Like ourRegency Auction 26, the 27th sale offers several very important collections as anchors. The RanJack Morgan Dollar Collection—a very high end quality collection of Philadelphia, San Francisco, and New Orleansmint Morgans. Many of these are among the FINEST known and all were hand selected by a very picky collector over thecourse of more than two decades. The Aurora Borealis Collection—a few more select duplicates from this monster collection of amazing toned dollars. The Liberty Sunrise Collection—a complete set of Peace dollars offering original toning. The degree of toning varies from lightgold to superb bag toning. Many pieces were purchased at previous Legend Auctions. The South Texas Collection—a partial 18th century U.S. type set assembled by a very fastidious collector and client ofLegend Numismatics. Each coin was hand selected for the client by Laura Sperber, and every coin is PCGS-graded and CACapproved. Each coin in this collection is a highlight! The collector is now moving on to another area of numismatics. The Pharma Collection—a selection of coins from a Legend Numismatics collector client who sold the majority of hiscollection previously. Laura Sperber P R I N C I PA L SPartner Laura was raised in Highland Park, NJ. During high school, the coin bug hit her hard. Her trip to theBruce Morelan 1976 NYC ANA left a lasting mark and huge desire for her to own and handle the greatest rarities. WhilePartner attending Monmouth University, Laura attended coin shows more than classes. After college, she started LSS RCI, a wholesale coin company. In 1986, she realized the need for a “better” coin retailer and teamedJulie Abrams up in 1986 with George Huang to form Legend Numismatics.President In 1996 Bruce Morelan became a partner and since then Legend has exclusively built or assisted in assembling this generation’s greatest collections. In 2012 Laura saw the need for a smaller, boutique auction firm, and created Legend-Morphy with Dan Morphy, whom she split with in 2014. Today, Laura is also a leading consumer advocate for coins. The passion has never subsided, and she keeps a beautiful Proof Walker on her desk to this day. Bruce started collecting coins when he was only six years old and by the time he was in high school his dream was to be a coin dealer. But life intervened and instead, Bruce went into business. By chance, he became Legend Numismatics’ financial backer in 1996. His great grandmother had given him three coins when he was young, one of which being a Trade Dollar, so he set out to build the finest Trade Dollar set. After a few years with ultra rarities, Bruce returned to his love of dollars and completed both a set of Gobrechts and a set of Seated Dollars. After selling those sets, Bruce recently returned to dollars with a new Gobrecht set and a spectacular early dollar set capped by his dream coin, the Amon Carter 1794 Dollar. Not many collector’s can say they have completed not only the finest 1794-1885 Dollar Sets and have over the years owned such coins as two 1913 Liberty Head Nickels, an 1894-S Dime, 1876-CC Twenty Cent piece, 1827 Original and Restrike Quarters, 1838-O Half Dollar, two 1885 Trade Dollars and four 1884 Trade Dollars! Julie Abrams started in numismatics in 1986 when she joined up with Bernard Rome and launched Teletrade, the first computerized auction company. Teletrade developed a unique coin trading method, utilizing state-of-the-art digitized voice board technology to run live auctions before the advent of the internet. As President of Teletrade, Julie helped expand the company, increasing the frequency of auctions and expanding annual sales to $24 million within a few years. In 1999, GMAI, a publicly traded company, purchased Teletrade and Ms. Abrams became Executive Vice President of Sales for the parent company. Her job responsibilities included continuing her role as CEO for Teletrade as well as marketing to buyers and consignors, with the goal of maintaining a balance between inventory and sales while growing the business. In 2004 she joined Stacks-Bowers, an old world traditional auction house where she worked to expand their e-commerce presence, including the development of an online bidding platform for the firm. She also marketed Stacks’ programs to secure consignments from dealers and institutions such as banks, museums and universities. Sharply struck and boasting a brilliant mint luster, the RanJack 7 over 8 Tail Feather has a completely untoned silver surface. Only when viewed with a powerful glass do the teeny, insignificant marks come to light, but none are singularly detracting, nor do they mar the overall SUPERB