The numbers marked for each Citation Requirement in the Checklist have remained the same as they are in the Rotaract District Citation 2019-20, for your convenience.  All activities stated must be undertaken and completed between 1st of July2019 and 5th of June 2020.  Kindly avoid detailed descriptions in the columns of the Checklist Form  All supporting documents should be attached to this document itself, as annexures. You may state the relevant letter/number of the Citation Requirement against the attached document for ease of tracing and matching it with the correct evidence.
