Release Yourself It is obvious that in our world today, things are not working the way it supposed to be, because the leaders are not performing competently, but in as much as things are not going on well we should be careful not to offend God by murmuring and complaining. The people murmured and complained against God and Moses because they lack bread and water, therefore God sent ery serpent against them and many of them died. If you are in this category, repent, the constant attack you are having could be the serpent you attracted through murmuring and complaining. Unbelief Matthew 13:58: And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. Someone can be a hindrance to what the Lord could do in his life because of unbelief. The scripture says that the Lord could not do mighty works there because of their unbelief. The basis of their unbelief was over familiarity. They said is He not the son of the carpenter, is not His mother called Mary and His brothers James, Josses, Simon and Judas. And His sisters are they not with us (Matt.13:55-56), as such they did not believe Him in spite of the powerful teachings in their synagogue which they attested to saying, \"Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works\"? (Matt. 13:54). The Lord said, \"… If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23). Spirit of Anger: Anger exposes one to danger therefore we must avoid it and pray 149

The God of Justice for God to deliver us from it. Prov.25:28 He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls. He that has lost to anger is like a city that is broken down without a wall. In other words, anger makes a person to be defenseless. The spirit of anger makes someone venerable to satanic attack. Eph.4:26-27: Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath :{ 27} Neither give place to the devil. To be angry at times is not a sin but if you allow it to linger, you give room to the devil in your life. You may be angry to correct certain things but do not allow it to stay too long so that the enemy will not use it as a gateway into your life. Some people's anger is so strong that the devil has hijacked it and using the victims to ght their destiny helpers. The Lord is a God of justice therefore as we declare the judgment of God upon every injustices of the enemy, we should also put away every attitude in our lives that may attract divine judgment on us. Eph.4:30-32: And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. {31} Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: {32} And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. 150

Release Yourself All the factors listed above that attract the judgment of God have been encapsulated in this scripture. If we can avoid them or put them away as stated in the above scripture we will always retain the presence of the Holy Spirit in us and distance the devil. Our body is a temple which can never be neutral to either the Holy Spirt or the devil, therefore discard every form of bitterness, anger, clamour, evil speaking and malice in order not to grieve the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirt is grieved, he will depart and the devil will take over. 1Sam.16:14: But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. PRAYER 1. Father God, forgive me of any sin that is given the enemy upper hand in my life and cleans me with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. 1 John 1:9: Father God, have mercy on me and forgive me of any sin of unforgiveness, unbelief, telling lies, murmuring,bitterness and complaining, I have committed that have attracted your judgment upon my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Father God, by my will I open up before you to expose every secret sin in my life (mention them to God) and have mercy 151

Rom. 5:9: I stand by the word of God that I am justied by the blood of Jesus, therefore Satan you have lost your basis of oppression and accusation, in the name of Jesus Christ. 6. I command every character in me that is a gateway to the devil into my life to perish by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 7. I command every spirit that is contrary to the Holy Spirit in my life to park their load and go, in the name of Jesus Christ. 8. I reject and banish every spirit of fear in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 9. I reject and banish every spirit of anger in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 10. I reject and banish every spirit of unforgiveness in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 11. I command every yoke of pride in my life to be destroyed by the power of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ. 12. Father God, any decision that will not lead to a glorious end,never allow me to embark on it in the name of Jesus. 18. CHAPTER FOURTEEN FRUSTRATING EVIL CONSPIRACY Isaiah 8:9-10: Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. (10) Take counsel together, and it shall come to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God [is] with us. There are three important areas that are very vital in this passage of the scripture cited above which the Lord pointed out. The Lord is a God of justice that rules in the affairs or the kingdom of men. Daniel 4:17: This matter [is] by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men. God is interested in the affairs of the kingdom of this world from creation. He always wants the world to be according to His will and purpose. He determines the positions of men and make sure 155

Evil gang up The Lord says \"Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces. In other words let the enemies' gang up together against His children but they shall be broken in pieces. We as children of God don't need to ask whether the enemy is ganging up against us. The Lord said, Isaiah 54:15: Behold, they shall surely gather together, [but] not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. He said they shall surely gather hence He said let them associate themselves; they shall be broken in pieces. Evil counsel The second thing He said is evil counsel which the Lord refers to by saying \"Take counsel together and it shall come to naught; when David was told that Ahithophel was among the conspirators with Absalom. Then David prayed and said, \"O Lord I pray, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness (2Sam.15:31). David knew that the counsel of Ahithophel does not fail and as such the only way he could escape his counsel was for God to turn it to foolishness. God indeed turned Ahithophel counsel to foolishness and when he discovered that his counsel was not taken, he hanged himself (2 Sam.17:23). I declare now that every counsel of your enemies is turned to foolishness, in the name of Jesus Christ. 156