eye appeal. PCGS 423, NGC 103, CAC 49. PCGS has graded 27 coins in MS65+, and only five CAC-approved examples have sold in auction, the most recent realizing $4,230 in April 2016. When you twirl this coin all you see is the nearly blinding flash of the combined luster and mirrors. Both sides are white with a faint of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and are thickly frosted. There is strong contrast. The eye appeal is awesome! PCSG 32, NGC 17. The last PCGS NO CAC piece to sell in auction brought $7,200 in February 2018. As you know, the RanJack collector did not just buy any coin for his collection. We HAVE seen worse in MS66 holders! Outstanding surfaces are exceedingly clean and smooth. All you can find is a scattered microscopic frost break or two; there are no bag marks. Not only does this coin exhibit a strong luster, the reverse is slightly semi prooflike. Both sides are an original creamy GEM white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and are thickly frosted. The eye appeal is totally wonderful! PCGS 453, NGC 138, CAC 77. PCGS has graded 28 coins higher-of which only 5 are CAC. The last PCGS CAC MS65+ that sold in auction brought $5,170 in August 2017. We assure you, this is NOT your typical 79-O MS65+! Opportunity knocks loud here for the picky Morgan Collector. We expect strong bidding here, so be ready! PCGS# 7090 | ESTIMATE: $4,500+ 11

THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 6 $1 1879-S PCGS MS68 CAC Sheer perfection! Everything about this 79-S is SUPERB! A strong satin mint bloom with solid cartwheels swirls along both sides. All the details on Ms. Liberty and the eagle are fully struck and offer an extreme frost. Even under close inspection with a strong glass we cannot find any serious mark or tick anywhere. The cheek is satin smooth and so high end that even the pickiest of old timers will fall in love with coin’s quality and eye appeal. Mostly untoned with just a hint of iridescent toning with a frame at the peripheries. PCGS 123, NGC 174, CAC 82. There are only seven coins graded finer, all MS68+. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $5,500 and in the 2016 FUN auction (taking place in a low valley in the recent market cycle) this coin sold for $5,640. Keep in mind that the last MS68+ sold for $32,900 in April 2016. Whether you are building a SUPERB Morgan set or just need one special coin for a type set, be sure to bid on this beauty! In 64+, PCGS has graded 149, NGC 24. We note that due to its rarity in full GEM grades, there is likely much duplication in the population figures. In PCGS MS64+ CAC, these have generally sold in the $3,000-$4,000 range and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,750--the value jumps to $17,500 in MS65. THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 20$1 1884-S PCGS MS63The 1884-S is one of the most famous condition raritiesin the entire U.S. series. Although the generous mintageof 3,200,000 would make anyone believe that the1884-S dollar would be a common issue. However, dueto a high rate of circulation of the issue, this is one ofthe MAJOR condition rarities in the series. VERY RAREin choice, and virtually unobtainable in GEM or bettergrades. This is one of those issues that most collectorsonly dream of owning in Mint State--many opting for ahigh end AU58.For the date, the present 84-S has a bold satiny lusterthat rolls brilliantly on both the obverse and reverse. Adelicate pearly-gold color. There are a couple of tinymarks visible under a strong glass, but for a 63, the eyeappeal is quite nice and even. You can tell that it wascarefully selected by a fastidious collector with a refinedtaste in his coins.PCGS 51, NGC 46. The current PCGS Price Guide valueis listed at $55,000, and recent examples have sold inthe $40,000-$50,000 range. A full booming luster shines from all over. Both sides are an original creamy white color. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have thick dreamy frost. Her cheek is exceptionally clean and puffy. The eye appeal is gorgeous! PCGS 163, NGC 83, CAC 90. PCGS has graded 21 in MS67+ with 3 coins higher. PCGS# 7158 | ESTIMATE: $3,500+ LOT 22 $1 1885-O PCGS MS67+ CAC About as HIGH END a GEM example as you will ever hope to bid on! At first glance it does look MS68! Brilliantly lustrous surfaces are aglow in a billowing satiny frost. Sharply struck up for the date, the details are fully and crisply rendered from an exacting blow from the dies. A light golden, iridescent toning graces the obverse, but the reverse is totally untoned. The eye appeal is excellent and this SUPERB coin with its flawless look is