FASTING AND PRAYER Fasting is a deliberate abstinence from food and pleasure for a period of time, in order to seek the face of God. Many people do not attract God's attention because they do not seek Him with all their heart or pray casually. One must be wholly committed in fasting and prayers, in order to seek the face of God. Jer. 29:12-13): Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and nd me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. The above scripture points to the fact that if we must nd God we must seek Him whole-heartedly. This indicates that it is not all that seek the Lord earnestly will nd Him. No wonder He emphasized in (Matt. 22:14) that \"for many are called, but few are chosen\" The essence of this prayer book is to help draw believers closer to God through prayer and fasting in order to get their request granted. It will usher you into an unusual encounter with God that will revolutionize your life forever. There are some problems that V

The God of Justice cannot be solved except through prayer and fasting. Jesus himself attested to this fact when He said’ \"However this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting\" (Matt.17:21). There are some issues in an individual's life that cannot be settled until he embarks on fasting and prayer. Personally, I have never embarked on fasting and prayer concerning any lingering problems without getting the desired result. Fasting and prayer enables you to have a direct encounter with the Lord. It is a period when some critical issues are being addressed in a person's life. I would like to take us through different types of fasting as stated bellow. Absolute fast In this kind of fasting one does not eat or drink water for a length of time. This kind of fasting was done by Moses twice for fourty days. During this period, he neither drank water nor ate any form of food. In my own opinion, I would advise that one should not undergo absolute fast for more than seventy two hours. Complete or total fast This is a choice decision to abstain from food and drinks except water for a period of time. During this kind of fast the person drinks only water. In this stipulated period, one should not take any form of beverage, fruit drinks or food except water until it is over. VI

Partial fast There are many forms of partial fast. The most common of them all is breaking the fast with a single meal every twenty four hours. The meal should be very light and not the size of three meals as this can lead to gluttony. Another type of partial fast is the one described by Daniel, in Daniel 10:2-3 \"When this vision came to me, I, Daniel, had been in mourning for three weeks. All that time I had eaten no rich food or meat, had drunk no wine, and had used no fragrant oils. In this kind of fast, one takes only fruits and water for a period of three weeks. On this note, I recommend a partial fast for everyone who wants to engage in this prayer. Remember, you do not need to expose yourself to people that you are fasting in order to receive the praise of men. Fasting is between you and God. He alone has the answer to your prayer. You are praying to him not to man. Therefore, when you pray, pray condentially and he will reward you openly (Matthew 6:5 VII

The God of Justice INTRODUCTION Jesus emphasises on the need for men to pray and not to faint or give up. Prayer is the tool that God has placed in the mouth of men to address critical issues of life. The scripture says: \"life and death are in the power of the tongue\" (prov.18:21). In Luke 18, He teaches about the power of persistency in prayer. If we persist in our prayers we would denitely get a desired result. When he was teaching about prayer in Luke11, He also teaches about the power of importunity and concluded the lesson by saying \"I say unto you, though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth (Luke 11:8). Prayer is the access God has given to us to take delivery of all that we need. Child of God it is high time we wake up from our slumber and begin to reclaim what the enemy has stolen from us by cultivating the habit of prayer. This book is made up of twenty one chapters with deliverance, breakthrough, warfare, protection and salvation prayers. The rst VIII

chapter is salvation, which is the bedrock, if you ever want to be enlisted into the kingdom of God. As the scripture says: Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God (John3:3, 5). Until you become a citizen of a country, you are not entitled to the freedom and all other benets of that nation. What qualies you to enjoy the benets of the kingdom of God is that you become a citizen through salvation. The second, third and the fourth chapter deals with the nature of God as a God of Justice and we are expected to execute judgment on earth as the citizens of His kingdom. The Lord says: Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven (Matt.18:18). The subsequent chapters deal with the issues of life and how we can be delivered from it. The lingering problems in the life of many Christians have given room to some questions like, whenever I pray I receive attack? While is it that the more I pray, the more problem I encounters? Why is my own case different? And other issues that make people ask where their God is. These chapters explain the cause of these problems and how to be delivered from it through prayers that follows. The last chapter of this book is about the redemptive work of Christ. As the redeemed of the Lord, we are no longer subject to Satan; therefore, we have been empowered to live in dominion over Satan and all his activities. IX

