‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٠١‬‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﺴﻜﺮﻳﺔ)‪ (١‬ﺃﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻠﻴـﻎ ﺃﻡ ﺇﺭﺷـﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤـﻊ‬ ‫ﺃﻡ ﻣﺎﺫﺍ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻟﻤﻬـﻢ ﻓـﻲ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﻛﻠﹼـﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺒﺘﻌـﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻋﻦ ﺍﷲ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥١‬ﻧﻘﺘﺮﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ‬ ‫ﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻐﻔﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺮﻛﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻳﺤﺲ ﻭﻳﺸﻌﺮ ﺍﻟﻐﻨﻲ‬ ‫ﺑﻤـﺮﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻘـﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻘـﺮﺍﺀ‪ .‬ﺑﻌـﺾ ﻣـﻦ ﺃﺻـﺤﺎﺏ ﻣﺤـﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﻀﺮ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻳﺮﻓﻌـﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺳـﻌﺎﺭ ﻭﻳـﺪﺧﺮﻭﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺒﻀـﺎﺋﻊ ﻟﻠﻐـﺮﺽ ﺍﻟﻜﺴـﺐ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨـﺎﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼـﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ‬ ‫ﻧﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﻛـﺔ ﺑﻬـﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘـﺔ؟! ﻣـﺎ ﻫـﻮ ﺭﺃﻳﻜـﻢ‬ ‫ﺑﺨﺼﻮﺹ ﺫﻟﻚ؟‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﺫﻛﺮ ﻣﻔﺮﺩﺓ ﻋﺴﻜﺮﻳﺔ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺸـﻌﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻗـﻲ ﻣﻨﺸـﻐﻞ ﺑﻤﻘﺎﺗﻠـﺔ‬ ‫ﺩﺍﻋﺶ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﻨﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٠٢‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺷـﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋـﺔ ﻫـﻮ ﺷـﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥ )ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻢ( ﻓﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺜﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﻯ ﻭﺍﻷﺧﻼﻕ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻓﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺸﻊ ﻣﺒﻐﻮﺽ ﻭﻣﺮﻓﻮﺽ ﻓﺎﺗﻘﻮﺍ ﺍﷲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺛﻢ ﻻ ﺗﺼﻴﺮﻭﺍ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﻃﻌـﺎﻡ ﻭﺷـﺮﺍﺏ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﻓـﺮﺍﺡ ﻭﻣﻠـﺬﺍﺕ ﺑـﻞ ﻫـﻮ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﻃﺎﻋـﺔ ﻭﺗﻮﺑـﺔ ﻭﺇﻧﺎﺑـﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﻏﻔﺮﺍﻥ ﻭﺇﻳﻤﺎﻥ ﻭﺳﻼﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٢‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﺃﻋﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻘﻬﻰ ﻟﺒﻴـﻊ ﺍﻟﺸـﺎﻱ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻫﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻭﺃﻧـﺎ‬ ‫ﻻ ﺃﻣﻠﻚ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺁﺧﺮ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺼﺪﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻬـﺎﺭ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﻓﻨﻌﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٣‬ﻫـﻞ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻐـﺶ ﻓـﻲ ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻳـﺎﻡ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٠٣‬‬ ‫)ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ( ﻣﻨﺎﻑ ﻟﻠﺼﻴﺎﻡ؟ ﻭﻟـﻮ ﺣﺘـﻰ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻨﻮﻳﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻣﻨـﺎﻑ ﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴـﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼـﻮﻡ‪ ...‬ﻓﻤـﻦ‬ ‫ﺻﺎﻡ ﺻﺎﻣﺖ ﺟﻮﺍﺭﺣﻪ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻣﺘﺪﻥ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٤‬ﺇﻧـﻲ ﻣﻘﺒﻠـﺔ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻋﻤﻠﻴـﺔ ﺃﻃﻔـﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻧﺎﺑﻴﺐ ﻭﺳﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﻭﻳﺠـﺐ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﺯﺭﻉ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺪﺍﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻢ ﺇﺗﺒﺎﻉ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﻏـﺬﺍﺋﻲ‬ ‫ﻳﺤﻮﻱ ﻧﺴﺒﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﺍﺋﻞ ﻭﺗﻐﺬﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻮﻉ ﺧﺎﺹ‪..‬‬ ‫ﻓﻬﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻲ ﺍﻹﻓﻄﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ؟ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻻ‬ ‫ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﺄﺟﻴﻠﻬﺎ ﺣﺎﻟﻴﺎﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬؟!!؟ ﻫـﻞ ﺗﺴـﺄﻟﻴﻦ ﻋـﻦ ﺍﻟﺼـﻮﻡ؟! ﺃﻡ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ؟!!!‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٥‬ﻧﺤﻦ ﻧﺴﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﻳﺪ ﻭﺇﻥ ﺷـﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٠٤‬‬ ‫ﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺨﻴﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺑـﻮﺍﺏ ﻭﺃﻧـﺎ ﻟـﻲ ﺃﺭﺑـﻊ ﺃﻃﻔـﺎﻝ )‪-١٥‬‬ ‫‪ (٤-٩-١٣‬ﺳﻨﻮﺍﺕ ﻭﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﺎﻡ ﺣﻮﺍﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻭﻝ‬ ‫ﻋﺸﺮﺓ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ‪ ٢٠‬ﺳـﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺃﻧـﺎ ﻭﺃﺑﻨـﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﻴـﺮ ﻟـﺪﻳﻨﺎ ﻣـﺮﺽ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻘﻴﻘﺔ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﺑﻨﺘﻲ ﺗﺼﺎﺏ ﺑـﺪﻭﺍﺭ‪ ،‬ﻣﻤﻜـﻦ ﺃﻧـﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺗﺤﻤـﻞ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﺣﻜﻢ ﺃﻃﻔﺎﻟﻲ ﺇﻥ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻠﻮﺍ ﻃﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ؟ ﻋﻠﻤﹰﺎ ﺃﻧﻬﻢ ﻳﺬﻫﺒﻮﻥ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺭﺳـﺔ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﺴـﺎﻋﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﹰﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺑﻌﺔ ﻋﺼﺮﺍﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛﱠﻠﻤ ـﺎ ﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﻟ ـﺒﻼﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺼــﻌﻮﺑﺔ ﺯﺍﺩ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﻮﺍﺏ ﺇﻻ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺿﺮﺭﻳﺎﹰ ﻓﻴﺴﻘﻂ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻮﺏ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٦‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺃﻋﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺀ‬ ‫)ﻋﺎﻣﻞ( ﻭﺍﻋﺘﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﻴﺪ ﻟﻌﺎﺋﻠﺘﻲ‪ ،‬ﻋﻤﺮﻱ ﺍﻵﻥ ‪١٩‬‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻣﹰﺎ‪ ،‬ﻗﺒﻞ ﺳﻨﺘﻴﻦ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻛﻨﺖ ﺻﺎﺋﻤﹰﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺒـﺎﺭﻙ ﺗﺄﺫﻳـﺖ ﻛﺜﻴـﺮﹰﺍ ﻭﻛﻨـﺖ ﻣﻘﻠـﺪﹰﺍ ﻷﺣـﺪ ﻣﺮﺍﺟـﻊ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻋﺪﻟﺖ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻘﻠﻴﺪﻩ ﻻﺣﻘﺎﹰ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﺳﺘﺸﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﻲ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٠٥‬‬ ‫ﻣﻜﺘﺒـﻪ ﻓـﺄﺧﺒﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﺇﻥ ﺑﺈﻣﻜـﺎﻧﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻓﻄـﺮ ﺑـﺎﻗﻲ ﺍﻷﻳـﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﻋﻮﺿﻬﺎ ﻻﺣﻘﺎﹰ‪ ،‬ﻓﺄﻓﻄﺮﺕ ‪ ٢٥‬ﻳﻮﻣﺎﹰ ﻭﻗﻀﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻻﺣﻘﹰﺎ‪ .‬ﺃﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻵﻥ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻄﻤﺄﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻧﺎﺣﻴـﺔ ﺍﻷﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ ﺃﻓﻄﺮﺗﻬـﺎ‪ ،‬ﻫـﻞ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺇﻓﻄﺎﺭ ﻣﺘﻌﻤﺪ ﺃﻡ ﻻ؟ ﻭﺟﻮﺍﺑﻚ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻤ‪ ‬ﹶﻄ ‪‬ﻤﺌﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻮﺣﻴﺪ ﻟﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺗﻘﻠﻴﺪﻙ ﺑﺤﺠﺔ ﺷـﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﻓـﻼ‬ ‫ﺇﺷـﻜﺎﻝ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺜﺮﻳـﺐ ﻋﻠﻴـﻚ‪ ...‬ﺃﻋﺎﻧـﻚ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺩﻳﻨـﻚ‬ ‫ﻭﺩﻧﻴﺎﻙ‪ ...‬ﻭﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺪﻝ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺍﻟـﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻟﻜـﻲ ﻻ‬ ‫ﻳﻀﻴﻊ ﻻ ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻛﻼﻫﻤﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٧‬ﺃﻧـﺎ ﻣـﻮﺍﻃﻦ ﻋﺮﺍﻗـﻲ‪ ،‬ﺑﻌـﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﻨـﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﺗﻄﻮﻋﺖ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺳـﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺸـﺮﻃﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ‬ ‫ﺷﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻛﻮﻥ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻈﻠﻮﻡ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﻔﻀـﻠﻪ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﺋﻊ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺗـﺪﺭﻳﺒﻨﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺑـﺎﻷﺣﺮﻯ ﺍﻟـﺪﻭﺭﺓ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻭﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻬﻤﺘﻪ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭﺓ ﺷﺎﻗﺔ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٠٦‬‬ ‫ﻭﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻀـﺒﺎﻁ ‪-‬ﻛﻤـﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺴـﺮﻧﺎ‪ -‬ﻳﻜﻮﻧـﻮﻥ ﺷـﺪﻳﺪﻳﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺪ ‪‬ﺭﺏ ﻭﻳﻌﺮﻓﻮﻧﻪ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺻـﺎﺋﻢ‪ ،‬ﻣـﺎﺫﺍ ﻧﻔﻌـﻞ ﺣﻴـﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺫﻟﻚ؟ ﻭﻟﻮ ﺃﻓﻄﺮﻧﺎ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺐ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺇﻓﻄﺎﺭ ﻣﺘﻌﻤـﺪ‬ ‫ﺃﻡ ﻳﻜﻔﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺀ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺳـﺎﻋﺪﻛﻢ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺃﻋـﺎﻧﻜﻢ ﻭﻣـﻦ ﻛـﻞ‬ ‫ﺳﻮﺀ ﻭﻗﺎﻛﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٨‬ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻗﻠﻴﻠﺔ ﻭﻧﺘﺸـﺮﻑ ﺑﻘـﺪﻭﻡ ﺷـﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻜـﺮﻳﻢ‪ ،‬ﻫﻨـﺎ ﺃﺗﻜﻠـﻢ ﻋـﻦ ﻻﺟﺌـﻴﻦ ﻓـﻲ ﺩﻭﻟـﺔ‬ ‫ﺑﻠﺠﻴﻜﺎ‪ ،‬ﺃﺷﺮﺡ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﻛﻞ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻳﺴﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺃﺣـﺪ ﻣﺮﺍﻛـﺰ ﺗـﻮﻃﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻼﺟﺌـﻴﻦ ﻣـﻦ ﻛﺎﻓـﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴـﻴﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﺳـﺘﺜﻨﺎﺀ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘـﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻛـﺰ ﺑﺘﻘـﺪﻳﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﺟﺒـﺎﺕ ﻃﻌـﺎﻡ ﺛﻼﺛـﺔ‪ :‬ﻓﻄـﻮﺭ ﺻـﺒﺎﺣﺎﹰ ﺳـﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ٨‬ﺻـﺒﺎﺣﹰﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﻏﺬﺍﺀ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ١٢‬ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺣـﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺸـﺎﺀ ﺳـﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ٦‬ﺇﻟـﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ٧‬ﻓﻘﻂ‪ ،‬ﻣﻤﻨﻮﻉ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺮﺍﺝ ﻃﻌﺎﻡ ﺧـﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻌـﻢ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٠٧‬‬ ‫ﻭﻣﻤﻨﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺦ ﺩﺍﺧـﻞ ﺍﻟﻐـﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻـﺔ ﻧﻮﻋﻴـﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻌـﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﺟﺪﹰﺍ ﻗﻠﻴﻞ ﻭﻟﻜﻞ ﺷﺨﺺ ﻃﻌﺎﻣـﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﺒـﺎﺗﻲ‪ ،‬ﻳﻌﺘﺒـﺮ ﺣـﻼﻝ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻴﻮﺍﻧﻲ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻷﻧﻪ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺬﺑﻮﺡ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺳـﻼﻣﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﻌﻄـﻮﻥ ﺇﺟـﺎﺯﺓ ‪ ١٠‬ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ ﻣـﻦ ﻛـﻞ ﺷـﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﺴـﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻘـﺮﺭ ﻟﻜـﻞ ﻻﺟـﺊ‪،‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﻜﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻌﺎﺕ ﻭﺗﺤﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻏﺮﻑ ﻭﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﻏﺮﻓﺔ ﺃﻗﻞ ﺷﻲﺀ ﺗﺤﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺃﺷﺨﺎﺹ‪ ،‬ﻛﻴﻒ ﻟﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺃﻥ ﻧﻘــﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺼــﻴﺎﻡ ﻭﻧﺤــﻦ ﻻ ﻧﻤﺘﻠــﻚ ﺍﻟﻄﻌــﺎﻡ ﻭﺑﻌــﺾ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺣﻴﺎﻥ ﻻ ﻧﺄﻛﻞ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺟﻴﺪ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻄﺎﻕ ﻧﻬﺎﺋﻴـﹰﺎ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻣـﺎﺫﺍ ﻧﻔﻌـﻞ؟ ﻷﻧﻨـﺎ ﻻ ﻧﻤﺘﻠـﻚ ﺳـﻜﻦ ﺧـﺎﺹ ﻭﺗﺼـﺮﻑ‬ ‫ﺧﺎﺹ ﺑﻨﺎ ﻟﻜﻲ ﻧﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺄﺩﻳﺔ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸـﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻀـﻴﻞ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﺮﻧﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺰﻥ ﻳﺸﺪ ﻋﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﻷﻧﻨـﺎ ﻻ‬ ‫ﻧﻌﺘﻘﺪ ﺑﺄﻧـﻪ ﺳـﻮﻑ ﻧﺴـﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﻣـﻦ ﺗﺄﺩﻳـﺔ ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀـﺔ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻧﺤـﻦ ﻧﻌﻠـﻢ ﺃﻧﻬـﺎ ﻻ ﺟـﺪﺍﻝ ﻓﻴﻬـﺎ‪ .‬ﻧﻨﺘﻈـﺮ ﺭﺩﻛـﻢ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٠٨‬‬ ‫ﺳﺆﺍﻝ ﺗﻄﺮﺣﻮﻧﻪ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻟﻜﻲ ﻧﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺿﻊ ﺣﻞ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻧﺤﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻧﻌﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﻻ ﺟﺪﺍﻝ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٥٩‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻳﺾ ﺑﺎﻟﺴـﻜﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﻴﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺩ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺃﺻـﻞ ﺍﻟﺴـﺆﺍﻝ ﺧـﺎﻃﺊ‪ ....‬ﺍﻟﺼـﻴﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻗﺎﺩﺭ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٠‬ﻳﻘﺒﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻷﻋﻈﻢ ﺷـﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻫﻞ ﻳﺴﻘﻂ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﺎﻡ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻫﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻊ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺬﻭﻝ ﻣـﻦ ﻗﺒـﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻫـﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺤـﺮ ﺍﻟﺸـﺪﻳﺪ‬ ‫ﻳﺮﻫﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﺗﻠﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻴﺶ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻗﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﺮﻃﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺸﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸـﻌﺒﻲ ﻭﺳـﺮﺍﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﺴـﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻤـﺮﺍﺑﻄﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﻤـﺪﺍﻓﻌﻴﻦ ﻋـﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻘﺪ‪‬ﺳﺎﺕ؟‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٠٩‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻌﻮﻧﻬﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦١‬ﻧﺤﻦ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻒ ﺍﻷﺷﺮﻑ‬ ‫ﻧﺮﻏﺐ ﺑﺈﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺄﺗﻢ ﻟﻠﺤﺴﻴﻦ‪ ‬ﻟﻠﻮﻋﻆ ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩ ﻃﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﺃﻳــﺎﻡ ﺷــﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀــﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒــﺎﺭﻙ ﻓــﻲ ﻣﻜﺘــﺐ ﺍﻟﺴــﻴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸــﻬﻴﺪ‪ ‬ﻓــﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨــﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻳﻤــﺔ ﺭﺍﺟــﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﻓﻘــﺔ‬ ‫ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻜﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﺯﻋـﺎﺝ ﻓﻔﻌﻠـﻮﺍ ﻭﺇﻥ‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻟﺪ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺸﺮﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﺍﺧﺮ‪ ،‬ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﻫﺬﺍ ﻻ ﻳﺘﻨﺎﻓﻰ ﺇﻥ ﺷﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٢‬ﻧﺮﻯ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﺼـﺎﺋﻤﻴﻦ ﻭﻏﻴـﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎﹰ ﺑﻠﻴﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺧﺮﻭﺟﻬﻢ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻓﻴﻬﻴـﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻨﺰﻫـﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻷﻣــﺎﻛﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻄــﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸــﻮﺍﺭﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻘــﺎﻫﻲ ﻭﻟﻌﺒــﺔ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤١٠‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺒﺲ‪ ،‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻧﺮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﺟﺪ ﻳﺬﻫﺐ ﺇﻟﻴﻬـﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻴـﻞ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺘﻌـﺎﺩ ﻋـﻦ ﻗـﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻘـﺮﺁﻥ ﻭﺍﻷﺩﻋﻴـﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﺭﺟـﻮ ﻣﻨـﻚ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻴﺤﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻧﻌﻢ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ‪ ...‬ﻓﺎﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻳﻤﻴﻞ‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻓﻴﻪ ﻭﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺪﻋﺔ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗـﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴـﺮ ﺭﻳـﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﺟﺪ‬ ‫‪ -‬ﻣﻊ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻷﺳﻒ ‪ -‬ﻭﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻭﻏﻴـﺮﻩ‪ ..‬ﺃﻋﻨـﻲ ﺍﻻﺑﺘﻌـﺎﺩ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﻻﻧﺨﺮﺍﻁ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﺃﺩﻯ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣـﺎ‬ ‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻼﺀ ﻭﺧﻮﻑ ﻭﻧﻘﺺ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺍﻝ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﻔﺲ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺜﻤـﺮﺍﺕ ﺑـﻞ ﻭﺳـﻴﺆﺩﻱ ‪ -‬ﺇﻥ ﺍﺳـﺘﻤﺮ ﺍﻻﺑﺘﻌـﺎﺩ ‪ -‬ﺇﻟـﻰ‬ ‫ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻟﻢ ﻧﺮﻫﺎ ﺃﺻـ ﹰﻼ‪ ...‬ﺃﺟﺎﺭﻧـﺎ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺇﻳـﺎﻛﻢ ﻭﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﺳﻮﺀ ﻭﻗﺎﻛﻢ‪...‬‬ ‫ﻓﺄﻫﻴﺐ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ‪ -‬ﺃﻋ ﱠﺰﻫﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻌﺰﻩ ‪ -‬ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﺟﺪ ﻭﺇﻟـﻰ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌـﺎﻟﻤﻴﻦ ﻓـﺬﻛﺮﻩ ﺃﻛﺒـﺮ ﻭﺍﻟـﺪﻋﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﺳﻼﺡ‪ ‬ﻓﻌﺎﻝ ﺿ ‪‬ﺪ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺀﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻵﻓﺎﺕ ﻭﻟﻨﺬﻛﺮﻩ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤١٢‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٤‬ﻫــﻞ ﺻــﺤﻴﺢ ﺃﻥ ﻛﺘــﺎﺏ ﻣﻨﻴــﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﻴﻦ ﻟﻠﺸﻴﺦ ﻧﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺪﻱ ﻗﺪ ﺍﻋﺘﺮﺽ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﻟﻜﻮﻧﻪ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻷﺧﻄـﺎﺀ ﺭﻏـﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺴـﻴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﻗﺪ ﻛﺘﺐ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﺘـﺎﺏ ﻭﻣﺨﺘـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﺑﺨﺘﻤﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻒ ﻭﺗﻮﺟﺪ ﻧﺴﺨﺔ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻃﺒﻌﺖ ﺗﺨﺘﻠـﻒ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺨﺔ ﺍﻷﺻﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺻﺪﺭﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟـﺮﻏﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﻓﻬـﻮ ﻣﻈﻨـﻮﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻮﻝ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٥‬ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﻔـﺪﻯ ﻣـﺎ ﺳـﺒﺐ ﺧﻔـﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﺪﻡ ﻭﺿﻮﺡ ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ ﺍﻟﻘـﺪﺭ ﻓـﻲ ﻳـﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﺣـﺪ ﻣﺤـﺪﺩ ﺑـﻞ‬ ‫ﺟﻌﻠﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻟﻴﺎﻝ ﻭﺭﺑﻤﺎ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺫﻟـﻚ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻷﺳـﺮﺍﺭ ‪ ...‬ﻛﺨﻔـﺎﺀ ﻗﺒـﺮ‬ ‫ﺳــﻴﺪﺗﻨﺎ ﻓﺎﻃﻤــﺔ ﺍﻟﺰﻫــﺮﺍﺀ ﺭﻭﺣــﻲ ﻟﻬــﺎ ﺍﻟﻔــﺪﺍﺀ‪ ...‬ﻭﺃﻭﻝ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤١٣‬‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺍﺭ ﻫﻮ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎﻕ ﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻭﻣﻌﺮﻓﺘﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٦‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻨﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺴﺄﻟﻜﻢ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻞ ﻳﺘﻘﺮﺏ ﺑﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋﺔ‪ ...‬ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻉ‪ ...‬ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﻯ‪ ...‬ﺍﻟﺼﺒﺮ‪...‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺼﺪﻕ‪ ...‬ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺝ‪ ...‬ﻧﻬـﻲ ﺍﻟـﻨﻔﺲ ﻋـﻦ ﺍﻟﻬـﻮﻯ‪...‬‬ ‫ﻓﻤﻦ ﺻﺎﻡ ﺻﺎﻣﺖ ﺟﻮﺍﺭﺣﻪ ﻭﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻮﺀ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٧‬ﻫـﻞ ﻳﺠـﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﺼـﺎﺋﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨـﺎﻡ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﻧﻬﺎﺭ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻈﻬﺮﻳﻦ ﺇﻟـﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺮﺏ ﺑﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺳﺎﻋﺘﻴﻦ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻧﻮﻣﻪ ﻟﺘﻌـﺐ ﺍﻟﺼـﻮﻡ‪ ...