Frustrating Evil Conspiracy Evil pronouncement The third one is evil pronouncement. The Lord said let the enemy \"speak the word, and it shall not stand\". One of the ways in which the enemy aficts people is through spoken words. Words are powerful, hence the scripture says \"life and death are in the power of the tongue (Prov.18:21). Therefore every evil word spoken against you that is affecting you negatively is revoked, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. As the Lord has said, it will not stand; I command all the curses of men over your life to be nullied in Jesus name. Isaiah 54:17: No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith the LORD. He says every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn it. You have the power to counter every incantation made against you. This is your heritage as a child of God. No one is permitted to make evil pronouncement against you. The will of Satan is illegal Hebrews 9:16 (NKJ): For where there is a testament, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. {17} For a testament is in force after men are dead, since it has no power at all while the testator lives. A will or testament can only be in force after the death of the maker 157

The God of Justice therefore Jesus Christ died so that the will of God might be in force in our lives. It is therefore illegal for the devil to impose or enforce his will on us because he never dies for us. For instance if a man write a will for his children, while he is still alive the will is not effective and as such the children cannot inherit the things their father will for them. They can only do that after his death. In our case Jesus died so that we can inherit all the things our heavenly father will for us in the Holy Scripture. Hebrew9:15 (NKJ): And for this reason He is the mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the rst covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. The will of the devil has no legal basis to be established in our lives because he did not die for us. The will of Satan is illegal to be in force in our lives. Therefore we reject and counter it with the blood of Jesus Christ. God is with us as a mighty awesome one Even with all the activities of the enemies, our God is with us as a mighty terrible one therefore all the plot of the enemy shall be frustrated. All your ungodly friends that are waiting for your downfall in order to spread evil news about you shall wait in vain, in the name of Jesus Christ. Jeremiah 20:10-11: For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, [say they,] and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my 158

When the enemy wanted to eliminate the Jews, the scripture says' when the day came for them to carry out their evil plot, the opposite occurred, it backred on them. Esther 9:1 :( NKJV) Now in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day, the time came for the king's commandment and his decree to be executed. On the day that the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them, the opposite occurred, in that the Jews themselves overpowered those who hated them. With God on our side every plot of the enemy will backre, hence the scripture says' \"Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, And he who rolls a stone, will have it role back on him\" (Proverb 26:27).So shall it be and so it must be, in the name of Jesus Christ. 159

CHAPTER FIFTEEN DESTROYING THE INFLUENCE OF THE PAST AUTHORITY There is no one that wants to attain a position of authority without being under a boss. In the journey of life, we have one way or the other been under the authority of someone either indirectly or directly. We were somehow loyal to someone in the past and as such we came under their authority spiritually. Romans 6:16: Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? The scripture made it clear that whoever you yield yourself to obey at any point in time; you become the servant of such person. In other words you are a slave to your boss, either the one you are working for presently or the ones you worked for in the past. If you have served under the authority of anyone in the past, for you to stand as a boss on your own and be successful, you need to break the authority of your former boss. This is the reason some people still see their former boss sending 163

The God of Justice them on errands in the dream even after they are no longer working for them. Until the yoke and the authority of your former boss is broken in your life, you will still remain under their authority spiritually and as such you cannot make outstanding progress. In God's own principle the ladder to the top is service, but the enemy wants you to remain a slave forever. If you have served successfully, you ought to be great or a boss on your own. You can also be successful by serving others. Matthew 20:26-27: But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; {27} And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: A brother came to my ofce some time ago and complains to me that he got a job immediately he graduated from the university and later resigned from that job because of the attitude of his boss. He said, it has been almost eight years he left that job and since then he could not get another job. On the process of counselling this young man, I asked him about his dream life. He said to me that he always see his former boss, where he had resigned his appointment eight years ago sending him on errands in the dream. Then I knew he was still under the yoke and authority of his former boss. After his deliverance prayer, he got another powerful job that same month. To God be the glory. If you are always seeing yourself being harass by your former boss or sending you on errands, seeing yourself in the place you live before, or seeing yourself in the former school you attended in the 164