The God of Justice In the gospel of Luke 22:40, the Lord says \"…Pray that ye enter not into temptation. It is better to pray in order to avert temptation than to pray oneself out of temptation. The Lord has positioned us on earth to reposition things according to His will and to establish His kingdom and will. Hence the Lord said, \"… When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth (Luke11:2).We are here to enforce the will and the judgment of God on earth. How long shall the killing of our fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters and fellow Christians continued? It is time we wake up and take our stand against the devil like in the days of the Apostles. They prayed without ceasing against the harassments of Herod and there was a divine judgment against him (Acts12:23). Let us rise with our spiritual weapons and declare God's vengeance upon every Herod and put an end to all his persecutions against us. The Lord has endowed us with power to curb satanic excesses. Authority not exercise will remain useless therefore let us rise and put the devil in check or else he will continue to unleash mayhem against the children of God. X

CHAPTER ONE SALVATION The Greek word soteria which is translated to be salvation means deliverance, safety, preservation, healing, soundness and to rescue from danger. Mark 16:16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. The greatest miracle in the kingdom of God is salvation. Everyone must be sure that he/she is saved and until you are saved, you are not safe. Someone may be in church without being saved. It is not the size of church one attends, whether big or small that guarantees salvation, but it is one's personal encounter with Christ. Therefore, how can one, be saved? The rst message of salvation during the early church after the Pentecost was preached by Peter. When the people heard him, they were cut to heart and said \"what shall we do? In other words 'What must we do to be saved? Acts 2:37-38: Now when they heard [this,] they were pricked in their heart, and 11

The God of Justice said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do? (38)Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Peter told them to repent and be baptized. It is repentance that precedes salvation. When they heard the word of God through peter, they believed in their hearts and felt sorrowful for their past sinful lives 2Cor 7:10: For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. Godly sorrow denotes remorsfullness or regret for your sinful acts in the past which produces repentance. It is when you believe with your heart, when you hear salvation message that beget godly sorrow and godly sorrow produces genuine repentance. Romans 10:10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Salvation is not what you obtain with confession alone. It has to do with inner conviction of sin by the Holy Spirit that is what brings genuine repentance. It emanates from the heart then mouth confession. John 16:8: And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment (NKJ). Genuine repentance produces permanent change. What I mean is that a person that has genuinely repented does not return to his/her 12

Salvation vomit or past lifestyle and it also implies a change in directions. Matthew 3:7-9: But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to ee from the wrath to come? {8} Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: {9}And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to [our] father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. When John the Baptist saw the Pharisees and the Sadducees coming to be baptized, he said they should not think that claiming to be seed of Abraham is enough to be saved but rather to bear fruits worthy of repentance. Repentance is not a mere confession but an act of confession. Fruit worthy of repentance denotes a lifestyle that is worthy of repentance Acts 3:19: Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Peter said to the people repent and be converted. To be converted means to be changed. Anything that is converted does not retain the original state. SAVIOUR John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. No Jesus, no salvation. There is no way we can get to God or relate with Him perfectly without Jesus Christ. We must understand that 13

The God of Justice Jesus is the savior. He is the only one that can save. Therefore our focus for salvation must be Him alone. John 4:41: And many more believed because of his own word; {42} And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard [him] ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. The Samaritan woman went back to the city and announced to the people that she had found the messiah. The people of Samaria came and heard His word and His manifestation then they attested that He is the saviour of the whole world Acts 4:10-12: Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucied, whom God raised from the dead, [even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole. {11} This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. {12} Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. When you believe convincingly with your heart that Jesus is the son of God that He died for your sin and rose again on the third day and you confess Him to be your Lord and saviour with your mouth then you are saved. What this means is that you are now born again and as such you have the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts2:38). Therefore you have to change your lifestyle by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead you so that you can now begin to bear fruits of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 8:14). 1john 3:9: Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed 14

Salvation remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1Peter 5:18: We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. After you are born again, you have to maintain your salvation. In other words keep yourself from going back to your old nature. When you keep yourself from willful sin, the enemy cannot touch you. Being born again can never be substituted with church attendance or being born into a Christian home. It takes an encounter or personal relationship with Christ. Before the woman of Samaria had an encounter with Christ she was a harlot. When she met Jesus siting by the well her conversation and response to Him revealed that she was canal and indel. But after the encounter she became a different woman. She abandoned the well from which she refused to give water to Christ and left her water pot. She saw someone greater than Jacob whom she regarded so much before and prefer to any other person (John4:12) and went into the city as an evangelist (John4:28). If you have an encounter with Christ genuinely you will abandon every other thing and make Him your priority. Before I became born again, I had a friction with a woman who vows to teach me a great lesson. After I have given my life to Christ, I was very serious in prayers with my new life and as such I was growing very fast spiritually. Not quit long I was ordained a pastor and I was sent to Benin City for one month church program. I was teaching about deliverance topics like some of the ones in this book. After one of the ministrations of deliverance and prayer, in 15

