Radio Program Valuing Men and Women Differences The Camarines Norte State College – Extension Services Division provided a Project T.E.L.L. (Technology, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood as Link to a Sustainable Community) Radio Program to reach out to the communities and support them in improving their quality of lives. The project TELL radio program is CNSCs way of improving expert services that has a greater impact and benefit to the communities. Dr. Jofhiline F. Dygico, the College Dean and Ms. Julie Rose P. Portugal, the Extension Coordinator of CNSC Entienza Campus facilitated the radio broadcasting program with the topic “Valuing Men and Women Differences during the time of Pandemic” that is aired last September 24, 2021 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am in Cool Radio 100.5 and via Facebook live posted in DWEN 100.5 Cool Radio FM. The Radio Program was participated by 194 participants based on the evaluation form. The Facebook Live was able to reach 1.4k views, 146 comments, and 141 reactions. During the radio broadcasting program, the topics that was discussed are Male and Female attributes and provided timely and relevant scenarios. The talk is not only to provide the participants the necessary information, but to provide awareness for both gender and aims to lessen the violence against women and children.

The participants also over-all expectations were met in terms of Objectives/Content, Resource Speaker, and others. Part 2. Before the training, the weighted mean is 4.15 and after the training it is 4.59.