You need to break the authority and the yoke of slavery to these places so that you can move forward in life. When Jacob was returning to his father's house he thought that Esau was still under that yoke as a slave or poor man, he selected sheep and donkeys to nd favour in the sight of Esau. But when Esau saw it he said to Jacob \"I have enough, my brother; let that which you have be yours\" (Gen. 33:9) Put off the old man After one has given his life to Christ, there is need for a spiritual check up to eliminate the spirit of the old man. Many people once they have gone to church and accept Jesus as their Lord and saviour, they don't take time to go through spiritual exercise in order to be delivered from their past. 165

The God of Justice Eph.4:21-22: If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: {22} That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; The spirit of the old man refers to Satan and his works. Before you give your life to Christ you have been an instrument in the hand of the devil, you were loyal to him and he has been your boss (Eph.2:2). Many people are born again but the spirit of the old man is still ruling over their life. If you do not get rid of him and destroy his authority over your life, you cannot make progress in life. If a witch doctor accepts Jesus Christ without undergoing prayer of deliverance he will still be manifesting the spirit of divination as if the Holy Spirit is the one in charge. His acceptance of Christ does not cast out the spirit of divination he had acquired while in the world. Just like Simon the sorcerer who became born again and yet manifesting his old self (Acts 8:9-23). Put off the old man before it ruin's your future. The Lord says' Luke 11:35: Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. Luke 11:35: Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness (NKJ) If one does not check himself spiritually after he had accepted Christ, the spirit that he had acquired or that rule over him while in the world would transformed as an angel of light in him 166

Destroying the Inuence of The Past Authority (2Cor.11:14). The spirit will be speaking and will make promises that will not come to pass in order to make its victim believe that God is a liar. When you were dead in sin Before we accepted Jesus, we were dead in sin (Eph.2:1). Dead in sin through involvement in all forms of divination, ancestral worships and other occult practices. These practices have given room to contamination of the body. Now that we are in Christ, we need to be loosen from every contamination of the body through sin. Secondly, everyone born naturally came under the inuence of Adams sin and nature. This means spiritual death. Therefore before anyone accepts Jesus, he comes as a dead person. John 11:43-44: And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. {44} And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go Before Lazarus died he was not bound with grave clothes. It was after he died that he was tied with grave clothe. Therefore it was death that paves way for the grave clothes. When Jesus gave him life, he came out of the grave and stood bound with grave clothe. He was alive but yet bound. Jesus then said to His disciples \"loose him and let him go” In the same vein, when you come to Jesus, you come to Him as a 167

The God of Justice dead person because you have been wallowing in sin. The scripture says \"for the wages of sin is death\" (Rom.6:23). At this point, the body has been contaminated through traditions that were rooted in idolatry and other kinds of sin that gave room to satanic inuence over your life. When you accept Him to be your Lord and Savior, He gives you life. Therefore you need to be delivered or loosen from the grave clothes. You were dead in sin speaks of when you were patronizing witch doctors, occult, river goddess and engaged in other sins. In the process of these activities, you have given room to grave clothes such as unclean spirit, sickness, negative inheritance through your father or mother bloodline, and other negative contaminations just like Lazarus. If the Lord did not asked them to loose Lazarus for him to go, he would have remain stagnant, bound and earthly useless. Many people are suffering today because of the spiritual hangover of their past lives or background. Though you will make heaven because you are born again but you will nd it very difcult in fullling your destiny or making progress on earth. Signs of the inuence of the past include the following. · Hearing a strange voice that makes one suspicious of people around him and accusing them wrongly. · Always being attacked in the dream with the faces of people you know. In order to cause crisis or confusion in your marital relationship, family or neighborhood. 168

By divine judgment, I command the yoke of wondering spirit to be broken and destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ. 24. I break up from any power that is tying me down from my father's house, in the name of Jesus Christ. 26. I raise the standard of the Holy Spirit against every spirit taking me to unknown destination in the dream, in the name of Jesus Christ. 27. I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and saviour therefore I command all satanic lordship and authority over my life to be destroyed in Jesus name 28. CHAPTER SIXTEEN RESTORING YOUR FAMILY POSTERITY Family posterity denotes all the people who will live in the future to preserve the family name. In the scripture, there are some families that after their parents are gone; there was no successive family member or individual that could live to maintain the family name. There are also some families that God raise some individuals and blessed them to keep the posterity of such family. In our world today, there are many family names that used to be famous or heard that today no one is even hearing about them anymore after the death of the parents. Those families are forgotten as if they have never existed in the past. This is because, either those that supposed to have famously kept such family name are dead or the ones alive are living in abject poverty. I want to illustrate about certain things that could cause misfortune to such families. Divine Judgment When the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas abused the ofce of priesthood by kicking against the sacrice of God and committing sexual immorality in the house of God, there was a 173