The God of Justice the night I was in a revelation, I saw the woman that vow to deal with me. I said to her the Lucky you knew before is dead in Christ and this one standing with you is a new creature therefore, I want to hand over back to you what you placed on me before. I saw a black dark thing with one eye. Just like a football size and I handed it over to her. Immediately I handed it over to her, I did not know that her children were peeping through the window; they screamed with a loud voice that they are nished. After the program I returned to my base and I was pondering what could be the meaning of that revelation, suddenly I heard the voice of the Lord saying to me that was the plague of death she sent to you before but now it has backred because you are now born again. It was not quite long the woman died. Child of God, never you joke with your salvation. Prayer of Salvation · Dear heavenly Father, have mercy on me and forgive me all my sins, in the name of Jesus Christ. · I reject Satan and all his works and I reject and break every covenant I have with him with the blood of Jesus Christ, in the name of Jesus Christ. · I believe in my heart that Jesus is the son of God who died for my sin and rose again on the Third day for my justication, in the name of Jesus Christ. · Therefore I accept Jesus Christ to be my Lord and personal savior, in the name of Jesus Christ. 16

Salvation · Thank you Jesus, I am born again, in the name of God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit. Amen! PRAYER 1. Father God, forgive me of any sin that is given the enemy upper hand in my life and cleans me with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. I reject and nullify every covenant with the devil with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Father God, any decision that will lead me to a glorious end, never allow me to embark on it, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. I command every seed of sin in my body to die, in the name of Jesus Christ. 5. I banish every spirit of sin in my spirit, soul and body, in the name of Jesus Christ. 6. I silent every thought of sin in my mind by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 7. Every spirit of false religion assigned to frustrate my salvation, perish by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 8. I break and destroy every yoke of sin in my life by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ. 17

The God of Justice 9. Judgment re of God, destroy the power of the prince of darkness over my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 10. Every spirit controlling my mind to sin I bind and cast you out of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 11. Judgment re of God, destroy the inuence of the gods of my ancestors over my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 12. I refuse to be an instrument of sin, in the hand off satan in the name of Jesus Christ. 13. I command every stronghold of sin in my life to be destroyed, in the name of Jesus Christ. 14. Father God, whatever I acquired from the sinful world remove them out of my life by your mighty hand, in the name of Jesus Christ. 15. Every particular sin in my life either from my father or mother bloodline be terminated in the name of Jesus Christ. 16. Every spirit that is contrary to the Holy Spirit in my life I banish you, in the name of Jesus Christ. 17. Whatever that is not in alliance with my progress in my body park your load and go, in the name of Jesus Christ. 18. Father God, as I go out daily any journey that will not lead 18

Salvation me to a glorious end terminate it, in the name of Jesus Christ. 19. Father God from today; crown my effort with your favour, in the name of Jesus Christ. 20. I declare boldly that the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not lack, in the name of Jesus Christ. 21. My God shall sanctify me with long life and full the numbers of my days on earth, in the name of Jesus Christ. 22. From now my life is hid in Christ therefore I am above satanic and human destruction, in the name of Jesus Christ. 23. Father God, connect me with those you have assigned to help me in life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 24. Father God, bless me and make me a blessing, in the name of Jesus Christ. 25. Father God, use me to showcase your glory on earth, in the name of Jesus Christ. 26. Whatever you ask in the name of Jesus Christ He will do it, now ask, in the name of Jesus Christ (John 14:13-14). 19

CHAPTER TWO THE GOD OF JUSTICE Justice is the fair treatment of people or a legal system used to punish people who have committed crimes. It also means the quality of being fair or reasonable. It is only God that has the quality of justice and fairness. He is the God of all gods and the Lord of lords; therefore He cannot be intimidated by any personality irrespective of their ranks or status. As such there is no power spiritually or physically that can compel God to pervert judgment. Deut.10:17-18: For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: {18} He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. There is no power in heaven and on earth that can equate the power of God. All power belongs to Him. Hence the scripture says \"the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a 20

The God of Justice mighty, and a terrible…\" The fatherless, the widows and the strangers in this wise denotes those that are helpless that cannot defend themselves at any point in time. Either because of their status or situations they nd themselves, however God is their avenger. Whenever they cry to him, He executes judgment for them because He is a God of justice. Lam.3:35-37 NKJ: To turn aside the justice due a man before the face of the most High, {36} Or subvert a man in his cause, the Lord does not approve. {37} who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, when the Lord has not commanded it? The Lord does not approve the maltreatment of His children, the waving of human right or the subversion of justice (Deut. 16:19). Are you being maltreated, your right being turned or injustice done to you? The God of justice will ght for you as you cry to Him in prayer. He is supreme He ghts for the hopeless, helpless, fatherless, widows and the defenceless. No one can turn away your right and push you aside. He does not approve every form of injustice. His judgment is nal. Let the wicked take counsel or conspire against you (Isaiah 8:10), The God of justice is always on His throne in heaven; He will laugh at them because their evil plot will be an effort in futility. Psalm 2:1-4: Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?{2} the kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel 21