worthy of any high end set. PCGS 343, NGC 591, CAC 178. Only 26 are in 67+ at PCGS, with only 1 finer. THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 23$1 1885-S PCGS MS66This is a rare RanJack coin that didnot CAC. For those of you whothink Legend can get anythingthrough CAC-this coin (which ismore than deserving of a bean) hasus appealing, holding our breath, and doing everything we can to getthe bean. We can’t figure why theydid not want to bean it. They aretight-too tight here.First, this coin narrowly misses afull prooflike designation. Only thetypical area above the eagle’s headlacks the full mirrors. Save for thatarea, all the mirrors are 4 “ deep and are watery. You do not have to imagine the flash-as it nearly blinds you. Even thoughthe coin has super flash, ticks and scuffs are nowhere to be found. Even using a strong glass only impresses you more. Bothsides are an original white. There is strong cameo contrast. Miss Liberty and he details are frosted and are fully struck. The eyeappeal is awesome!PCGS 63, NGC 14. The last PCGS MS66 to sell in auction brought $4,080 in February 2018. Once you see the quality andsuperior flash of this coin you’ll know why we are expecting a strong price realized. The current Collector’s Universe value is$4,250. We can see that easily being smashed though before live bidding begins!PCGS# 7164 | ESTIMATE: $4,500+ LOT 24 $1 1886 PCGS MS67+ CAC This is NOT your typical 1886 in MS67! With a mintage of nearly 20 million, the 1886 is one of the most common dates in the Morgan dollar series. In SUPERB grades, as here, it is very scarce and prohibitively rare any finer. Brilliant, superbly lustrous surfaces are essentially without flaw! Deeply impressed devices are crisp and bold, fully struck up from a late state of the dies, with the peripheries crumbling and extensive die cracks on both sides. The eye appeal is superb, with this coin looking today as it did the day if fell off the dies. PCGS 514, NGC 982, CAC 343. There are 66 coins graded MS67+ at PCGS, and only nine coins graded finer. The mostrecent example sold for a cheap $1,800, but prior to that, three sold for between $2,400 and $2,585. The current PCGS value is listed at $2,500. Keep in mind the value goes up by a factor of 10X in 68! This SUPERB GEM is certainly worthy of any world class Morgan dollar set. PCGS# 7166 | ESTIMATE: $2,000+ 21

THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 25 $1 1886-O PCGS MS64+ CAC You can tell Mr. RanJack handpicked his collection over several years. This 1886-O is a true near miss MS65! We would bet before slabbing this coin was sold as an MS65. We grade it MS64.9! For an 1886-O, the surfaces are unbelievable. Using a strong glass all we could find are a few microscopic pockets of ticks. There are NO major marks or even frost breaks. Even more remarkable, this coin has a luster more like an 1882 then a 1886-O. We certainly have not seen many similar (and we did place the PCGS MS65 CAC in the Coronet set). Both sides are a full original white; this coin has not been dipped or messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have gentle frost. The eye appeal is remarkable for an 1886-O! PCSG 241, NGC 66, CAC 42. PCGS has graded 23 in MS64+. We’ll challenge this coin vs any other. The last PCGS CAC MS64+ sold for $21,150. In July 2017. In 2013, one sold for $28,500. With a real MS65 being worth at least $175,000, we think this coin should be worth at last $30-$40,000. This is NOT your typical “oh the holder says MS64+” coin. Even if you are building an all GEM set, THIS coin will be more than a perfect fit! PCGS# 7168 | ESTIMATE: $22,000+22

THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 26$1 1886-S PCGS MS66+ CACA SUPERB example. A slightly lower mintage dateMorgan with only 750,000 struck. This remarkablesurvivor ranks among the top dozen graded, and thereare only FIVE coins at PCGS that grade finer.Offering a strong, rolling cartwheel mint luster on bothsides, this 86-S looks like an 82-S. Sharply struck onboth sides, the devices offer a strong frosty look. Thesurfaces are totally smooth and devoid of any seriousmarks, lines, or discolorations that detract from theexcellent eye appeal.PCGS 53, NGC 16, CAC 17. There are seven coinsgraded MS66+ at PCGS. None have ever sold inauction. Regular MS66s graded PCGS/CAC have soldin the $7,763 to $12,925 and the most recent PCGSMS67 (not CAC) brought $39,950 in October 2016. Thecurrent PCGS value is listed at $11,500 and when thegavel finally falls on this magnificent GEM, that levelwill have to be adjusted upward. THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 27 $1 