We will click on PHCS logo on desktop and application page will open. 1. Enter your username of the employee given by the respective PHC admin 2. Enter the password. 3. Select Language (English/ )العربيهfrom drop down menu. By default, application will be loaded in English. 4. Press on login button and successfully enter the application. 5. In case you forget your password, please click ‘Forget password?’ link and complete the required steps. 6. 1.2. User Licensing Agreement1. After successful login to application, User Licensing Agreement will appear on screen. Mark checkbox after reading this contract between SehaTech and you.2. 1.5. Application screenThese sections will illustrates how to use different components on application 1. Main page/Home icon: Click here and user will be navigated to the main page of the application. By default application, main page will be according to the role. User can go back to main page from anywhere in the application using this icon. 2. List icon: Icon’s will be used to collapse the side bar of the application. It will ease the user to occupy less space of the screen. 3. Modules: Application modules are displayed in the header of every screen. User access the icons according to the rights. Module rights are editable. 4. Menu Icon: Click on the icon from the header and the respective module will expand from the left menu. e.g. Registration will open patient registration module 5. Pages: Pages are sorted under modules in side bar. Click on any desired page to open it. 6. Main Area: This is the default main page that will appear after login. Page selected from the menu will be loaded accordingly. 7. 2. PHC SetupCloud Admin manages PHC page. It is used to register PHC’s in HIS. User can updatePHC Information by accessing any PHC from grid. 2.1. Primary Healthcare Center Cloud Admin manages PHC page. It is used to register PHCs in PHC. User can update Information by accessing any PHC from grid.Note: Cloud adminActor(s): Cloud Admin, PHC Admin (Edit own PHC detail only) 1. Login as the Cloud admin and then add new PHC in the application. 2. Enter the details required 3. Press save button to confirm and all the details will appear in the grid. If Cancel button is, clicked respective page will refresh. 4. To search PHC details enter name in search field, all the details will appear on screen in editable mode. 5. 2.3. Sub Department LookupThis page allows user to add new sub-departments in the system. This is a look uptable. Sub-departments are later assigned to PHC(s). Sub department will be loaded when this menu option is clicked. 2. Enter the name and abbreviation the sub department. 3. To save the record, click on 'Save' button and all the details will appear in the grid. If Cancel button is clicked respective page will be refreshed. 4. Select the department where department is to be created. 3. Select generic name and enter the contact details of the department from lookup. 4. Select the department where sub department is to be created. 3. Select the sub department where sub department is to be created. 4. To save the record, click 'Save' button and all the details will appear in the grid. If cancel button is clicked respective page will be refreshed. 4. 2.9. PHC DetailsPHC detail form displays the departments and sub-departments of the selectedPHC.Actor(s): Cloud Admin, PHC Admin 1. PHC details page will be loaded when you click this menu option. 2. Select the PHC of interest (in case of PHC Admin, it is already selected). 3. To view structure of certain department in PHC select Department of interest. 4. To View details, click 'Search' button. 2.10.Add PayerThis page allows the user to add the payer details for the PHC.Actor(s): Cloud Admin 1. Add Payer page will be loaded when you click this menu option. 2. 3. Employee Setup Employee setup module will have all the data for the employee rights and privilege’s assigning. PHC Admin and Cloud admin will have the access to these modules. 3.1. Employee Registration Employee Registration is used to register an employee in PHC. Employee detailed information is registered on this page.Actor(s): Cloud Admin, PHC Admin, Reception Manager 1. To add new employee in PHC click on employee registration. 2. Enter Personal Info of the employee in form. 3. To take the picture of employee, click picture icon that will open camera attached with machine. 4. Enter the required address info of the employee. 5. Enter the required details of employee information in department info. 6. To save the record, click 'Save' button. 3.2. Update EmployeeUpdate Employee page is used to search and update Employee information. All theinformation will be loaded in the grid and user will be navigated to employeeregistration form to edit the data.Actor(s): Cloud Admin, PHC Admin, Reception Manager 1. To update the details of the existing employees of PHC press on update employee. 2. Enter Employee name in search field or use filters to narrow down search. 3. Click 'Search' button to find employee. If cancel button is clicked respective page will be refreshed. 4. To edit the details click on edit icon and employee registration page will be loaded with all the information in editable format. 5. 3.3. Create LoginRegistered employee is provided with User name and Password from Admin. Usercan select Mode of Authentication like Password, Finger Print or Iris Mode.Actor(s): Cloud Admin, PHC Admin, Reception Manager 1. Click here to create login for the PHC employees. 2. To select employee use filters like Department and Sub Department. 3. Select the employee from drop down list. 4. Enter login credentials, user name and password in the form. 5. Select the authentication mode. 6. To save the record, click 'Save' button and all the details will appear in the grid. If cancel button is clicked respective page will be refreshed. 7. To search employee login details enter the search criteria in the field, all the details will appear on screen. 8. 3.4. Add ProfessionAll the profession required in the PHC will be added and edited from this page.Actor(s): Cloud Admin 1. Click here to Add/ Update Profession. 2. Transfer Type: InternalInternal Transfer page used to transfer employees inside PHC. Employees will appearin destination department after successful transfer.
