Study concludes that because of changing situation of information, the librarians working in creating nations are confronting basic issues for example, insufficient technical skills, advance searching skills, lacking prepared and gifted labour, utilization of digital sources of information, diverse library delicate products, poor financial state of libraries, deficient framework, insufficient trainings, low rate of information literacy and expert status. 200
