The key speaker for the session was Surya Kant Sharma, Senior Consultant AMFI, emphasized that an investor should \ufb01rst think and ensure adequate life insurance, reasonable medical insurance cover and an emergency fund before embarking upon the journey of wealth creation through sustained investments which is most essential for prosperity. He then made a vehement plea for regular savings and increase of savings every year minimum by 10%. Industrial Visit to Parle G Biscuits Pvt Ltd, Neemrana In our continuous endeavour of providing practical exposure and multiple learning opportunities to our students, Department of Commerce organised an Industrial visit to Parle G Biscuits Pvt Ltd, Neemrana, one of the most respected and biggest FMCG companies of India. The company representatives took the students to di\ufb00erent parts of their factory one in which biscuits are made and second which is speci\ufb01c to parle candies and to\ufb00ees and explained various processes in detail to them. The hard work and the dedication with which the company has now set a position was a humbling experience for the students to see, and they realized that they will have to work hard and excel in any \ufb01eld that they may choose for themselves. Expert Session on \u201cBlogging: A new profession\u201d Blogging is a new and interesting area to be explored by the millennia today. Chief Guest, Dr. S.C. Padhy, President, Special Guest, Dr. Manoj Gupta, Pro-President and Dr. Chandani Kripalani Registrar enlightened the event. On this occasion, students shared their experiences about their courses, quality education, attitude build up and also their improved body language. The seniors exhibited various performances like Ganesh Vandana, Dance, Songs etc. that has made the entire programme \ufb01lled with fun and frolic. There were many surprise games for the new students. After the induction programme, many sports activities like cricket, football, basketball, carrom, etc were also organized under the title \u201cFunathon-2021.The students participated in various sports activities with great vigour and enthusiasm. So, keeping the vibrant culture of the University alive, the students of BBA participated with great energy and enthusiasm in the Intra Class Cultural Event, Rhythmic Beat conducted on November 15, 2021. Students of each class put in all of their e\ufb00orts and provided some magni\ufb01cent performances in multiple events such as solo singing, duet singing, extempore, debate, western dance, folk dance etc. The students have exhibited dance forms of di\ufb00erent states of India. Students were satis\ufb01ed and joyful on getting such opportunity to showcase themselves and looked forward for more such opportunities. INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO JAIPUR RUGS The students went for Industrial visit to Jaipur Rugs on December 4, 2021 to bridge the gap between classroom theoretical training and practical learning in a real-life environment. The basic purpose of visit is to correlate theoretical aspects of education with corporate realities and learning in the competitive environment. The students got the chance to interact with Shri N.K. Chaudhary, CEO, Jaipur Rugs and their queries were well answered by him. Poornima Spectrum 2021-22 119 Issue : X","Faculty of Management & Commerce BUSINESS FEST On 22nd December, 2021, BBA Department organised a business fest that was sponsored by the Punjab National Bank. Chief Guest of the day was Mrs. Damini Badjatya (Manager, Punjab National Bank). The Event was divided into two sections, the Virtual Bank and the Fun zone. The Virtual bank was setup in the admission cell area of the basement where the students were given various duties that a bank employee performs in a day to day in-o\ufb03ce scenario. The event was guided under the experienced eyes of Mrs. Damini Badjatya. Students of BBA setup multiple stalls such as Dorito stop , Instant noodles stall , milkshakes , ice-creams etc and games such as seven up seven down , ball in the cup etc. Students applied their own business ideas to their stall and gained a good experience. At the end of the event our chief guest appraised the whole event and appreciated the overall e\ufb00orts of the faculty and the students for conducting such a great business fest. Ar. More than 50 Participants all across the nation presented their research papers in various tracks. First day of conference March 08, 2022 started with the welcome address of Dr. Lata Suresh, Head - Knowledge Resource Centre, Dr. Sangeeta Pranvendra, Professor, Indian Institute of Mass Communication and Ms. Shilpa Agarwal, National Head, Signature International Food India Pvt. BBA \ufb01nal year students (2019-22 Batch) were given a splendid farewell party by their juniors, named \u201cSayonara\u201d on 23rd April, 2022. The Chief Guest of the farewell, \u201cMrs. Shweta Mehta Modi, Director-Smart Circle Group, Jaipur & Mrs. India (The Crown) 2019 graced the event and inspired the students through her motivational thoughts and relentless journey.