The God of Justice divine judgment on the house of Eli. 1Samuel 2:31-33: Behold, the days come, that I will cut off thine arm, and the arm of thy father's house, that there shall not be an old man in thine house. {32}And thou shalt see an enemy in my habitation, in all the wealth which God shall give Israel: and there shall not be an old man in thine house for ever. {33}And the man of thine, whom I shall not cut off from mine altar, shall be to consume thine eyes, and to grieve thine heart: and all the increase of thine house shall die in the ower of their age. The reality of the divine judgment in the house of Eli was that their arm shall be cut off. This means to cut off their strength which will lead to inability to live long and consequently there shall not be an old man in the family. Secondly, they would not partake in the wealth that God will release upon the land of Israel and thirdly, their descendant or children will grieve their heart. Instead of their children to bring them joy, they will be an instrument in the hand of the devil to cause confusion in the society and sadness to their parents. You can now understand the cause of evil occurrences or certain calamities in some families and the reason some family posterity have been dashed. When Ahab murdered Naboth and took possession of his vineyard then the Lord spoke through Prophet Elijah saying, 1kings21:21: \"Behold, I will bring calamity on you, I will take away your posterity, and I will cut off from Ahab every male in Israel, both bond and free. 174

Restoring Your Family Posterity There was a divine judgement on the posterity of Ahab because he killed Naboth and took possession of his vineyard. Check presently in your community or village those that acquired land from other people in a dubious way their posterity is always affected negatively as a result of the divine judgment. \"The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof\" (Psalm24:1), therefore anyone acquiring land must do it legitimately in order to avoid divine judgment. Evil Seed This is one of the major reasons many family's posterity are in disarray. One of the principles that govern this world is the law of sowing and reaping. Whatever we do in life at any time is a seed that will denitely germinate tomorrow for harvest whether good or bad. Gal.6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Proverb22:8 (Amp.): He who sows iniquity will reap calamity and futility, and the rod of his wrath with which he smites others will fail. Most family posterity is in shamble because the children that are supposed to preserve the future of such families are harvesting the evil seed their ancestors had sown, in the past. 1kings 21:28:u And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying, (29) Seest thou how Ahab humbleth himself before me? because he 175

The God of Justice humbleth himself before me, I will not bring the evil in his days: [but] in his son's days will I bring the evil upon his house. When Ahab killed Naboth and took his vineyard he sowed an evil seed and when he heard God's pronouncement, he humbled himself before God. Then the Lord said because he humbled himself \"I will not bring the evil in his days: [but] in his son's days will I bring the evil upon his house. The children were to reap the harvest of the evil seed their father had sown. Curse Curse is also another major reason many families posterity are suffering. When Ruben deled his father's bed, his father cursed him and his posterity was also affected. Gen. 49:3: Reuben, thou [art] my rstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power: {4} Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then deledst thou [it:] he went up to my couch. The life of a rst born is a foundation of a new genealogy that keeps the posterity of the family but when Jacob laid curse on his rst son Ruben his posterity came under ruin. His birth right and posterity was taken away from his descendants. 1Chron.5:1: Now the sons of Reuben the rstborn of Israel, for he [was] the rstborn; but, forasmuch as he deled his father's bed, his birthright was given unto the sons of Joseph the son of Israel: and the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright. 176

Restoring Your Family Posterity This is the reason many families that used to be famous their names are no longer heard. It is either because they are under divine judgment, curse or evil seed. PRAYER 1. Father God, I ask for your mercy upon my life and forgive me of any sin of my ancestors that has attracted divine judgment, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Father God, teach me what I do not see, so that if I have done iniquity, I will do no more (Job 34:32). 4. Jesus Christ has been made a curse for me therefore I revoke every curse on the posterity of my father's linage, in the name of Jesus Christ. 5. Every evil pattern of untimely death in my blood from my father's bloodline be terminated by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 6. Every evil pattern of untimely death in my blood from my mother's bloodline be terminated by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 7. Every evil pattern of sickness and diseases in my blood from my father's or mother's bloodline be terminated by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 177