‬ﻓﻨـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻢ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ‪ ...‬ﻭﻟﻮ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻘﺔ ﻭﻗـﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﻭﻗﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻟﻜﺎﻥ ﺧﻴﺮﺍﹰ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٨‬ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﺃﻧﺎ ﺃﻋﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻋـﺎﺋﻠﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤١٤‬‬ ‫ﻳﺸﺎﻫﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺼـﻴﺎﻡ ﻭﻧﺼـﺤﺘﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﺑـﺄﻥ ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴـﻼﺕ ﺣـﺮﺍﻡ ﺃﺛﻨـﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺼـﻴﺎﻡ ﻋﻠﻤـﹰﺎ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴـﻼﺕ ﺗﺤﺘـﻮﻱ ﻋﻠ ـﻰ ﻣﺸـﺎﻫﺪ ﻧﺴـﺎﺀ ﻣﺘﺒﺮﺟ ـﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﻭﺧﻠﻴﻌﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﺪ ﺣﺬﻓﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻘﻨﺎﺓ ﻓﻘﺎﻟﻮﺍ ﻟﻲ ﺇﻧﻚ ﻣﻌﻘﺪ‬ ‫ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺇﻛﺮﺍﻩ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺇﻛﺮﺍﻩ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺳـﺆﺍﻟﻲ‪ :‬ﻣـﺎ ﺗﻜﻠﻴﻔـﻲ ﻓـﻲ ﺣـﺎﻝ ﻟـﻢ ﻳﺴـﻤﻌﻮﺍ ﻭﻟـﻢ‬ ‫ﻳﻌﺘﺪﻭﺍ ﺑﻜﻼﻣﻲ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺩﻉ ﺃﻣــﺮﻫﻢ ﻟﺨــﺎﻟﻘﻬﻢ ﻓــﻲ ﻫــﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﻮﺭﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٦٩‬ﻓﻲ ﺧﻄﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ‪ ‬ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺒﺎﻝ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﻳﻮﺻﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻭﻣـﻦ ﺿـﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕ ﻗﺎﻝ‪) :‬ﺗﺼﺪﻗﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﻘـﺮﺍﺋﻜﻢ ﻭﻣﺴـﺎﻛﻴﻨﻜﻢ(‬ ‫ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﻳﻀـﺎﹰ )ﻭﺗﺤﻨﻨـﻮﺍ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺃﻳﺘـﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻨـﺎﺱ ﻳﺘﺤـﻨﻦ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬ ‫ﺃﻳﺘـﺎﻣﻜﻢ(‪ .‬ﻭﺃﻧـﺖ ﺗﻌﻠـﻢ ﻳﻮﺟـﺪ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴـﺮ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﻛﻴﻦ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤١٥‬‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻘﺮﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﻷﻳﺘﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻼﺩ ﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻷﻭﺻـﻴﺎﺀ )ﺍﻟﻌـﺮﺍﻕ(‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻣﻤﻦ ﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺭﺯﻗـﻪ ﻗـﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻬﺘﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﻧﺴﻮﺍ ﻭﺗﻨﺎﺳﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻀﻌﻴﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ ﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﺣﻮﻝ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ؟ ‪ ‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻟﻌـﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﺨـﻞ ﺩﻳـﺪﻧﻬﻢ‪ -‬ﻣـﻊ ﺷـﺪﻳﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺳﻒ‪ -‬ﻓﺎﻟﺘﺼﺪﻕ ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸـﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺒـﺎﺭﻙ‬ ‫ﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻷﻋﻤـﺎﻝ ﻭﻳـﺪﻓﻊ ﺍﻟـﺒﻼﺀ ﻭﻳﻨـﺰﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤـﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺧﺎﺀ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٠‬ﻻ ﻳﺨﻔﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻚ ﺗﻨﺴـﻴﺐ‬ ‫ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﺤﺪﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺴﺒﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﺤﻤﺎﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﺟﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻧﺤـﻦ ﻓـﻲ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻜـﺮﻳﻢ ﺣﻴـﺚ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﺟﺪ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻـﺎﹰ ﻓـﻲ ﻭﻗـﺖ ﺍﻟﺴـﺤﺮ‪،‬‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺟـﺪ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﺟﺪ ﺗﺨﻠـﻮ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺎﻳـﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﻌـﺾ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻓـﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺴـﺒﻴﻦ ﻟﺤﻤﺎﻳﺘﻬـﺎ ﻭﺩﻓـﻊ ﺍﻟﺨﻄـﺮ ﻋﻨﻬـﺎ ﺃﻣـﺎ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤١٦‬‬ ‫ﻳﻌﻤﻠـﻮﻥ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﺴـﺮﺍﻳﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻓـﻲ ﻏﻴﺮﻫـﺎ ﻭﺑﻌﻀـﻬﻢ ﻳﺴـﺘﻐﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺗـﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻀـﺒﺎﻁ ﻟﻌ ـﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﻀـﻮﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻴـﺎﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺍﺟ ـﺐ‬ ‫ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻﹰﺎ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻈﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺤﺴﺎﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻴﻞ‪ .‬ﻓﻤـﺎ‬ ‫ﺭﺍﻱ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻚ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺧﻴﺎﻧﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴـــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧١‬ﻓـــﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺍﻳـــﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﺒـــﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺃﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻳﻌﺘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﻳﻮﻡ ﺃﻟﻒ ﻭﺗﺼﻞ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻟﻒ ﺃﻟﻒ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺳﺆﺍﻟﻲ‪ :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻧﻌـﻢ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻋﺒـﺪ ﻭﻋﺘﻘـﻪ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻨـﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﻭﻫﻮ ﺣﻲ ﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﻠﻢ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺃﻡ ﻻ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻞ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﻗﺘﺮﻑ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺬﻧﻮﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺻﻲ ﻫﻞ ﻳﺒﻘﻰ ﻣﻌﺘﻮﻕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺳﻞ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻜﻠﻴﻔﻚ ﺭﺟﺎﺀً‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٢‬ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺪﻯ ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺗﻘـﺪﻳﻢ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤١٧‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻟﻤﻦ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﻣﻔﻄـﺮﹰﺍ ﻓـﻲ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤـﺎ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻔﺘﺢ ﺃﺑﻮﺍﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﺭ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺳـﻮﺍﺀ‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻔﻄﺮﺍﹰ ﻟﻌﺬﺭ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻋﺬﺭ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻳﺠﺎﺏ ﺑﻌﺪﺓ ﺃﺟﻮﺑﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫‪ -١‬ﺗﻘـﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻄﻌ ـﺎﻡ ﻻ ﻣ ـﺎﻧﻊ ﻣﻨـﻪ‪ ،‬ﻟﻜ ـﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺠ ـﺎﻫﺮ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﻓﻄﺎﺭ ﻻ ﻳﺨﻠﻮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٢‬ﻓﺘﺢ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺗﺨﻠـﻮﺍ‬ ‫ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟـﺰﻭﺍﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﻓﺮﻳﻦ ﺃﻳﻀـﺎﹰ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺗﺠـﺎﻫﺮ ﺑﺎﻹﻓﻄ ـﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﻭﻛﺴﺮﺍﹰ ﻟﻬﻴﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻴﻞ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﺤﺮﻡ ﺃﻳﻀﹰﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٣‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﻄﺮ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺪﺍﹰ ﻭﺑﻐﻴﺮ ﻋﺬﺭ ﻋﺎﻟﻤﺎﹰ ﻋﺎﻣﺪﹰﺍ‬ ‫ﻓﻘﺪ ﻳﻜـﻮﻥ ﺇﻃﻌﺎﻣـﻪ ﺫﻭ ﺇﺛـﻢ ‪ -‬ﺑﻤﻌﻨـﻰ ﺇﻧـﻪ ﺇﻋﺎﻧـﺔ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺛﻢ‪.-‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٣‬ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻭﺻـﺎﻳﺎﻛﻢ ﻟﻨـﺎ ﻭﻟﻠﻤـﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻋﺰﺍﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻﹰﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺑﺘﻌﺎﺩ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤١٨‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻟﻴﻢ ﺍﻹﻟﻬﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻫﻨﺎﻟﻚ ﻋﺪﺓ ﻭﺻﺎﻳﺎ ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻭﺳﻴﺄﺗﻴﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪ‪ ....‬ﻓﻬﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺰﻣﺘﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺬﻱ ﺳﺒﻖ ﻟﻜﻲ ﺗﺴـﺄﻟﻨﻲ ﻋﻤـﺎ‬ ‫ﻫﻮ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ!!؟‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٤‬ﺳـﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋـﺪ ﺍﻟﻴـﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻌـﺔ ‪١٨‬‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﺴـﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ٥:٣٠‬ﺻـﺒﺎﺣﹰﺎ ﺻـﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤـﻮﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺪﺱ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺻﺎﺩﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )ﻋﻄـﺮ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﻗﺒﺮﻩ( ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ﻛﻮﺿﻮﺡ ﺍﻟﺸﻤﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﻤﺮ‪ ،‬ﻫـﻞ‬ ‫ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺒﻠﺔ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺧﻴـﺮ ﺇﻥ ﺷـﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﺍﷲ ﺃﻡ ﻣﺎﺫﺍ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻓﻲ ﺻـﻮﺭﺗﻪ ﻛـﻞ ﺍﻟﺨﻴـﺮ ﺇﻥ ﺷـﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٥‬ﺳــﻴﺪﻱ ﺃﻣﺎﻧــﺔ ﻋﻠﻴــﻚ ﻧﺎﺷــﺪ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤١٩‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻄﻮﻧﺎ ﺣﺼﺔ ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﻭﺣﻖ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﺴﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﺘﺎﺟﻴﻦ ﻭﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺍﺋـﻞ ﻟﺴـﺎﻥ ﺣـﺎﻟﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﻧﺮﻳـﺪ ﺣﺼـﺔ ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻨﻴـﺔ ﺻـﻮﺗﻲ ﺃﻭﺻـﻠﺔ ﺇﻟـﻚ ﻷﻥ ﻣﺤـﺪ‬ ‫ﻳﺪﺑﺮﻫﺎ ﻏﻴﺮﻙ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻟﻘﺪ ﻃﺎﻟﺒﺖ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﺒﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻟﺸـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻟﺴـﺎﻥ ﺃﺋﻤـﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻌـﺔ ﺟـﺰﺍﻫﻢ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺧﻴــﺮﹰﺍ‪ ...