The God of Justice together, against the lord, and against his anointed, saying,{3} let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. {4} he that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the lord shall have them in derision. He is supreme, awesome and mighty and as such He has no repute for any human being. His judgement is nal just like in the secular world, whenever the supreme court of justice makes a declaration on any matter that is the nal. The Supreme Court judgment on any case put an end to every dispute and it can never be argued upon anymore. Whatever God decide on any matter is nal spiritually and physically, and no power can change it. Unlike man, God cannot be bribed to pervert judgment. Heaven and earth and the fullness thereof belong to Him, Silver and gold belongs to Him there is therefore nothing that can be used to entice Him, neither position nor wealth. Diabolical power can also be used to inuence man to pervert justice but the power of God is supreme no other power can induce Him to sway His decision. Deut.10:14: Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD'S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. Many people fear and regard other gods or idols because they do not understand the supremacy of the Almighty God. They can break into churches and steal their properties without being afraid. This is why they summon people at satanic altars for judgment but the truth is that none of these satanic altars can dispense fair 22

The God of Justice judgment on any matter like the Almighty God. Witch doctors, idol priest, or some of the people at the position of justice cannot dispense justice rightly because human beings can be enticed with money, position or by intimidation. But our God cannot be compelled to dispense justice wrongly because He is the God of all gods and the Lord of lords. 1chron.29:11-12: Thine, o lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, o lord, and thou art exalted as head above all. {12}both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. He is a righteous God Righteousness is dened as the quality of being morally correct and justiable or a behaviour that is morally justiable or right. It is only God that has this impeccable quality hence the scripture says \"our righteousness is like a lthy rag\". Justice and righteousness are inseparable. One cannot claim to be righteous if his lifestyle is not justiable. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of God's throne (Psalm 97: 2) Many people today are in prison, disgraced, demoted, dehumanized, harassed or victimized as a result of injustice perpetrated by men. The judgment of God is justiable and right because it is based on his nature which is righteousness and the foundation of His throne. 23

The God of Justice Jeremiah 9:24: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD. The Lord hates the injustices of men on earth, He preferred justice to be done among His children to their offering and worship. Hence He said \"take away from me the noise of your songs, for I will not hear the melody string instruments. But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream\" (Amos5:23-24). He is the God that exercise judgement and righteousness on earth. Righteousness is the nature of God; you can never separate Him from righteousness. He is an embodiment of righteousness and that is who He is. He exercise or demonstrates His nature through the judgement of righteousness on earth. John 8:16: And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me. The Pharisees ones brought a woman taken in adultery to Jesus saying this woman was taken in adultery in the very act and according to the Law of Moses; such should be stoned to death. This is where Jesus demonstrated that God is the only righteous judge. They said they caught the woman in the very act of adultery but the question is where is the man committing the adultery with the woman? Therefore Jesus said to them \"He that is without sin among you, 24

The God of Justice let him rst cast a stone at her\" none of them could stand this judgement. The scripture says' And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst (Luke 8:9). Probably the man involved in the adultery is either a prominent man or inuential in the society and for that reason, justice has to be swept under the carpet. This has clearly shown that the judgment of man is imperfect and as such many people have been accused and killed wrongly. But our God remains the only righteous judge because He sees every act of man whether in the secret or open. Have you been accused falsely, lied against or victimized? Wipe your tears the righteous God will ght for you. He is a God of vengeance Our God is a God of vengeance. God loves His children that is why in the scripture, He always retaliate whenever His children were attacked by their enemies. Even when He delivers them into the hands of their enemies, whenever they repent He would avenge their enemies. God himself has stated it clearly that vengeance belongs to Him. Deut.32:35: To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste Exodus 23:22: But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then 25

The God of Justice I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries Have you been lied against, oppressed or treated unfairly? This is your set time to call upon the God of vengeance, He will ght for you. The Lord said, if the unjust judge could avenge for a widow, shall the Almighty God not avenge for His elect that cry to Him in prayer day and night. Luke 18:6-8: And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. {7} And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?{8} I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he nd faith on the earth? As you cultivate the habit of crying to God in prayers day and night, He will avenge for you speedily. Prayer should be day and night affair for speedy response. When Satan moved David against God to number Israel, God sent an angel for divine judgment who lifted up the judgement sword against Jerusalem. Within three days, Seventy thousand men of Israel fell. David lifted up his eyes and saw an angel standing between earth and heaven, having in his hand a drawn sword stretched out over Jerusalem (1Chron.21:14-16,27). He sees and knows Isaiah 29:15: \"Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? 26