I revoke every curse of wretchedness from my father or mother bloodline with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 11. I revoke every curse of poverty from my father or mother bloodline with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 12. I revoke every curse of devourer from my father or mother bloodline with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 13. I revoke every curse of sudden death from my father or mother bloodline with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 14. I raise the standard of the blood of Jesus against any altar speaking against my posterity in the name of Jesus.- 15. I declare that by the redemption power of the blood of Jesus my family name will be heard for good through me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 20. By the covenant of the blood of Jesus the posterity of my father linage is restored through me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 21. Father God, every journey of no return terminates it and never allows me to embark on it, in the name of Jesus Christ. 22. By the covenant of the blood of Jesus I am the seed of Abraham and an heir according to the promise of God made to him, in the name of Jesus Christ 23. CHAPTER SEVENTEEN DEALING WITH MAMMON SPIRIT Matt. 6:24: No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Mammon simply means money. If there is anything taking God's position in the life of man, it is money. The mammon spirit has drifted many people away from being loyal to the Almighty God. Money itself is not evil but the spirit behind it which is the spirit of mammon. Money is an ordinary paper designed by few people to be a legal tender. Before the paper money came into existence, cowries were used to be legal tender. Today it is no longer relevant or valued. Even the paper money we are used to in the past is no longer relevant because a new paper designed has been made. Unfortunately, what was designed by man has become idol or god over man. Mammon spirit has become god over many people including 180

What is ruling over people is not the paper money but it is the mammon spirit behind it, hence the Lord says\"Ye cannot serve God and mammon\". This means that many are serving mammon and not God The love of money Paper money has become an instrument Satan is using to capture men in order to inltrate the entire world with his evil agenda. Money is not evil but the love of it is the root cause of all evil 1Timothy 6:9-10: But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. {10} For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. There is nothing wrong with having the paper money but the love of it is the root of all kinds of evil we see in the world today. The love of money gives the mammon god access into people's lives to rule over them and as such compelling its victims to demonic rituals. Many people, in their quest to get paper money resort to kidnapping, prostitution, fraud and killing of fellow humans for rituals. Greediness 1Timothy6:10: For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from faith in their greediness, pierced themselves through with many sorrows (NkJV). The scripture says some have erred or strayed from the faith and as 181

The God of Justice such engaged in negative things that have sorrowful consequences. In other words, they become disloyal to God in their greed for money therefore engaged in occultism, killings prostitutions, defrauding one another and relinquish their soul to Satan. Matthew 16:26: For what is a man proted, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Mammon spirit uses leaders of every nation to enslaves and makes people poor in order to compel them to be under its ruler-ship (Prov.29:2). The purpose is to lure people into all kinds of negative covenants. Satan is using mammon spirit to build his kingdom here on earth by using men and women that have submitted their soul to him. The people he is using are business owners, pastors, prophets, musicians etc that are wolves in sheep clothing. Matthew7:15: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. These set of people live above the law. They use the money to buy justice and dish out money to journalists so that they will not expose them. They give huge amount of money to law enforcement agents to cover up their excesses. They abuse and harass people sexually which is one of the covenant obligations to serve the mammon spirit. They have people they have hypnotized working for them, they arrange miracles for them and they can go at any length to deal with anybody that talk against 182

They are the ones making waves and they have money because they are being sponsored by mammon spirit. They give out money to people to convince them that they are good and generous. The money is given to such people without knowing that it is an exchange of their destiny. Mammon spirit cannot give people paper money for free. The covenant terms is to lure people to do things that are against the will of God. You will know them by their fruits. Their fruits are being revealed by their character or lifestyle. Matthew7:16: Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or gs of thistles? In the year 1999 after my quiet time around 5: oo am, as I was preparing for Sunday morning ministration. When I nished I opened my television set and I saw a man that claimed to be a prophet on air. I just watched him like about ve minutes and I went back to my room, then I was in a trance, I saw myself ministering to few members in the church. There was another church I saw people trooping in there but I concentrated on the few people I was ministering to and I was not distracted by the crowed trooping into the other church. Suddenly, I saw someone that I knew coming out of that other church and the voice of the Lord said to me he has defy himself because that man that called himself a prophet has a python spirit he uses to hypnotize people. 183

