other sources. We were overwhelmed with the gratitude that many people expressed through phone calls, emails and pressnotes for saving their community from becoming a red zone. 4

State level Best Project - Science fair at age of 13 Description:- Desalting of reservoirs stood first place in science exhibition with support of faculty Seawater desalination is the removal of salt and impurities from seawater to produce fresh water. Our desalination plants use a reverse osmosis process. Seawater is pumped into the desalination plant from the ocean and passes through pre-treatment filtration to remove majority most of the large and small particles. Eenadu 2008 Presented a project with support of teacher , in state level science exhibition Named as Desalting of reservoirs stood first place in science exhibition in State level .when I am in 8th class .2008 Ist prize - Science fair state level Exhibition for students The filtered seawater is then forced under pressure through special membranes whereby the osmosis process that normally occurs in nature is reversed. The pores in the membranes are so tiny that salt, bacteria, viruses and other impurities are separated from the seawater. In essence they act like microscopic strainers. About half of the water that enters the plant from the sea becomes fresh drinking water. The salt and other impurities removed from the sea wateris then returned to the ocean via diffusers, which ensures it mixes quickly and prevents impacted the marine environment. The desalinated water is then subject to further treatment to meet drinking water standards before it reaches our customers. 33