The God of Justice and who knoweth us?\" God is a perfect judge because He sees what man cannot see and He knows what man does not know. Woe to those who seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, saying who sees us and who knows us? But the scripture says: \"For He knows deceitful men; He sees wickedness also. Will He not then consider it? (Job 11:11). When Cain murdered Abel there was no one there but God saw him and knew about it (Gen.4:8-10). When David took Uriah's wife and conspired with Joab to killed Uriah at the battleeld there was no one that saw him but God saw him (1Sam.11:4;12:10). When Ahab murdered Naboth and took his vineyard no one saw him but God saw him (1Kings21:13,19). When Achan took accursed things no one saw him but God saw him (Joshua7:11, 24, 25). When Ananias and Sapphira his wife kept back part of the proceeds they sold their land no one was there but God saw them (Acts5:1-10). There were consequences of divine judgement in all these activities that took place secretly in the Bible. The God of justice sees and knows every secret thing that men do. All injustice taken place among men, all the lies, and victimization of fellow humans, killings, kidnappings, frauds, and every atrocity taken place secretly. He sees and knows all of them and there will be divine judgement. Someone may escape the judgment of man but can't escape the judgment of God. Purpose of divine judgment Many people have argued that Christians are not supposed to pray violently against the enemy. One of the reasons people are afraid of 27

The God of Justice idols or the devil more than God, is because they believed idols can kill. Until the judgment of God is declared on earth, devil and his agents will continue to frustrate the lives of God's children. Isaiah 26:9: With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments [are] in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Christians are being killed and victimized daily because they are not spiritually offensive. If the fear of God and righteousness must reign on earth, the judgment of God is the tool to establish it. Thus the scripture says\"…for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness\". Isaiah 26:10: Let favour be shewed to the wicked, [yet] will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD. No matter how gracious you are to the wicked or the enemy, he will keep oppressing you. The only thing you can do for the enemy to keep off from you is to be offensive spiritually. PRAYER 1. Father God, forgive me of any sin that is given the enemy upper hand in my life and cleans me with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. The God of Justice iniquity, I will do no more (Job 34:32). 3. I declare divine judgment upon the camp of my enemies spiritually or physically in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. Whatever that is not working for the success of my destiny, I declare the judgement of God upon it, in the name of Jesus Christ. 5. Every spirit assigned to frustrate my effort; I terminate your assignment by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 6. Father God, whatever you have not planted in my body, by your mighty hand destroy and uproot it by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 7. Every spiritual embargo placed against the work of my hands I invoke the judgment of God upon you, be lifted by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 8. Judgment re of God; expose every chameleon friend in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 9. Judgment re of God; expose every Judas in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 10. Judgment re of God; locate every secret plan of the enemy against me and let it be frustrated by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 29

God of vengeance, arise and ght for me, against my adversaries, in the name of Jesus Christ. 13. God of vengeance, arise ght those that ght me and contend with any power contending with me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 14. Father God, raise a standard against every form of injustice in my life, my right can never be turn away, in the name of Jesus Christ. 15. Father God, raise a standard against every judgment of man over my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 16. By divine judgment every adversary of my destiny perish, in the name of Jesus Christ. 17. By divine judgment, I command forces of darkness diverting the reward of my labour to perish by re, in the name of Jesus Christ. 18. Father God, raise a standard against every conspiracy against me, spiritually or physically, in the name of Jesus Christ. 19. God of vengeance set confusion in the camp of my enemies, 30

Father God, release your angels of vengeance to locate and put confusion wherever they are holding secret meetings against me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 22. Judgment re of God, visit every power behind reoccurring problem in my life and let it perish, in the name of Jesus Christ. 23. Father God, release your angels of vengeance to invade my house with the judgment sword against every agent of Satan, in the name of Jesus Christ. 24. Father God, release your angels of vengeance with the judgment sword to pursue all my pursuers, spiritually and physically, in the name of Jesus Christ. 25. Father God, anoint me with the oil of mercy and favour, in the name of Jesus Christ. 26. Father God build hedge of protection around me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 27. Whatever you ask in the name of Jesus Christ He will do it, now ask, in the name of Jesus Christ (John 14:13-14). 31