‬ﻟﻜــﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣــﺔ ﻻﻫﻴــﺔ ﺑﺎﺳــﺘﻘﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻷﻣــﻮﺍﻝ‬ ‫ﻟﺤﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ ﻓﻘﻂ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٦‬ﻫــﻞ ﻳﻌﺘﺒ ـﺮ ﺍﻟﺨــﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﻠﺘﻈــﺎﻫﺮ‬ ‫ﻟﻐﺮﺽ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﻭﺇﻧﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﺻﺼـﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﻴﺘـﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺍﺕ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺑﻠـﻰ‪ ...‬ﻫـﻮ ﻛـﺬﻟﻚ‪ ...‬ﺷـﻜﺮﺍﹰ ﻟﻬـﺬﺍ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٢٠‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٧‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻟﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮﻓﻘﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺼـﺮ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﺻﻌﺪﺓ ﻗﺎ ‪‬ﺩ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻚ ﺍﻹﺻـﻼﺡ‬ ‫ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻗﺎﺏ ﻗﻮﺳﻴﻦ ﺃﻭ ﺃﺩﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺍﻟﻜﺒـﺮﻯ‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻦ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﷲ ﻣـﺎ ﺷـﺎﺀ ﻓﻌـﻞ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ ﺗﺴـﺘﻤﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻈـﺎﻫﺮﺍﺕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒـﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺻـﻼﺡ ﻓـﻲ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺇﻥ‬ ‫ﻭﺟﺪﺕ ﻓﻬﻞ ﻣﻮﻋﺪﻫﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻹﻓﻄﺎﺭ ﻭﺗﻜـﻮﻥ ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺮﻭﻩ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻚ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺧﻴـﺮ ﺍﻷﻋﻤـﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠـﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻇﻬﺎﺭ ﺭﻓﺾ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﺇﻥ ﺷﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٨‬ﻋــﻦ ﺃﻣﻴــﺮ ﺍﻟﻤــﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﻹﻣــﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻲ‪ ‬ﺃﻥ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ‪ ‬ﹶﺧﻄﺒﻨـﺎ ﺫﺍﺕ ﻳـﻮﻡ‪)) :‬ﺃﻳﻬـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺃﻗﺒـﻞ ﺇﻟـﻴﻜﻢ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺍﷲ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺮﻛـﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤـﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻐﻔـﺮﺓ‪ ،‬ﺷـﻬﺮ ﻫـﻮ ﻋﻨـﺪ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻓﻀـﻞ ﺍﻟﺸـﻬﻮﺭ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻳﺎﻣـﻪ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٢١‬‬ ‫ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻴﺎﻟﻴﻪ ﺃﻓﻀـﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻴـﺎﻟﻲ‪ ،‬ﻭﺳـﺎﻋﺎﺗﻪ ﺃﻓﻀـﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﻫﻮ ﺷﻬﺮ ‪‬ﺩﻋﻴﺘﻢ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺿـﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻭ ‪‬ﺟﻌﻠـﺘﻢ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ ﻛﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﺃﻧﻔﺎﺳﻜﻢ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺗﺴـﺒﻴﺢ‪ ،‬ﻭﻧـﻮﻣﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﻓﻴــﻪ ﻋﺒــﺎﺩﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻤﻠﻜــﻢ ﻓﻴــﻪ ﻣﻘﺒــﻮﻝ‪ ،‬ﻭﺩﻋــﺎﺅﻛﻢ ﻓﻴــﻪ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺘﺠﺎﺏ‪.((...‬‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺎﺫﺍ ﻳﻨﺼﺢ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻜﻢ ﺍﻷﻣﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻹﺳـﻼﻣﻲ‬ ‫ﻭﻧﺤﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺑﻮﺍﺏ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﻔﺮﺍﻥ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺳـﻲ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺼـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﻟﻲ ﻭﺃﻧﺎ ﺃﺟﺰﻯ ﺃﻭ )ﺃﺟﺰﻱ( ﺑﻪ‪ ...‬ﻓﺎﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘـﺎﻧﺘﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﺘـﺎﺕ ﻭﺭﺣﻤـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﷲ ﻭﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﻭﺭﺩ‪ :‬ﺻﻮﻣﻮﺍ ﺗﺼﺤﻮﺍ‪ ...‬ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ ‪‬ﺟﱠﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﺼـﻮﻡ ﻓﺎﺋﺪﺗـﻪ ﺩﻧﻴﻮﻳـﺔ ﻭﺃﺧﺮﻭﻳـﺔ‪ ،‬ﺩﻧﻴﻮﻳـﺔ ﺗﻜﺎﻣﻠﻴـﺔ ﻻ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٢٢‬‬ ‫ﺗﺴـﺎﻓﻠﻴﺔ ﻓﻬـﻮ ﻟـﻴﺲ ﻟﻠﻄﻌـﺎﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺸـﺮﺍﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴـﻌﻲ ﺧﻠـﻒ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻫﻮ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻦ ﻗﻨﻮﺍﺕ ﻓﻀﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﻓﻼﻡ ﺧﻠﻴﻌﺔ‬ ‫ﺫﺍﺕ ﺗﺴﺎﻓﻞ ﺑﻞ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ‪ .‬ﻟﻴﺨﺮﺟﻮﻛﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻳﻨﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﻳ‪‬ﺬﻫﺒﻮﺍ ﺑﺜﻮﺍﺏ ﺻﻮﻣﻜﻢ ﻭﻋﺒﺎﺩﺗﻜﻢ ﻭﺻﺒﺮﻛﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺷﻬﺮ ﻗﺪ ﺃﻗﺒـﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻨـﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﺻـﻴﻒ ﺣـﺎﺭ ﻳـﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﻓﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﺟـﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﺼ ـﺎﺋﻢ ﻭﻋﻄﺸـﻪ ﻭﻳ ـﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﺻـﺒﺮﻩ ﻟﻴ ـﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﺛﻮﺍﺑ ـﻪ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﺟﺮﻩ‪ ،‬ﻓﻘﺪ ﻭﺭﺩ‪) :‬ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻘﺔ(‪ ،‬ﻓﻼ ﺗﻨﺴﻮﺍ‬ ‫ﺃﻧﻜﻢ ﺃﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﻮﻥ )ﺿﻴﻮﻑ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ( ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﺇﻥ ﺿﻤﻴﺘﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻠﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻻ ﻳﻀـﻴﻊ ﺃﺟـﺮ ﻋﻤـﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻨﻜﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺫﻛـﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻧﺜـﻰ‪ ...‬ﺑـﻞ ﺍﷲ ﻣـﻮﻻﻛﻢ ﻫـﻮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺜﻴﺒﻜﻢ ﻭﻳﻐﻨﻴﻜﻢ ﻭﻳﺮﺯﻗﻜﻢ ﺭﺯﻗﻪ ﻭﺻﺒﺮﻩ ﻭﻋﺰﻣـﻪ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻣﻦ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻄﻊ ﻣﻨﻜﻢ ﺻﻴﺎﻣﺎﹰ ﻟﻤـﺮﺽ ﺃﻭ ﻋـﺎﺭﺽ ﻓﻠﻴﺘـﻖ‬ ‫ﺍﷲ ﻭﻟﻴﻤﺴــﻜﻦ ﻗــﺪﺭ ﺍﻹﻣﻜــﺎﻥ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺘﺠــﺎﻫﺮ ﺑﺎﻹﻓﻄــﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻔﻈﻮﺍ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﻫﻴﺒﺘﻪ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻌﺘـﺪﻭﺍ ﻭﺍﺗﻘـﻮﻩ ﻟﻌﻠﻜـﻢ‬ ‫ﺗﺮﺣﻤﻮﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٢٣‬‬ ‫ﻭﺗﺮﺍﺣﻤﻮﺍ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻭﺗﺂﺧﻮﺍ ﻭﺍﺟﺘﻤﻌـﻮﺍ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻃﺎﻋـﺔ ﻭﻻ‬ ‫ﺗﺠﺘﻤﻌﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺼﻴﺔ ﻭﻟﻬﻮ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻇﻠﻢ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﺟﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﻓﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﺟﻮﺍﺭﺣﻜﻢ ﷲ ﻋﺰﱠ ﻭﺟ ﹼﻞ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﺮﺣﻤﻮﻥ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺑﻴﻨﻪ‬ ‫ﻭﺑﻴﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺃﻭ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺭﺯﻕ ﻓﻼ ﻳﻨﺴـﻰ ﺍﷲ ﺑﺤﻤـﺪ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺷﻜﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻐﻔﺎﺭ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺍﺏ ﺭﺣﻴﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٧٩‬ﻗﺎﻝ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪¡ ~} |[ :‬‬ ‫‪ ،(١)Z¦¥ ¤£ ¢‬ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ‬ ‫ﻭﻧﺤﻦ ﻣﻘﺒﻠﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺑـﺔ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ ﻓﻬـﻞ ﻳـﺎ‬ ‫ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﻣ‪‬ﻦ ﻋﻤ ﹴﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻜﻠﻴـﻒ ﷲ ﺳـﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺗﻌـﺎﻟﻰ ﻟﻴﻐﻴـﺮ‬ ‫ﺣﺎﻟﻨﺎ ﺑﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘﻞ ﻷﻥ ﻃﻮﻝ ﺑﻘﺎﺅﻩ ﻫﻮ ﻃـﻮﻝ ﺍﻟـﺒﻼﺀ‬ ‫ﻛـﺒﻼﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﺒـﻲ ﻳﻌﻘـﻮﺏ‪ ،‬ﻓﻜﺜﻴـﺮ ﻣﻨـﺎ )ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤـﻊ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻗﻲ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎﹰ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭﻳﻴﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﹰﺎ( ﻻ ﻳﺮﻏﺒﻮﻥ ﺑﺒﻘﺎﺀ‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﺳﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻋﺪ‪ ،‬ﺁﻳﺔ‪.(١١) :‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٢٤‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘـﻞ ﻭﻫـﺬﺍ ﻳﻌﻨـﻲ ﺭﺑـﻂ ﺧـﺮﻭﺝ ﺍﻻﺣـﺘﻼﻝ ﺑﺘﻘﻠﻴـﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺬﻧﻮﺏ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﺃﻭ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﺗﻮﺑﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻀﺮﻉ ﷲ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﻲ‪ ،‬ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺭﻱ ﻛﺮﻳﻢ ﻭﻋﺴﻰ‬ ‫ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﺣﻤﻨﺎ ﺑﺠﻼﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘﻞ ﻭﺑﻼﺅﻩ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺑﻘﻲ ﻫﻮ ﻛﺜـﺮﺕ‬ ‫ﺫﻧﻮﺑﻨﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺣﺴﺐ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺒﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫)ﺑﻌــﺾ ﺍﻷﺣﻴــﺎﻥ( ﺇﻟــﻰ ﻋــﺪﻡ ﻛــﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤــﻞ ﻋﻔــﻮﻱ‬ ‫ﺷﺨﺼﻲ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﺬﺍ ﻳﺴﺘﺪﻋﻲ ﻣﻨﻜﻢ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﻔـﺎﺕ ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺫﻛـﺮ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺜﻴﺚ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺭﻓـﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻈـﺎﻟﻢ ﻭﺍﻟـﺬﻧﻮﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﺑﺎﹰ ﻟﻠﺘﺤﺮﻳﺮ‪...‬‬ ‫ﻓﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﻣـﻦ ﺣـ ‪‬ﺮﺭ ﻧﻔﺴـﻪ ﺳـﻴﺤﺮ‪‬ﺭ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌـﻪ‬ ‫ﺷﻴﺌﺎﹰ ﻓﺸﻴﺌﺎﹰ ﻷﻥ ﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺕ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺇﺻﻼﺡ ﻟﻠﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻭﻟﻮ‬ ‫ﺟﺰﺋﻴﺎﹰ ﻓﺎﻟﺘﻔﺘﻮﺍ ﺭﺟﺎ ًﺀ ﻭﻗﻮﻣﻮﺍ ﻣـﻦ ﻫﺠـﻮﻋﻜﻢ ﻳـﺮﺣﻤﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﺍﷲ‪.....‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٢٥‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٠‬ﻗﺒﻞ ﺳﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﺭﺗﻜﺒﺖ ﺟﺮﻳﻤـﺔ ﺍﻟﹺﺰﻧـﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﻧﺎ ﺻﺎﺋﻢ ﻭﺍﻵﻥ ﺗﻨﺪ‪‬ﻣﺖ ﻭﺑﻘﻴﺖ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﻭﺏ ﻟـﻢ‬ ‫ﺁﻛﻞ ﺃﻱ ﺷﻲﺀ‪ .‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺣﻜﻤﻲ ﻭﻣـﺎ ﻳﺠـﺐ ﻋﻠـﻲ‪ ‬ﻓﻌﻠـﻪ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺘﻜﻔﻴﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺫﻧﺒﻲ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺃﻱ ﺫﻧﺐ ﺍﻹﻓﻄﺎﺭ؟ ﺃﻡ ﺍﻟﹺﺰﻧﺎ؟!‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨١‬ﻫــﻞ ﻳﺠــﻮﺯ ﻭﺿــﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻄــﻮﺭ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺮﻃﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺼـﻴﺎﻡ ﻭﻣـﺎ‬ ‫ﺣﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺮﺟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺃﻣـﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻄـﻮﺭ ﻓﻌﻠـﻰ ﻛﺮﺍﻫـﺔ ﻭﺃﻣـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺒﺮﺝ ﻓﻼ ﺩﺧﻞ ﻟﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﻴﺎﻡ ‪ ..‬ﺑﻞ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺤﺮﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٢‬ﻭﻧﺤﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺑﻮﺍﺏ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺒــﺎﺭﻙ ﻫﻨــﺎﻙ ﺑﻌــﺾ ﺍﻟﻘﻨــﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻗﻴــﺔ ﺗﺒــﺚ ﺍﻵﻥ‬ ‫ﺇﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ ﻋﻦ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﺍﻣﺞ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺿﺤﺔ ﻓﻲ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٢٦‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻴﻞ‪ ،‬ﻭﺣﻴﺚ ﺃﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﺍﻣﺞ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻳﺘﺎﺑﻌﻬـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺨﺪﺵ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﻭﺗﻔﺴـﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌ ـﺮﻑ ﻭﺍﻹﻟﺘ ـﺰﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻣــﺎ ﻳﺴ ـﺒﺐ ﺑﺎﻧﺘﺸــﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺣﺸ ـﺔ ﻓــﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘـﻲ ﻗـﺪ ﺗﻨـﺬﺭ ﺑﻮﻗـﻮﻉ ﺍﻟـﺒﻼﺀﺍﺕ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﺯﺩﻳﺎﺩﻫـﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﺃﻭﺳـﺎﻃﻨﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﻣـﻦ ﺑـﺎﺏ )ﻓـﺬﻛﺮ ﺇﻥ ﻧﻔﻌـﺖ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮﻯ(‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻠﻤﺔ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺷـﺒﺎﺑﻨﺎ ﻭﻧﺴـﺎﺋﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﺨﺼﻮﺹ ﻣﻘﺎﻃﻌﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻘﻨـﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻀـﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻘﺎﻃﻌـﺔ‬ ‫ﺑﺮﺍﻣﺠﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻞ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻧﻌﻢ‪ ،‬ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﻛﺜﻴـﺮ ﻟﻤﺜـﻞ ﻫـﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴﻼﺕ ﻓـﻲ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﻨـﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻬﺎﻟـﻚ‪ ،‬ﻏﻴـﺮ ﺁﺑﻬـﻴﻦ ﺑﻤـﺎ‬ ‫ﻳﺴﺘﻠﺰﻡ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺤ ‪‬ﺮﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺂﺛﻢ ﻭﻣﻔﺎﺳﺪ‪ ...‬ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻟﻘﱠﻠﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﻴﻬﻢ ﺍﻟـﺪﻳﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻹﻳﻤـﺎﻧﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺋـﺪﻱ‪ ...‬ﻻ ﺑﻤﻌﻨـﻰ ﺃﻧـﻪ‬ ‫ﻳﺠﻬﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻣﺔ ﺑﻞ ﻟﻌﻠﱠﻪ ﻳﺒﺮﺭ ﻓﻌﻠﻪ ﺑﺤﺠﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻭﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺤﺠﺞ ﻭﺍﻫﻴﺔ ﻣـﻦ ﺣﻴـﺚ ﺃﻥ ﻣﺸـﺎﻫﺪﺓ ﻣﺜـﻞ ﻫـﺬﻩ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٢٨‬‬ ‫‪ ‬‬ ‫‪‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٣‬ﻣـﺎ ﻫـﻮ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ)‪(١‬؟ ﻭﻓـﻲ ﺃﻱ‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﺃﺻﺪﺭ ﺣﺠﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )ﺃﻋ ﱠﺰﻩ ﺍﷲ( ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﹰ ﻹﺣﻴﺎﺀ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺪﺛﺮﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺬﺍ‬ ‫ﻧﺼﹼﻪ‪)) :‬ﺑﺴﻤﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪ :‬ﺇﺣﻴﺎﺀً ﻟﻠﺸﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺪﺛﺮﺓ ﻭﺗﻜﺜﻴﺮﹰﺍ ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻋﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﻨﺎ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻭﺃﻳﻤﺎﻧﺎﹰ ﻣﻨﻲ ﺑﺈﺧﻼﺻﻜﻢ ﻭﺣﺒﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ‪ .‬ﺃﺩﻋﻮﺍ ﺃﺧﻮﺗﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ )ﺃﻋﺰﱠﻫﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺑﻌﺰﻩ(‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺸﺮﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﺍﺧﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ‪٢٤ :‬ﻭ‪٢٥‬ﻭ‪ ٢٦‬ﻣﻨﻪ‪..‬‬ ‫ﺁﻣﻼﹰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﺘﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻋﺎﻝ ﻣﻨﻘﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻴﺮ ﻭﺑﺈﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻣﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻓﺮﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺐ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻒ ﻭﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎﺗﻪ ﻭﺑﺈﺧﻼﺹ ﺑﻌﻴﺪ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ‪ ،‬ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺰﻫﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻮﻯ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺭﻉ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻒ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﺭﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻹﻳﻤﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﻴﺮ=‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٢٩‬‬ ‫ﻭﻗﺖ ﻳﺼﺢ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪ :‬ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺚ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﺑﻘﺼﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﻳﺼﺢ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٤‬ﺫﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺼـﺪﺭ‪‬‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﺧﺮﻭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻷﺩﺍﺀ‬ ‫ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻟﺘﻜـﺎﻟﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺋﻴـﺔ ﻛﺘﺸـﻴﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺠﻨـﺎﺯﺓ ﻭﺗﻐﺴـﻴﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺖ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺯﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻳﺾ ﻭﻧﺤﻮ ﺫﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬﻞ‬ ‫ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺠﻤﻌﺔ؟ ﻋﻠﻤـﹰﺎ ﺃﻧﻬـﺎ ﻭﺍﺟﺒـﺎﹰ‬ ‫=ﻭﺍﻹﺣﺴﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻷﺧﻮﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺒﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺪﻗﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺤﺒﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻀﺤﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻓﻌﻠﻬﻢ ﻭﺷﻐﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻏﻞ‪ ،‬ﻋﺴﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﺏ ﻓﺮﺝ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻭﻟﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﻟﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻨﺴﻮﺍ ﺇﺧﻮﺗﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺃﺻﻘﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ‪ ...‬ﻭﻓﹼﻘﻜﻢ ﺍﷲ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺧﻴﺮ ﺇﻧﻪ ﻭﻟﻲ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﻧﻌﻤﺔ((‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٣٠‬‬ ‫ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻨـﺎﹰ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻣـﺎ ﺫﻛـﺮ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺘﺜﻨﻴﺎﺕ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻧﺤـﻮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺜﺎﻝ ﺃﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﺼﺮ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛـﻞ ﻣـﺎ ﺫﻛـﺮ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻧﺤـﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﺜـﺎﻝ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺠﻤﻌﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٥‬ﺫﻛـﺮ ﺍﻟﺴـﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺸـﻬﻴﺪ‪ ‬ﺃﻳﻀـﹰﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻮﺟـﻮﺏ ﺧـﺮﻭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻓـﻲ ﺣـﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺎﺑﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻻﻏﺘﺴﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ ﻫـﺬﺍ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤ‪‬ﻜﻢ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﺟﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺯﻣﺎﻧﻨﺎ؟ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ‬ ‫ﺃﻧﻬـﺎ ﺗﺤﺘـﻮﻱ ﺣﻤﺎﻣـﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺮﺍﻓـﻖ ﺻـﺤﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ ﻳﺠـﻮﺯ‬ ‫ﺫﻟﻚ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛﻞ ﺑﺤﺴﺒﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٦‬ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺷﺮﺍﺋﻂ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬‬ ‫‪ -١‬ﻧ‪‬ﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﹸﻘﺮﺑﻰ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٣١‬‬ ‫‪ -٢‬ﺍﻟﺼﻮﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٣‬ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ‪ :‬ﺛﻼﺙ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ‪....‬‬ ‫‪ -٤‬ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪﻳﺔ‪ :‬ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺠﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٥‬ﺍﻹﺫﻥ ﻟﻤﻦ ﻳﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺍﻹﺫﻥ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٦‬ﺍﺳﺘﺪﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٧‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺻﺪﺭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﺇﺣـﺪﻯ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺮ‪‬ﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﻲ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺳﻬﻮﺍﹰ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺣ‪‬ﻜﻤﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺃﺳﺄﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﻔﺮ ﻟﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٨‬ﻟﻮ ﺍﺿﻄﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻴـﻊ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﺮﺍﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺄﻛﻞ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺸﺮﺏ؟‬ ‫‪‬ﻟﻌﻠﻪ ﻣﺨﻞ ﺑﺄﺻﻞ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪!!!...‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٨٩‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺠـﺪﺍﻝ ﺑـﺪﺍﻋﻲ ﺇﻇﻬـﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﻭﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺨﺼﻢ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﺄ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ‪‬ﺣﻜﻤﻪ؟‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٣٢‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻌﺮﻭﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻬﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻜﺮ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﺃﺛﻨـﺎﺀ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﺑـﻞ ﻫـﻮ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺒـﺎﺩﺓ ﻟﻜـﻦ ﻻ‬ ‫ﺑﺼــﻮﺭﺓ ﻫﻤﺠﻴــﺔ ﻭﺷــﻌﻮﺍﺀ ﻭﺑﺼــﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﺨﻠــﺔ ﺑــﺎﻷﺩﺏ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻷﺧ ـﻼﻕ ﻭﻳﺠــﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜــﻮﻥ ﻣﻘﺘﺼ ـﺮﺍﹰ ﻋﻠــﻰ ﺍﻟــﻼﺯﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﻱ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٠‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﻗﺎﺻـﺪﺍﹰ ﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻝ ﺇﻇﻬﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﻭﺇﻇﻬﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﹶﻐﻠﺒـﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﻧﻔـﺲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗـﺖ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻫﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺟﺎﺋﺰ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻟـﻢ ﻳﻘـﻞ ﺃﺣـﺪ ﺑﻌـﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺠـﻮﺍﺯ ﻟﻜـﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺄﺟﻴﻞ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻧﻬﺎﻳـﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻨـﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﻠـﻲ ﻋـﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﻖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩١‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻜـﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴـﻞ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ؟‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٣٣‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ )‪ (١٣٤‬ﻣـﻦ ﺝ‪ ٢‬ﻣـﻦ ﻣـﻨﻬﺞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ‪)) :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻣﻜﻨﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻓﺎﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮ‬ ‫ﻋﺪﻡ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻷﺟﻠﻪ‪ .‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺤـﺪﺙ ﻻ ﻳﻤﻨـﻊ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻛﻤﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺖ((‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٢‬ﻟــﻮ ﺧــﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜــﻒ ﺧــﺎﺭﺝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺟـﺎﻫﻼﹰ ﺑـﺎﻟﺤ‪‬ﻜﻢ ﺃﻭ ﻛـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﻧﺎﺳﻴﺎﹰ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺤﻜﻢ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻳﺮﺟﻊ ﻓﻮﺭﺍﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٣‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺭﺍﹰ ﻟﻤﺮﺽ ﺃﻭ ﻋﻼﺝ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻛﺮﺍﻩ ﺃﻭ ﻟﺒـﻮﻝ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻐـﺎﺋﻂ‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﻟﻐﺴـﻞ ﺟﻨﺎﺑـﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺸـﻴﻴﻊ ﺟﻨـﺎﺯﺓ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻬـﺎ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺩﻓﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺧﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺠ‪‬ﻤﻌﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻟﺰﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﻣﺮﻳﺾ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺹ‪ ٤٢‬ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼـﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ )ﺝ‪:(٢‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٣٤‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺱ‪ :‬ﺍﺳﺘﺪﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟـﺬﻱ ﺷـﺮﻉ ﺑـﻪ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻪ ﻃـﻮﻝ ﻣـﺪﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠـﻮ ﺧـﺮﺝ ﻟﻐﻴـﺮ ﺍﻷﺳـﺒﺎﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﻮ‪‬ﻏﺔ ﻟﻠﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﺑﻄـﻞ ﻣـﻦ ﻏﻴـﺮ ﺍﻟﻔـﺮﻕ ﺑـﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻌـﺎﻟﻢ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻟ ‪‬ﺤﻜﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺎﻫﻞ‪ .‬ﻭﻻ ﻳﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﻄﻼﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻧﺴﻴﺎﻧﺎﹰ‬ ‫ﺃﻳﻀﹰﺎ‪ .‬ﺑﺨﻼﻑ ﻣﺎ ﻟـﻮ ﺧـﺮﺝ ﻋـﻦ ﺍﺿـﻄﺮﺍﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻛـﺮﺍﻩ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﻻ‪‬ﺑ ‪‬ﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣـﻦ ﺑـﻮﻝ ﻭﻏـﺎﺋﻂ ﺃﻭ ﻏﹸﺴـﻞ ﺟﻨﺎﺑـﺔ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﺳﺘﺤﺎﺿﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺲ ﻣﻴ‪‬ﺖ‪ .‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺒﺐ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٤‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻭﻝ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺁﺧﺮ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻭﺍﺟـﺐ‬ ‫ﻭﺁﺧــﺮ ﻣﺴــﺘﺤﺐ ﻓــﺄﺭﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻌــﺪﻭﻝ ﻣــﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟــﺐ ﺇﻟــﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﺐ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻭﺍﺟﺐ‬ ‫ﺁﺧﺮ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻴﻦ ﻧﻌﻢ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٣٥‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٥‬ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺣ‪‬ﻜـﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻤـﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﻴﺎﻃـﺔ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﺴﻴﺞ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺦ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺑﺌﺲ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻫﺬﺍ!!؟!‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٦‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺟﻠﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮﺍﺵ ﻣﻐﺼﻮﺏ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺛﻮﺍﺏ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٧‬ﻣﺎ ﺣﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻤﺲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺒﻴـﻞ ﻟﻠﻨﺴـﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﺑﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻠﺰﻡ ﺇﻓﻄﺎﺭﺍﹰ ﻓـﻼ ﺇﺷـﻜﺎﻝ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺇﺧﻼﻻﹰ ﺑﺸﺮﻭﻁ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓﻼ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٨‬ﻫـﻞ ﻳﺠـﺐ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﻳﺘﺠﻨﺐ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺮﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺞ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛﻼ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٣٦‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٢٩٩‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻗﺖ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻘﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻟﻮ ﺧﺮﺝ ﻟﺼـﻼﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺠﻤﻌﺔ ﻭﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺑﻘﻰ ﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻣــﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼــﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ )ﺝ‪ (٢‬ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ‬ ‫)‪ :(١٣٢‬ﺍﻷﺣﻮﻁ ﺍﺳﺘﺤﺒﺎﺑﺎﹰ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﺟـﻮﺍﺯ ﻣﺮﺍﻋـﺎﺓ‬ ‫ﺃﻗـﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﻄﹸـﺮﻕ‪ .‬ﻭﻻ ﺗﺠ ـﻮﺯ ﺯﻳـﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤ‪‬ﻜ ـﺚ ﻋـﻦ ﻗ ـﺪﺭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺟـﺔ‪ .‬ﺃﻣـﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺸـﺎﻏﻞ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻭﺟـﻪ ﺗﻨﻤﺤـﻲ ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮﺭﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜــﺎﻑ ﻓﻬــﻮ ﻣﺒﻄــﻞ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛــﺎﻥ ﻋــﻦ ﺇﻛــﺮﺍﻩ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺭ‪ ....‬ﺍﻟﺦ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٠‬ﻫـﻞ ﻳﺠـﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻔـﺮﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻨـﻮﻱ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻭﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﺼـﺒﺎﺡ ﻳﻌﺘﻜـﻒ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺘﻤﺪﹰﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻴ‪‬ﺘﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻻ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٣٨‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼـﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ)ﺝ‪ (٢‬ﺗﻘـﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﻳـﺪﺧﻞ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺳـﻄﺤﻪ‬ ‫ﻭﺳـﺮﺩﺍﺑﻪ‪ ،‬ﻛﺒﻴـﺖ ﺍﻟﻄﺸـﺖ ﻣـﻦ ﻣﺴـﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻓـﺔ ﻭﻛـﺬﺍ‬ ‫ﻣﻨﺒـﺮﻩ ﻭﻣﺤﺮﺍﺑـﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻹﺿـﺎﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺤﻘـﺔ ﺑـﻪ ﻣـﻊ ﺻـﺪﻕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٤‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﻨﺎﻟـﻚ ﺷـﺨﺺ ﺟـﺎﻟﺲ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﺟﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﻭﺃﺑﻌﺪﻩ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺟﻠﺲ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻪ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﺣ‪‬ﻜﻤﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺳﺒﺐ!!‪ ...‬ﻓﻬﻮ ﻗﺪ ﻇﹸﻠﻢ ﻭﻟﻴﺼﺒﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻈﻠﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٥‬ﻳﺘﻔـ ‪‬ﺮﻍ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔـﻴﻦ ﺇﻟـﻰ‬ ‫ﻛﻼﻡ ﺑﺬﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺮ‪‬ﻍ ﻟﻠﺘﺴـﻘﻴﻂ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻠﺤـﺪﻳﺚ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﻻ ﺗﻐﻨﻲ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺴـﻤﻦ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤـﺎ ﻫـﻲ ﻧﺼـﻴﺤﺘﻜﻢ ﻟﻌﻤـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺧﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔﻴﻦ )ﺃﻳﺪﻫﻢ ﺍﷲ(؟ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻧﻠﺤـﻆ ﺑﻌـﺾ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٣٩‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺤﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻛـﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺤﺮﻓــﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻔﺴــﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺸــﻘﻴﻦ ﻳﺘﻮﺍﺟــﺪﻭﻥ ﺑــﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔﻴﻦ ﻭﻳﺪﺳﻮﻥ ﺑﺴﻤﻮﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻴﻨﻨـﺎ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬـﻞ ﻣـﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘـﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺒـﺎﺭﻙ ﻟﻜـﻲ ﻳﻌـﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔـﻴﻦ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬ ‫ﺇﻗﺼﺎﺀ ﺷﺮﻭﺭ ﻫﺆﻻﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻛﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻔﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻭﺋﻴﻦ ﻟﻠﺤـﻖ‬ ‫ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻋﻈﻴﻤﺔ ﺳﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﷲ ﻟﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﺑﺎﹰ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺑﻮﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻹﻳﻤﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻮﺑـﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻹﻧﺎﺑـﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺟـﻮﻉ ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋـ ﱠﺰ ﻭﺟـﻞ ﻭﺍﻻﻧﻘﻄـﺎﻉ ﻋـﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟـﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴـﺔ ﺑﺰﺧﺮﻓﻬـﺎ ﻭﺯﺑﺮﺟﻬـﺎ ﻭﺃﺣﺰﺍﺑﻬـﺎ ﻭﺷـﺮﻛﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﺷﻴﺎﻃﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﺍﻧﻐﻤﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﺮﺍﻋﻮﺍ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻪ ﺇ ﹰﻻ ﻭﻻ ﺫﻣﺔ‪ ...‬ﻟﺬﺍ ﻓﻤـﻦ ﺍﻟﻀـﺮﻭﺭﻱ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻜـﻮﻥ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺧﺎﻟﺼﺔ ﻟﻮﺟﻬـﻪ ﻭﺍﺗﺮﻛـﻮﺍ ﻛـﻞ ﺃﻣـﻮﺭ ﺍﻟـﺪﻧﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻄـﺎﻟﺢ ﺑﻄﺮﻳـﻖ ﺃﻭﻟـﻰ ﻭﺍﺭﻛﻨـﻮﺍ ﷲ ﻓﻘـﻂ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٤٠‬‬ ‫ﺩﻭﻥ ﻏﻴﺮﻩ ﻓﻬﻮ ﺇﻥ ﻟـﻢ ‪‬ﻳـ ‪‬ﻚ ﺑﺤﺎﺟـﺔ ﻟﻨـﺎ ﻭﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺍﺗﻨـﺎ ﻓﺈﻧﻨـﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﻣﺎﺳﺔ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻓـﺎﺗﻘﻮﺍ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺃﺣﺴـﻨﻮﺍ ﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻳﺤـﺐ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺴﻨﻴﻦ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٦‬ﻫﻞ ﺗﺠﺐ ﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪‬ﻣﻦ ﺃﻓﺴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٧‬ﻛﻢ ﻫﻲ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﻞ‬ ‫ﺗﺠﻮﺯ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻣ ـﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼــﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ )ﺝ‪ (٢‬ﺹ‪:٤١‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ‪ ،‬ﻓﻼ ﻳﺼﺢ ﺃﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺛـﻼﺙ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﺼـﺢ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻮﻣﺎﹰ ﺃﻭ ﺑﻌﻀﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺑﻌﻀﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺗـــﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻴـــﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠـــﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟـــﻰ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳـــﻄﺘﺎﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺧﻴﺮﺓ‪ ....‬ﺍﻟﺦ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٤١‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٨‬ﻣﺎﺫﺍ ﻳﺤﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻳﺤﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﺮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼـﺎﺋﻢ ﻭﺯﻳـﺎﺩﺓ ﻣﺜـﻞ ﺍﻟﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺧـﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٠٩‬ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻔـﺪﻯ ﻧﺮﺟـﻮ ﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻜﻢ ﻧﺼﻴﺤﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﺧﻮﺓ ﺃﺗﺒـﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﺤـﻮﺯﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻃﻘـﺔ‬ ‫ﻓــﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﺔ ﺳــﺒﻊ ﻗﺼــﻮﺭ ﻛــﻮﻧﻬﻢ ﻳــﺄﺗﻤﺮﻭﻥ ﺑــﺄﻣﺮﻛﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺴﻌﻮﻥ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻃﺎﻋﺘﻜﻢ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺎ ﻫﻢ ﻗﻀـﻮﺍ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﻗﻮﺓ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺭﺣﻤﺘﻪ ﻭﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗـﻪ ﻭﺁﺧـﺮ ﺩﻋﻮﺍﻧـﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻤـﺪ ﷲ‬ ‫ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻴﻦ‪ .‬ﻧﺮﺟﻮ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻤﺎﺣﺘﻜﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺗﻘﺒـﻞ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻋﻤـﺎﻟﻬﻢ ﻭﻃﺎﻋـﺎﺗﻬﻢ‪....‬‬ ‫ﻭﻧﺴﺄﻟﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٠‬ﺍﺧﺘﻠﻔﺖ ﺍﻵﺭﺍﺀ ﻭﺗﻀﺎﺭﺑﺖ ﻣﻮ‪‬ﻟـﺪﺓ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٤٢‬‬ ‫ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻻﺕ ﻓﻌﻠﻴﺔ ﺣﻮﻝ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺟﺪ ﻓﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻪ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﻞ ﺃﻥ ﺣﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻭﺑﺎﺣﺘـﻪ ﻭﻛـﻞ‬ ‫ﺷﻲﺀ ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺳﻮﺭ )ﺳﻴﺎﺝ( ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﺴﺠﺪﺍﹰ‬ ‫ﺃﻡ ﻻ؟ ﻧﺮﺟﻮ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺿﻴﺢ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻓﻲ ﻣـﻨﻜﻢ ﺑﻤـﺎ‬ ‫ﻻ ﻳﺒﻘﻲ ﻟﻠﻨﻘـﺎﺵ ﺃﺛـﺮ ﻓـﻲ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿـﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﻬـﻢ ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ‬ ‫ﺗﻜـﺮ‪‬ﺭﺕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻹﺷ ـﻜﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﺧ ـﺘﻼﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻴ ـﺮ ﻓﻴ ـﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﻘﻮﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺼﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻧﻌﻢ ﻳﺼﺢ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺃﺟﺰﺍﺀ ﻣـﺎ ﻳﻨﻄﺒـﻖ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺴﺠﺪﺍﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١١‬ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺣﺼﻞ ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺑﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮ ﻓﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ‪‬‬ ‫ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻠﺒﺚ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻫﻲ )ﺛﻼﺙ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﻠﻴﺎﻟﻴﻬﺎ(‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٤٣‬‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﹰﻻ‪ :‬ﻣـﻨﻬﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﻗـﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻤـﺪﺓ ﻫـﻲ ﻣـﺜﻼﹰ ﺇﻧـﻚ ﺇﺫﺍ‬ ‫ﺩﺧﻠﺖ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ ﺍﻷﺣـﺪ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﺴـﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺷـﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺎﺀً ﺗﺨﺮﺝ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﻤﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﻣﺴﺎﺀً‪.‬‬ ‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴﹰﺎ‪ :‬ﻭﻣـﻨﻬﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﻗـﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻤـﺪﺓ ﻫـﻲ ﻣـﺜ ﹰﻼ ﺇﻧـﻚ ﺇﺫﺍ‬ ‫ﺩﺧﻠﺖ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻷﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺷﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺎ ًﺀ ﺗﺨﺮﺝ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺩﺧﻮﻝ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﻤﻴﺲ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﹰﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓــﺈﺫﺍ ﻛــﺎﻥ ﻫﻨﺎﻟــﻚ ﺇﺣــﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﺳــﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻘ ‪‬ﺪﻣــﺔ‬ ‫ﺧﺎﻃﺊ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﺣﻜﻢ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ؟ ﻓﻴﺎ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺃﻱ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺴﻴﺮﻳﻦ ﺃﺻﺢ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻭﻗﻊ ﺍﺷﺘﺒﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ‪ :‬ﺗﻘﺼـﺪ ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺣﺪ‪ :‬ﺍﻷﺣﺪ ﻟﻴﻼﹰ ﻭﺇﻻ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻷﺣـﺪ ﻓـﺎﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ‬ ‫ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﺃﻱ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻗﻞ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٢‬ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﺴـﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺿـﻴﺔ ﺃﺣﻴـﺎ ﺃﺑﻨـﺎﺀ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٤٤‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴـﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﻤـﺪ ﺍﻟﺼـﺪﺭ‪ ‬ﺍﻟﺸـﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻄﻠـﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﻲ‬ ‫ﺷﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺎ ﻧﺤﻦ ﻣﻘﺒﻠﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻋﺘﺎﺏ ﺷـﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ‪ .‬ﻓﻬﻞ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻨﻴـﺔ ﺗﻔﻌﻴـﻞ ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸـﻌﻴﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻟﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺑﻞ ﺃﻧﺎ ﻭﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻻ ﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﺑﻞ‬ ‫ﻫﻮ ﺳﻨﻮﻱ‪ ...‬ﻭﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺘـﻪ ﻣﻨﻔـﺮﺩﹰﺍ ﺃﻳﻀـﺎﹰ ﺇﺿـﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟـﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻣﻨﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٣‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻁ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺱ ﻣـﻦ ﺷـﺮﻭﻁ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻭﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪﻩ ﻓﻲ )ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ ‪ (١٣١‬ﻣﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﺝ‪ ٢‬ﺃﻧﻪ‪) :‬ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﻸﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺟﺤﺔ ﻓﻴﻤـﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻋـﺪ‪‬‬ ‫ﻣــﻦ ﺍﻟﻀــﺮﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﻋﺮﻓــﹰﺎ(‪ .‬ﻫــﻞ ﺍﻟﺤــﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴــﺔ ﻣــﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﻋﺮﻓﹰﺎ()‪:(١‬‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﻧﺺﹼ )ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ ‪)) :(١٣١‬ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﺘﺸﻴﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺎﺋﺰ=‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٤٥‬‬ ‫‪ -١‬ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻮﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﻐﺴﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﺐ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٢‬ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺤﻤﺎﻡ ﻷﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﺮﻳﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٣‬ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٤‬ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻣﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺤﻮﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻄﻮﺭ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٥‬ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻴﺪﻳﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﺎﺑﻮﻥ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻩ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬‬ ‫‪ -١‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ‪‬ﻳﻚ‪ ‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﺪ ﺣﺎﺟﺘﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٢‬ﻛﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫=ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﻐﺴﻴﻠﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﻜﻔﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﻭﺩﻓﻨﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻱ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺪﺓ ﻓﻀ ﹰﻼ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻷﻛﺜﺮ‪ .‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ‬ ‫ﻟﻌﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻳﺾ ﻭﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﻝ‬ ‫ﺃﻣﺎ ﺗﺸﻴﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻦ ﻭﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﻏﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺟﺤﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻔﻲ ﺟﻮﺍﺯﻫﺎ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻷﻇﻬﺮ ﺍﻟﺠﻮﺍﺯ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻋﺪ‪‬‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﻋﺮﻓﹰﺎ((‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٤٦‬‬ ‫‪ -٤-٣‬ﻛﻼ‪ ...‬ﺇﻻ ﻟﺘﺤﺼﻴﻠﻪ ﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٥‬ﻛﻼ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٤‬ﻫـﻞ ﻳﺠـﻮﺯ ﺍﺻـﻄﺤﺎﺏ ﺟﻬ ـﺎﺯ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺑﺎﻳﻞ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻘﺎﻡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺷﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﺑﺎﻷﻫﻞ ﺃﻡ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻤـﻞ ﻳ‪‬ﺨـﻞ ﺑﻬـﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸـﻌﻴﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺒﻄﻞ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ؟‬ ‫‪   ‬ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻴـﻞ ﻣﻨـﻪ ﻻ ﻳﻀـﺮ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻـﹰﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﻱ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٥‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﺃﻧﻨـﺎ ﻣﻘﺒﻠـﻴﻦ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪ ،‬ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺪ‪‬ﺳـﺔ ﺃﺣﻴﻴﺘﻬـﺎ )ﺃﻋﺰﱠﻧـﺎ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﻌــﺰﻙ( ﺑﻌــﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻣﺎﺗﻬــﺎ ﺍﻟــﺪﻫﺮ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤــﺎ ﻫــﻲ ﻧﺼــﻴﺤﺘﻚ‬ ‫ﻹﺧﻮﺗﻚ ﻭﺃﺑﻨﺎﺋﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔﻴﻦ ﻟﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﺗﺨـﺎﺫ ﻫـﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻳـﺎﻡ ﻟﻠﻌﺒـﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﻃﻠـﺐ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٤٧‬‬ ‫ﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ‪ ...‬ﻻ ﻟﻠﻐﻴﺒﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻤﻴﻤﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺎﻃﻞ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٦‬ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩﹰﺍ ﻹﺣﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻄﻠﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺣﻴﻴﺘﻤﻮﻫﺎ ﺃﻻ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﺟـﺰﺍﻛﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺧﻴـﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﺰﺍﺀ‪ ،‬ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻟـﺪﻱ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻷﺳـﺌﻠﺔ ﺣـﻮﻝ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ‬ ‫ﺍﺧﺘﻠﻒ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ﻭﺑﻌﻀـﻬﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺭﺟـﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻟﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺄﻧﺎ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻟﹸﺘﻨﻴـﺮ ﻋﻘﻮﻟﻨـﺎ ﻭﻗﻠﻮﺑﻨـﺎ ﺑﻌﻠـﻮﻡ ﺁﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺍﻡ )ﺭﺿﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ(‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻲ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺱ‪ :١‬ﻫﻞ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﺃﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺠﺮ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻭﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻐﺮﻭﺏ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﺘﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﺃﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻭﻗﺖ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻻ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻻﺑﺘﺪﺍﺋﻪ ﺑﻞ ﻳﻨﺘﻬﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ‬ ‫ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺃ‪ ...‬ﻭﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺑﺄﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﺭﻑ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺱ‪ :٢‬ﻣﺎ ﺗﻌﺮﻳـﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺠـﺎﻣﻊ ﺍﻟـﺬﻱ ﻳﺼـ ‪‬ﺢ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻓﻴـﻪ؟ ﻭﻫـﻞ ﻳﺸـﺘﺮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜـﻮﻥ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺻـﻼﺓ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٤٨‬‬ ‫ﺟﻤﺎﻋـﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﻞ ﻳﺸـﺘﺮﻁ ﻋﺪﺍﻟـﺔ ﺇﻣـﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋـﺔ ﻟﺼـﺤﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓﻴﻪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻫـﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴـﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﻄﻘـﺔ ﻻ‬ ‫ﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ‪ ...‬ﺑﻞ ﺍﻷﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﺟﺪ ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺔ)‪.(١‬‬ ‫ﺱ‪ :٣‬ﺍﻋﺘﻜﻒ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﻣﺴـﺠﺪ ﺟـﺎﻣﻊ ﺗﻮﺟـﺪ‬ ‫ﺣﺴﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﻼﺻﻘﺔ ﻟﻪ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﺏ ‪‬ﻳﻔـﹶﺘﺢ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠـﺎﻣﻊ‪ ،‬ﻫـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺠـﺎﻣﻊ ﻟـﻴﺲ ﻟـﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋـﺔ ﺻـﺤﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺣﻤﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻪ ﻭﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﺤﺴﻴﻨﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻫﻮ‪ :‬ﻫﻞ‬ ‫ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻣﻊ ‪ -‬ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺮﻭﺭ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺤﺴﻴﻨﻴﺔ‪ -‬ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﺼـﺤﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺎﻣـﺎﺕ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﺍﻡ ﻭﻣﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻭﻣﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﻓﺔ ﻭﻣﺴﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺒﺼﺮﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٤٩‬‬ ‫‪ -١‬ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻮﺀ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻐﺴﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﺐ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٢‬ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺤﻤﺎﻡ ﻷﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻒ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٣‬ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻴﺪﻳﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﺎﺑﻮﻥ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻩ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -٤‬ﻷﺟﻞ ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺑﻊ ﻟﻠﺤﺴﻴﻨﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﺳـﺘﺪﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺒـﺚ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﺷــﺮﻭﻁ ﺍﻟﺼــﺤﺔ ﻓــﻲ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜــﺎﻑ ﻓــﻼ ﺑ‪‬ــ ‪‬ﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜــﻮﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻗﺼﻴﺮ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻠﻀﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺃﻭ ﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺒﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻐـﺎﺋﻂ ﺃﻭ ﻏﺴـﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺎﺑـﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻣـﺲ ﻣﻴ‪‬ـﺖ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛـﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺒﺐ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ ﻭﻳ‪‬ﺮﺍﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﺄﻗﺮﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻄﹸﺮﻕ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺯﻳـﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻠﺒـﺚ ﻭﺇﻻ ﻗـﺪ ﻳﻜـﻮﻥ ﻣﺎﺣﻴـﹰﺎ‬ ‫ﻟﺼـﻮﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻓﻴﺒﻄـﻞ‪ ...‬ﻟﻜـﻦ ﻛـﻞ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟـﻢ‬ ‫ﻳﺘﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﺇﻻ ﺗﻌ‪‬ﻴﻦ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺭﺍﺟــﻊ ﻣﺴــﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﻟﺸــﺮﻁ ﺍﻟﺴــﺎﺩﺱ ﻣــﻦ ﺷــﺮﻭﻁ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺹ‪ ٤٢‬ﻭﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ‪...‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٥٠‬‬ ‫ﺱ‪ :٤‬ﺃﻓﺘـــﻰ )ﺭﺿـــﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴـــﻪ( ﻓـــﻲ ﻣـــﻨﻬﺞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ ﺝ‪ ٢‬ﻓﻲ ﺷﺮﻭﻁ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ‪ ،‬ﻓـﻼ ﻳﺼـﺢ ﺃﻗـﻞ ﻣـﻦ ﺛﻼﺛـﺔ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺼﺢ ﺍﻷﺯﻳﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻮﻣﺎﹰ ﺃﻭ ﺑﻌﻀﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﻀﻬﺎ‪ .‬ﻭﺗﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠـﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟـﻰ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳـﻄﺘﺎﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺧﻴﺮﺓ‪ .‬ﻭﺇﻥ ﺟﺎﺯ ﺇﺩﺧﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻫﻮ‪ :‬ﻫﻞ ﺗﺪﻝ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺓ‪) :‬ﻭﺗـﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻄﺘﺎﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻷﺧﻴـﺮﺓ( ﻋﻠـﻰ ﻭﺟـﻮﺏ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻫﻨﺎﻟﻚ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻟﻴﺎ ﹴﻝ؟ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﻮﺍﺏ ﻻ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ‬ ‫ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮﻫﺎ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻓﻘـﻂ ﻓـﺈﺫﺍ ﺍﺑﺘـﺪﺃ‬ ‫ﻟﻴﻼﹰ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺃ ﻧﻬﺎﺭﹰﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﻣﻠﻔﻘﺎﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٧‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ‬