1887 PCGS MS67 CAC A SUPERB example! A delicate dusting of clear gold is brought out by a shimmering, frosty mint brilliance on both sides. Both sides display a full, beaming luster that caresses the ultra smooth, totally flawless surfaces. Ms. Liberty and the details are sharply struck. Liberty’s cheek is free of any distracting marks or ticks--it is so smooth, that it would please even the most persnickety of old time collectors! The eye appeal is exceptional! PCGS 166, NGC 365, CAC 64. This GEM was last sold in auction in January 2009, where it realized $2,415, beyond the current $1,650 PCGS Price Guide. There are only 13 coins graded finer at PCGS, and it is hard to imagine that many of the 12 67+s look much better than this SUPERB GEM! Good luck! PCGS# 7172 | ESTIMATE: $1,500+ LOT 28 $1 1887-O PCGS MS65+ CAC Another very conditionally difficult date to find in such lofty grades. Despite a large mintage of over 11.5 million, relatively few survive in high grade. The present GEM is bested by perhaps 14 coins finer. Highly lustrous, especially for a date that often comes lackluster, the obverse and reverse both display strong, rolling cartwheels. For a New Orleans date, the strike is sharp and the eye appeal is amazing. Liberty’s cheek is remarkably clean for the assigned grade, as are the rest of the surfaces, with no singular mark worthy of mention. Certainly a VERY HIGH END example! PCGS 430, NGC 83, CAC 44. PCGS has graded 48 in MS65+ and only 14 graded higher, all MS66. The current PCGS value is listed at $4,500. Only two PCGS MS65+ CAC have ever sold in auction, one in April 2015 for $5,875 and the other in December 2013 for $6,756. Comparing those two to the present coin, this coin is cleaner and should attract very serious bidding from advanced Morgan dollar collectors. Remember, a 66 will cost close to $30,000, and NONE are CAC. PCGS# 7176 | ESTIMATE: $4,500+24

PCGS 348, NGC 106. The last two years, these have sold in the general $2,200-$2,600 range and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,750. Scarce any finer, this GEM will fit nicely in any set. PCGS# 7212 | ESTIMATE: $2,000+ 31

THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 41 $1 1892-O PCGS MS65+ A glowing mint luster radiates on both sides bringing life to the very subtle overtone of clear gold. Sharply struck, this GEM has a premium look. Even with a strong glass, we can only see a few teeny bag marks, none of which detract from the excellent eye appeal. PCGS 276, NGC 82. PCGS has graded 18 in MS65+ and only seven coins finer. The most recent example in 65+ to sell was in the 2018 CSNS sale, realizing $5,280. Prior to that, one sold in June 2017 for $9,400. The current Collector’s Universe value is listed at $7,750. Only eight coins graded finer and anything finer today would cost in the $40,000-$50,000 range! Bound for a fine set! PCGS# 7216 | ESTIMATE: $5,000+ LOT 42 $1 1892-S PCGS AU58 A MAJOR condition rarity, the 1892-S ranks as one of the rarest dates in the entire Morgan dollar series in Mint State grades. The vast majority of the 1.2 million coined went directly into commercial channels. This AU58 example has a bold luster on both sides, with only the lightest hint of high point friction noted, keeping it from a full Mint State grade. Displaying the typical softness of strike in the hair curls above the ear, otherwise the details are fully rendered. A few tiny hairlines are noted for the sake of accuracy, but none are singularly distracting. There is also a delicate touch of the clearest gold tone. Finer than most you will ever encounter. PCGS 136, NGC 134. VERY RARE in any Mint State grade, so we believe that the population figures in AU55 and AU58 are highly inflated by resubmissions looking for finer grades. The last one to sell realized $11,400 in April 2018 and prior to that, we sold one in July 2017 for $12,338 and one in January 2017 for $11,750. The current Collector’s Universe value is listed at $13,500 and keep in mind any Mint State coin is worth $35,000+! A real prize for any collector who still needs an example for their set. Good luck! PCGS# 7218 | ESTIMATE: $10,000+32

THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 43$1 1893 PCGS MS65+ CACA REAL GEM! And a beautiful one at that! What agreat coin, among the FINEST graded, and boasting anamazing look! Everything about this coin isHIGH END.A strong glowing luster shines with a vivid brillianceon both sides. Very well struck devices stand outagainst the satin smooth surfaces. A delicate dustingof pearly-gold iridescent toning graces the surfaces, which are free of any marks or ticks. As you wouldexpect, the eye appeal is excellent.PCGS 259, NGC 83, CAC 34. There are only 19examples in 65+ and only six in MS66. The currentPCGS Price in MS65+ is $12,000 and only five PCGS/CAC examples have sold in auction, ranging from$9,900 to $24,675. THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 44 $1 1893-O PCGS MS64 CAC Ex NFL Set For a 93-O, this coin is OUTSTANDING! A seductive satin sheen is seen all over on both obverse and reverse. For the assigned grade, the surfaces are very smooth and not hacked up in any way. Both sides have a sharp strike for the date with nearly full details. A pearly-gold patina graces the surfaces and the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 90, NGC 31, CAC 20. The most recent example to sell in auction realized $25,850 in April 2017. Prior to that, one sold in the 2012 FUN auction for $20,700. Only 10 coins have received higher grades at PCGS, the finest being graded MS65. Anything graded higher is VERY RARE and expensive. A great coin with a well known pedigree, and a wonderful original look. PCGS# 7224 | ESTIMATE: $18,000+34

THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 45$1 1893-S PCGS AU55The 93-S is the undisputed KEY date Morgan dollarstruck for circulation. Boasting the lowest mintage inthe entire series at 100,000, the vast majority eitherdisappeared into commercial channels and whatevermay have been kept in storage was melted in 1918under the auspices of the Pittman Act. Today, expertsestimate about 10,000 survive in all grades, from verylow grade and damaged pieces all the way to theamazing Vermeulle-Coronet MS67. Every coin is aprize for the collector, from those of modest means tothe ultra wealthy.Any AU coin is a special coin. The presently offeredcoin has a very respectable look. Ample original mintfrost survives on both sides. While this coin saw sometime in commerce, it was pulled prior to being chewedup or heavily worn. There is a light friction on thehighest points and in the fields, but there are no marksof consequence anywhere. The eye appeal is very nice, and better than the vast majority you will see.PCGS 43, NGC 23. The most recent example to sellrealized $36,000 in the 2018 FUN auction. Prior tothat, one sold for $38,796 in July 2017. The currentPCGS value is listed at $42,500. Keep in mind theShrike-PFM AU58 which sold in our most recentRegency Auction sold for $79,313. THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 46 $1 1894 PCGS MS64 CAC From the second lowest mintage of the entire series, only the 1893-S has a lower one. Pleasing, original silver surfaces bloom with a strong satiny brilliance. Light contact is noted for accuracy, but is perfectly acceptable for the assigned grade; and the reverse is indeed the quality of a finer grade. Well struck and exceptionally eye appealing. PCGS 269, NGC 120, CAC 46. The most recent example to sell in auction was in January 2017, realizing $7,050; prior to that PCGS/CAC coins sold in the $8,000-$10,000 range and the current PCGS value is listed at $7,800. VERY RARE any finer and bound for another high end set! PCGS# 7228 | ESTIMATE: $7,000+ LOT 47 $1 1894-O PCGS MS64+ A very scarce date in Mint State, as most of the mintage went directly into circulation. An exceptional luster for the grade and date, both sides have a glowing satin sheen. For an O-mint, the details are nice and crisp with bold definition. We note a few tiny marks and a narrow hairline scratch on Liberty’s cheek, but otherwise the surfaces are of essentially GEM quality and eye appeal. EXTREMELY RARE any finer! PCGS 65, NGC 17. It is very interesting to note, that while looking at auction comps, most of the 64+s that have sold in auction displayed moderate, often mottled, uneven toning. Untoned, brilliant silver coins seem to be the exception, not the norm. An untoned example sold in September 2015 for $12,925 (without CAC, as here); a CAC approved untoned example brought $16,450 in the 2016 ANA auction. The current CU value is $12,500 and only 13 coins are graded finer at PCGS, each carrying with it a $50,000+ price tag! PCGS# 7230 | ESTIMATE: $8,500+36

THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 49 $1 1895-O PCGS MS62 A CLASSIC issue in the Morgan dollar series. Starting with a low mintage of only 450,000, it is truly scarce in all grades and your typical survivor grades no better than AU. Mint State survivors are a RARE treat in the numismatic marketplace and when offered see considerable activity to bring them home. The present PCGS MS62 was clearly hand selected by the collector. With the eye of a true expert in this series, this coin really is HIGH END. Well struck, even in the fine hair details above Liberty’s ear. The initial appeal of this coin really is of a finer grade: Liberty’s cheek is very smooth and we think for once on a Morgan dollar, the reason keeping this coin from a higher grade is the small number of insignificant, scattered contact on the reverse. Both sides display a bold, radiating luster and the reverse has just a gentle dusting of clear gold. The eye appeal is VERY nice for the grade, and we really do not know why CAC did not bean this one. PCGS 42, NGC 19. The most recent example sold in auction three years ago, realizing $24,675, in a July 2015 auction and that was the first one to sell since April 2012. Clearly these do not appear at auction with any real frequency. VERY RARE any finer, a PCGS MS63 will cost $50,000+. This very CHOICE MS62 will delight any collector and will finally fill that hole in you set! PCGS# 7236 | ESTIMATE: $22,000+38

THE RANJACK COLLECTIONLOT 50$1 1896 PCGS MS67+ CACThere are MS67+’s and thenthere are MS67+’s like this killerGEM. We fully grade this coin anMS67.9! Really. If this coin wasin an MS68 holder, we probablywould not even flinch(no promises made). The only flaw we could find-asingle microscopic tick on thereverse. Hard to imagine, butthis coin really is the epitome ofperfection. We can only assumethat 122 years ago this coin left thebank and was loving stored untilit was slabbed. We assure you, even though others are graded, you will NOT see a twin to this. The surfaces are also satinysmooth. A strong luster beams from all over. The colors are totally original white with highlights of pale gold by the rims. MissLiberty and the details are fully struck and have light frost. Her cheek is amazingly clean and smooth. The eye appeal isreally perfect!PCGS 224, NGC 72, CAC 73. PCGS has graded 26 in MS67+ and 2 in MS68 (both CAC). Too bad we can’t compare allMS67+ CAC coins. We ‘d make a huge bet this coin is superior to all of them. This is no hype, seeing is believing. The lastPCSG CAC MS67+ to sell in auction brought $6,168 in June 2014. That is four LONG years ago! We fully expect this coin tobring far more with many bidders trying to buy it. Be prepared!PCGS# 7240 | ESTIMATE: $5,500+ LOT 51 $1 1896-O PCGS MS63 CAC For the date and grade this 96-O is VERY HIGH END. While “only” a 63, the 96-O is a major condition rarity, one of the RAREST of all Morgan dollars in grades close to GEM, which puts amazingly CHOICE examples like this one in VERY strong demand. Ultra satiny mint frost glows on both sides with a soft, pearly luster. Well struck and very pleasing. PCGS 302, NGC 137, CAC 17. Looking at these population figures, two things are evident: 1-there is clearly duplication trying to get a higher grade 2- those that are graded 63 are NOT high quality in general. The last PCGS/ CAC coin sold in the 2017 ANA auction for $9,988 and before that one sold in October 2015 for $11,750. Certainly worthy of a bid in excess of the current CU value of $8,000. Keep in mind the value more than triples next grade up! Good luck! PCGS# 7242 | ESTIMATE: $7,500+ 39

THE RANJACK COLLECTION LOT 52 $1 1896-S PCGS MS65 Another exceptional GEM from this impressive collection! Vivid and brilliant mint frost have a most glorious look on both sides. The most recent PCGS MS65 sold for $7,200 in April 2018 and prior to that an NGC coin sold for $8,400 in February 2018. The current PCGS price is listed at $13,000.Only nine coins have graded higher at PCGS, and they are very rarely offered, making a GEM like this a great coin for anyone building a set who does not want to spend $20,000+ for a 65+ or $75,000+ for a 66. Good luck! PCGS# 7244 | ESTIMATE: $7,000+ LOT 53 $1 1897 PCGS MS67 CAC Do not let the pops fool you, this is a VERY tough date to find in real SUPERB GEM MS 67. We do rank this coin VERY high end. Phenomenal surfaces are pure MS67 caliber. The fields are picture perfect clean and smooth. Even using a strong glass there are not even minute problems to be found. Even an 80-S $1 you won’t find surfaces as clean. A strong luster beams from all over. Both sides are a GEMMY original white. This coin has never been dipped or messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The appeal is great! PCGS 33, NGC 2, CAC 7. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $10,868 in December 2014. That was forever ago! We can tell you this, when we were building the #1 Coronet Collection, this was the last date we found-and we could not find a CAC piece. It is nearly impossible to find a true SUPERB GEM MS67 that is the real deal! Of course, the RanJack coin is the real deal! PCGS# 7246 | ESTIMATE: $7,000+40