CHAPTER THREE IT IS A RIGHTEOUS THING Many Christians today are seriously under satanic siege because of their inability to enforce the will of God in their situation. They believe that as long as they are in the church things will work out well therefore they do not need to pray against the devil. Child of God I want you to know that it is a righteous thing to pray for God's vengeance against the enemy. 2Thess.1:6: Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you. Christians have been silent for so long and the enemy is busy slaughtering and victimizing Christians all over the world. They no longer fear God because Christians have presented the Lord as a weak and gentle God which is not true. In fact, our God is a ghter and avenger. The Lord of host is His name; He has angels of war as His army which He dispatch for vengeance wherever there is injustice against His children on earth. When the city of Jericho was shut against the children of Israel that 32

It is a Righteous Thing none could go out or come in, the Lord sent an angel, the captain of His host (Army) to declare judgment against Jericho (Joshua 6:1-5). Joshua 5:13-15: And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, [Art] thou for us, or for our adversaries?{14} And he said, Nay; but [as] captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? {15} And the captain of the LORD'S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest [is] holy. And Joshua did so. There are over seventy two thousand angels assigned to you as a child of God (Matt.26:53) but if you don't pray, they would remain silent even when you are under attack. But when you pray they will be activated to avenge for you. Because of our inability to take our stand as believers, the wicked have taken over every strategic position while the saints have become slaves. Hence Solomon said, Ecc.10:5-7: There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler: {6} Folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in low place. {7} I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth. It is an error for the wicked to be riding on horses and occupying powerful positions while the princes, God's children are suffering 33

The God of Justice and walking as servants. This is contrary to the will of God for His children. The best positions and good edices are meant for the children of God. When God wanted to deliver the people of Israel from bondage, He executed judgment against the land of Egypt, their rst born and their gods. Exodus12:12: For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the rstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. The night that the Lord executed His judgment in Egypt (Ex.12:29,30), it was Pharaoh that was adamant to release the children of God that rose that night saying to Moses and Aaron \"Rise, go out from among my people, both you and the children of Israel, and go, serve the Lord as you have said. \"Also take your ocks and your herds as you have said and be gone and bless me also (Ex.12:31, 32). Child of God stop petting the devil and start declaring divine judgment he will ee from you (James 4:7). The power the Lord gave to us as Christians to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke10:19), is not to be on defensive side but to be offensive. The power is given to us to put the devil in check. God has empowered our tongue to execute judgement against the enemy. As believers we have the power in our tongue to destroy unwanted things that does not 34

It is a Righteous Thing glorify God, the power to create and give life to the things that are pleasant in the sight of God. Prov.18:21: Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. The Lord has endowed us with great power to enforce His will on earth, as it is in heaven. For this reason He created us in His image and after His likeness to represent Him fully so that His kingdom and will can be established on earth. When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray and get result. He gave them a prayer pattern. Luke11:1-2: And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. {2} And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. One of the major prayer points in this teaching or pattern of prayer by the Lord is to enforce the kingdom and the will of God on earth. It is our duty as children of God to enforce His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. It is not the will of God for terrorism, oppression, inhuman treatment, perversion of justice to be prevalence in our world today; therefore we must invoke divine judgement on earth for the world to be peaceful as God has ordained from the beginning. 35

The God of Justice As long as Herod remains alive, the gospel of Christ will remain in shamble. Somebody or some forces must give way for one to make headway in life. Herod was a great antagonist to the disciples and the gospel of Christ until the judgment of God descended on him. Acts 12:21-24: And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. {22} And the people gave a shout,[saying, It is] the voice of a god, and not of a man. (23) And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost. {24} But the word of God grew and multiplied. Herod was a threat to the disciples and their commission. Prior to this time, he had killed James and the Jews were happy. As such he went further and arrested Peter intending to kill him after Easter, that was when the church woke up and began to pray without ceasing. They knew if Herod killed peter, they would be in jeopardy. Then Herod intention was frustrated and Peter was released by the angel of God (Acts 12:7-11). If we don't pray God will not come down to act. Though it was not the will of God for Peter to die such a careless death but the church needed to execute the will of God. When the church prayed the spirit of death that was meant for Peter retuned to Herod. It is the will of God for us that \"He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him\" (Ecc.10:8). After the divine judgment of death on Herod 36

It is a Righteous Thing \"the word of God grew and multiplied\" (Acts 12:24). I invoke the judgement of God upon every Herod, power or forces of darkness that does not want you to full your marital destiny, excel, prosper or carry your children, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. One of our sisters was under satanic torment for so long, from one sickness to another and from one problem to another. She has told me several times that she was tired of everything but after one of our fasting and prayer she saw a man in her dream that said to her you have been bombarding me with your prayers. You have been binding and releasing re on me therefore I have remove my hand from your life. That was the end of that sickness and satanic attacks. PRAYER 1. Father God, turn every secret meeting they are holding against me to foolishness, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. I command every satanic agenda over my life to backfire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 37