The God of Justice Thereafter, in year 2014 our Church in Lagos was gutted by re. As we were trying to rebuild the Church and I was sitting in the church auditorium because my ofce was also gone. Behold a young man walked in and said to my assistant I want to see the pastor and I asked him to come. He sat down with me and said he has come to introduce a click to me and he brought out the picture of the same prophet the Lord revealed to me in my trance 1999. He said to me that I should align with the prophet that if I do the prophet will give me two things. He said rst he would give me huge amount of money to run my ministry and secondly he would give me power. This man came to my church two times to woo me, to join them but I told my ministers to ask him to stop coming else I would get him arrested. I am using this medium to advice everyone and the ministers of God to be careful of whom they align themselves with. If you are called by God He will provide for you (Luke22:35). Don't be greedy, be focus and be contented with what you have. God is the one that gives power to get wealth (Deut. 8:18). Have absolute condence in Him He cares for you (1Peter 5:7). Do not compete with anyone, He has given everyone seed, some will produce hundred fold, some sixty while some thirty (Matt.13:23). All power belongs to God and it is Him that gives power (Matt.28:18). Everyone called by God, is anointed by Him. If you are looking for power what about the one He has given you saying' Mark16:17-18: And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; {18} They 184

Luke 10:19: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Though there are good ministers of God but one need the help of the Holy Spirit to discern them. When you see a man's lifestyle, you will know who he is, either of God or devil. Once again, I say check their lifestyle carefully. True riches True riches are given by God and the prerequisite is faithfulness and commitment to Him. The devil knows that if one is able to put God rst in everything he does, his kingdom will collapse on earth. He therefore attacks people nancially so that they will lose focus on God and become loyal to him. Matthew 6:33: But seek ye rst the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. God check our heart to know whether we are still loyal or faithful to Him in handling paper money. He will never entrust into our hands the true riches if we make mammon our god. We can't serve God and mammon. Luke 16:10-11: He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and 185

The God of Justice he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. {11} If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? If we are faithful the way we handle paper money, it will make God commit to our trust the true riches. God's own principle with the true riches is that if one is not faithful with ve thousand naira he cannot be faithful with one million naira. Every dine that enters our hand is a test from God. If you can manage it very well He can then trust you with bigger amount. If we are faithful with the little we have to better the life of others and kingdom investment, such as being faithful with our tithe and offering, building projects and other project in spreading the gospel then God will commit to our trust the true riches. Watch out these signs · When someone so much love money to the extent that he cannot use it to add value to other people's lives or for the gospel sake. · When money controls their character. Whenever money enters his hand, someone that used to be gentle become hostile. · When you see someone that has money becomes happy when he sees people suffering even if they are dying without helping them out. · Someone that cannot help unless the receiver is ready to offer something. Either by conscating their valuables, such as 186

Dealing with Mammon Spirit landed property or having canal knowledge of them. · Going extra mile to get paper money, even if is by offending God. · Using paper money to sponsor sin. Such a person with these characters does not own the money but the money owns them and controls their lives. In other word the money is god over them. It is therefore important to note that, if the money in your hand or account does not nished another one will not come in spite of your hard work it is an indication that there is a curse in your life or family linage that need to be revoked. PRAYER 1. Father God, have mercy on me and forgive me in any way I have put my trust in mammon spirit in the past, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. CHAPTER EIGHTEEN THE ANOINTING Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all esh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams The anointing is an outow of the Holy Spirit in a human vessel. It is divine enabling. Many people do not even know what the Holy Spirit is up to, all they know about him is speaking in tongue. The Holy Spirit is more than that. The anointing or the Holy Spirit in you makes you a super human. He takes you from the level of ordinary person to a supernatural person. Nothing gets done by your power or might but by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit empowers a believer to accomplish great task. Zechariah 4:6-7: Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, 191

The God of Justice but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.{7} Who [art] thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou shalt become] a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone [thereof with] shoutings, [crying,] Grace, grace unto it. Zerubbabel has laid the foundation of the house but got stuck along the line, he could not nish or continue building the project. Therefore God spoke saying \"Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit\". In other words, it will take the power of the Holy Spirit for Zerubbabel to nish the house project and not with his physical strength. There was an invisible mountain standing before the project as an obstacle, which will take the power of the Holy Spirit to get rid of such mountain. This is the reason some people embark on many projects without being able to nish it. Mountain denotes any invisible force, that stands as problem or obstacle that does not want one to accomplish every project he embarks on. It also mean anything that resist the vision of a man from being accomplished. Zachariah 4:8-9: Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, {9} The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also nish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. The anointing is God's ability in a man to overcome insurmountable mountains and reign over all satanic forces waging war against his progress. I declare that by the unction of the Holy Spirit every mountain standing before you become plane and every abandoned project in your hands will be accomplished, in 192

