Software system In its highest expansion stage, Access is a pure software system based on Microsoft Server architecture. It can be operated in any IT environ- ment which complies with the specifications, and so addresses the wish of many IT systems operators to integrate an IP communication system into their own IT environment. On request, precisely coordi- nated and tested PC hardware is also available from Siedle as an accessory. However, unlike earlier systems, the use of Siedle hardware is no longer a requirement for reliable func- tion, support and warranty. Virtualization Siedle Access Professional can be operated completely in a virtual machine. 251