The God of Justice 5. Father God, deliver me from every divine judgment over my father or mother linage, in the name of Jesus Christ. 6. I invoke the wrath of God upon every chameleon friend around me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 7. I declare the judgment of God upon every Judas around me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 8. Every spirit that is contrary to the Holy Spirit in my body, I banish you in the name of Jesus Christ. 9. I command the enemy to fall into every pit of death they dug against me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 10. I command every arrow of sickness back to sender, in the name of Jesus Christ. 11. I command every enchantment and incantation against me to backfire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 12. I command every yoke of toiling spirit to be destroyed by Holy Ghost fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 13. Father God, turn every satanic agenda for my life to foolishness, in the name of Jesus Christ. 14. By divine judgment, I command every strong man that does not want me to fulfill my destiny, perish by fire in the name of Jesus 38

It is a Righteous Thing Christ. 15. Judgement fire of God, locate the satanic altar that is stealing my wealth and consume it by fire in the Name of Jesus Christ. 16. Judgment fire of God locate wherever they are invoking my names in any demonic altar, and consume them, in the name of Jesus Christ. 17. I release the angels of vengeance against every Herod tormenting my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 18. By divine judgment, I release the angels of vengeance against every Herod withholding what belongs to me, in the name of Jesus Christ. 19. By divine judgment, I command every power holding me backward to perish by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 20. God of justice arise, fight all my battles and give me victory, in the name of Jesus Christ. 21. Judgment fire of God, destroy every strongman restricting my financial breakthrough, in the name of Jesus Christ. 22. I declare the judgment of God on every power frustrating my marriage; perish by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 23. Consuming fire of God, destroy the camp of my enemies, in the 39

I declare the judgment of God on every power restricting my marital fruitfulness; perish by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 26. I am the redeemed of the Lord; therefore I refused to live under any curse, in the name of Jesus Christ. 27. I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus, therefore I shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. 28. Father God, bless the work of my hands, in the name of Jesus Christ. 29. Whatever you ask in the name of Jesus Christ He will do it, now ask, in the name of Jesus Christ (John 14:13-14). 40

CHAPTER FOUR EXECUTING DIVINE JUDGEMENT Believers have been endowed with great power and authority as God's representatives to put things in their proper order on earth. Many Christians are not exercising this power, either because they are ignorant of it or they are not genuinely born again. Mark 16:16-18: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. {17} And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; {18} They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. The word of the Lord says' these signs shall follow them that believes and the question is, who are those that believed. They are those who believe that Jesus is the son of God that He died for our sins and rose again for our justication. If they accept Him as their Lord and savior with this assertion, they are believers. 41

The God of Justice Therefore these signs will follow them. In other words, they will be endowed with power to execute the will of God, in the name of Jesus Christ. Such as casting out devils, speaking with new tongues, they shall take up serpents; This does not refer to handling snakes in religious ceremonies but casting them away without being harmed. If they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them and they shall lay hand on the sick they shall recover. What a great power. Luke 10:19: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. The power is given to the believers to execute the will of God on earth. The will of God is the purpose and the mind of God. When Jesus said in the prayer pattern that we should pray saying \"thy will be done on the earth as it is in Heaven, it means that what He met on earth was not the will or the intention of God in the beginning therefore we are supposed to enforce the will of God, in order to put things in their proper order. Whatever that is not right or good for man on earth is contrary to the will of God. For instance, it is not the will of God for man to remain in bondage or to die without fullling the numbers of his days on earth. Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 42

Executing Divine Judgment These atrocities, calamities and the killings happening all over the world today are not the will of God for His children. God wanted the world to be a peaceful habitation for man. It is our duty and divine mandate to enforce or execute the mind of God on earth by casting out devils and declaring God's judgment upon forces of darkness causing all kinds of evil in our lives and the world at large. Isaiah 57:21: There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked. What is happening in our world today is not natural. All the killings, kidnapping and the use of humans for rituals are demonically induced. The perpetrators are doing the will of their father the devil (John 8:44). The children of God are expected to execute the will of their father the Almighty God, by countering the will of Satan spiritually through spiritual warfare. We have to declare divine judgment upon the perpetrators of kinds of evil. There shall be no peace in the camp of the wicked. John 10:10: The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly Some will quote this scripture that though the devil came to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus came to give us life and as such they will go to sleep without doing anything. When Herod was harassing and busy killing the apostles the church was sleeping but when Peter was arrested and was to be executed after Easter it was done on the church that they were at the verge of total catastrophe. 43