The Anointing the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The message of the kingdom of God is not a mere tales with enticing words of man's wisdom but in demonstration of the Spirit and power. 1Cor.2:4-5: And my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: {5} That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. The kingdom of God is not about story telling but is about demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit so that the believers' faith should be on the power of God rather than human wisdom or motivational speaking. Gone are the days when people believed that power lies in the hand of the devil or witch doctors. Therefore they go to church in the day time religiously while in the night they patronize witch doctors. Child of God, \"All power belongs to God\" (Matt.28:18; Psalm 62:11). Luke 4:14, the scripture says: \"And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about\". As He return in the power of the Holy Spirit devil was on the run. As He began to demonstrate the power of God by raising the death, healing the sick, preaching the word of power to the broken hearted and setting the captives free therefore His fame went out to the entire region. 193

The God of Justice Acts 10:38: How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. The Holy Spirit is God's power planted into mankind to make him operate in Gods capacity. It is what makes an ordinary man to operate in divine ability. Jesus raised the death (Luke 7:14-15), the disciples also raised the death after they had received the anointing (Acts 9:41). They were keeping sick folks along the street so that the shadow of the Apostles could heal them (Acts 5:15). In the scripture, no king reign without the anointing and no prophet stood in his ofce without the anointing. Samuel told Saul after he had anointed him to be king, saying. 1Samuel 10:6: And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man. He said to him the Spirit of the Lord will empower you to prophecy and He will turn you into another man. The anointing turns you into extraordinary person and makes you reign. The anointing you are about to receive today will make you great and successful in all your endeavors. The Holy Spirit enthrones a believer. You can never occupy your throne without the anointing. The Holy Spirit empowers you to subdue dark kingdoms, hence the Lord says \"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing 194

The Anointing shall by any means hurt you\" (Luke 10:19). Every believer requires the Holy Spirit for sustenance, performance, success, breakthrough and fullment. Touch not my Anointed 1 Chron.16:20-22: And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people; {21} He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes, {22} Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. God's anointed and prophets are God's children that He has chosen to showcase His glory on earth by the presence of the Holy Spirit in them. God will do everything to make sure that His chosen ones are saved and well protected. God always guide His Elect jealously because they are special to Him. He does not allow anyone to harm His children. 1 Peter 2:9: But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: If an organisation wants to be represented in a competition, they will select their best employees so that through them the company will come out as the best. The company will make sure that they are well paid and well taken care of so that they can perform very well. They will be given special preference and protect them from harm so that they will be able to perform very well or put in their best. In the same vein every born again child of God is special to Him. The God of Justice guide and protect them because they are the apple of His eyes. He raises standard against the enemies of His children because they are special to Him. He has chosen us to showcase His glory on earth and to bring praises to Him. Zech. 2:8-9: For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. {9}For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me. God is always with His anointed wherever they go in order to protect them. He will be an enemy to their enemies and adversary to their adversariess (Exodus 23:20-22). It is dangerous to touch Gods anointed. Fighting His anointed is like ghting God. Hence David said \"the Lord forbids that I should stretch out my hand against the Lords anointed\" (1Sam.26:11). When Abimelech wanted to take Abrahams wife, God came to him in the dream by night and said to him, \"…indeed you are a dead man because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is a man's wife\"(Genesis. 20:3). Therefore God asked him to return Abrahams wife so that he could pray for him to live (Gen.20:7). Gen.20:17-18: So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children.{18} For the LORD had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, 196

The Anointing because of Sarah Abraham's wife. God closed the womb of the household of Abimelech because he touched Gods anointed. He is a God of vengeance and justice. If anyone dares touches His children He will ght for them. When Abraham prayed to God, He opened the womb of the household of Abimelech and they start having children again. As a result of this encounter between Abraham and Abimelech, during the time of Isaac, when he went to Abimelech it was Abimelech that made a decree that whoever that touches Isaac and his wife shall be put to death. Gen. 26:11: And Abimelech charged all his people, saying, He that toucheth this man or his wife shall surely be put to death. God is always combat ready to guide His elect because He has chosen us to express His glory, power and supremacy here on earth. PRAYERS Exodus 23:22: But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.