The God of Justice Therefore they woke up from their slumber and prayed without ceasing then peter was released (Acts 12:1-11). The evil intention of Herod was frustrated. When a sorcerer called Bar-Jesus withstood Paul, trying to turn the Proconsul away from the faith then Paul being lled with the Holy Spirit, declared the judgment of God upon him saying\"…behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand (Acts 13:11). Bar-Jesus was an agent of Satan assigned to oppose the will of God in the life of the proconsul but Apostle Paul being lled with the power of the Holy Spirit executed God's judgement upon him. When the proconsul or deputy saw what had been done, he believed and was astonished. Acts 13:12: Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord. There are many things that God will not come down from heaven to do for us. Whatever that is not the will of God for you and around you, you have been empowered to put them in check. Enough is enough; we have to wake up offensively against the enemy. Fifty soldiers were sent by the king to arrest Elijah, when they got to where the man of God was sitting on top of the hill, they said to him \"under the kings commands come down from the hill\". Elijah did 44

Executing Divine Judgment not hesitate to declared divine judgement upon them. 2Kings 1:10: And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fty, If I [be] a man of God, then let re come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fty. And there came down re from heaven, and consumed him and his fty. At the command of Elijah they were roasted by re. Until one begins to execute divine judgment on every unpleasant situation and things around him, he will not be free from satanic harassment. That frequent miscarriage and seasonal sickness is not the will of God for you, wake up and put an end to it now. The king again sent another fty and Elijah invoked the re of God from heaven upon them. The king sent another set of fty more soldiers the third time, when they came and saw dead bodies roasted by re the captain went on his knees and pleaded for the man of God to spare their lives. 2 kings 1:13: And he sent again a captain of the third fty with his fty. And the third captain of fty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray thee, let my life, and the life of these fty thy servants, be precious in thy sight. If we do not take our stand and begin to execute divine judgement over the enemy, they will continue to harass us indiscriminately. You can imagine if Elijah was silent they would have mesmerized 45

The God of Justice his life. When Jesus came back from Bethany, He was hungry and saw a g tree from far. He thought He could get something to eat from the tree but when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves and Jesus responded and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. And his disciples heard it (Mark 11:14). Mark 11:20-21: And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the g tree dried up from the roots. {21} And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the g tree which thou cursedst is withered away. It was in the following day in the morning as they were passing by; His disciples saw that the g tree He cursed the previous day has withered away from the root. Peter said to Him the tree you cursed has died. He admonished them that they can as well do the same thing if they have faith in God. He said to them if you declare boldly whatever you desire without doubt in your heart you can have whatever you say. Mark 11:22-24: And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. {23} For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. {24} Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. 46

Executing Divine Judgment When David came to the battleeld, it was obvious that Goliath was physically equipped with more weapons and stronger than David. David declared the judgement of God upon him. David said to the philistine, \"you come to me with sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of horst, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have deed (1Sam.17:45). Take note of the word used by David \"in the name of the Lord of host\" the host of the angels for battle. David again said, \"And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle [is] the LORD'S, and he will give you into our hands (1 Sam.17:47). When the Lord of host arises, the weapons of the enemy will ultimately fail. As Jesus was sailing in a boat with His disciples a great windstorm arose against them. The disciples cried out to Him saying \"…Master, carest thou not that we perish? {39} And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great Calm (Mark 4:38-39). Raise a standard against that storm of life before it drowns you. You too can execute the judgment of God on earth. He has given us the authority to do likewise if you believe in Christ. Matthew16:19: And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 47

The God of Justice Matthew 18:18: Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. {18:19} Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Whatever we allow to happen on earth is permitted in heaven and whatever we disallow here on earth is disallowed in heaven. We must take note of the power of agreement here when the Lord said that \"if two of you shall agree on earth concerning what we want the heavenly Father will be oblige to do it\". John 20:21-23: Then said Jesus to them again, Peace [be] unto you: as [my] Father hath sent me, even so send I you. {22} And when he had said this, he breathed on [them,] and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: {23} Whosesoever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; [and] whose soever [sins] ye retain, they are retained. Though the Lord may no longer be seen physically but His physical impact can be clearly seen through man. He has handed over the batting to us to continue in the same capacity he operated while on earth even to do greater works (John14:12). He said \"as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you\". Whenever I see people in desperate search for power, I wonder which other power they seek, superior to this one. Wake up child of God and begin to exercise your authority through prayer. He has empowered us to execute judgment on earth in order to put the devil in check. 48
