‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٥١‬‬ ‫ﺑﻴﺘﻪ ﻣﻼﺻﻖ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟـﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﻣـﻦ ﺃﺟـﻞ ﺍﻻﻏﺘﺴـﺎﻝ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻮﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺟﻮﻉ ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺣﺴﺐ ﻓﺮﺽ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻧﻌﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٨‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴـﻞ‬ ‫ﹸﻏﺴﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺎﺑﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻓﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﺣﻤﺎﻡ ﻟﻠﻐﺴـﻞ ﺃﻡ ﻳﺠـﺐ ﻋﻠﻴـﻪ ﺍﻟﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﻠﻐﺴـﻞ ﺧـﺎﺭﺝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻓﻲ ﻣـﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼـﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ )ﺝ‪ (٢‬ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ‬ ‫)‪)) :(١٣٤‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻣﻜﻨﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﺘﺴـﻞ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻓﺎﻟﻈـﺎﻫﺮ‬ ‫ﻋﺪﻡ ﺟﻮﺍﺯ ﺍﻟﺨﺮﻭﺝ ﻷﺟﻠﻪ‪ .‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺤـﺪﺙ ﻻ ﻳﻤﻨـﻊ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻛﻤﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﻴ‪‬ﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣١٩‬ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻟﺸـﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻔـﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻳﻘﻮﻣﻮﻥ ﺑﺈﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻧﻲ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﻭﺟﺒـﺔ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٥٢‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺤﻮﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻄﻮﺭ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺼﺢ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻬﻢ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺣﺴﺐ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﻻ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻟـﻢ ﻳﺴـﺘﻠﺰﻡ ﺧﺮﻭﺟـﺎﹰ ﻋـﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺒـﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤـﺮﺍﺩ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻬـﺎ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٠‬ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺘﻨﺎ ﻣﺴـﺠﺪﺍﻥ ﻫﻤـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻛﺒـﺮ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨـﺔ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﺗﻘـﺎﻡ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺻـﻼﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺠﻤﻌــﺔ ﺃﻣــﺎ ﺻــﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋــﺔ ﻓﻬــﻲ ﻗﻠﻴﻠــﺔ ﻭﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩﻫــﺎ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺪﻭﺩﻳﻦ ﻟﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﻣﻘﺘﺼﺮﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺤﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ‬ ‫ﻳﻘﻊ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﺍﻷﺣﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﻳﺒﺔ ﻣﻨﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻦ ﻋـﺎﺩﺓ‬ ‫ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺼﺪﻭﻩ ﺇﻻ ﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﺠﻤﻌﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻻ ﺗﻘﺎﻡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺠ‪‬ﻤﻌﺔ ﻭﺇﻧﻤـﺎ ﺗﻘـﺎﻡ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺻـﻼﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻈﻬﺮ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺠ‪‬ﻤﻌﺔ ﻭﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻣﺴـﺘﻤﺮﺓ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﻃﻴﻠـﺔ‬ ‫ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻷﺳـﺒﻮﻉ ﻭﻳﺤﻀـﺮﻫﺎ ﺃﻏﻠـﺐ ﺃﻓـﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨـﺔ ﻭﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﺸﺎﺋﺮﻫﺎ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺮﻳﻬﺎ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻳﻘﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨـﺔ‪،‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٥٣‬‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴــﺎﻓﺔ ﺑــﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴــﺠﺪ ﺣــﻮﺍﻟﻲ ‪ ٧٠٠‬ﻣﺘــﺮ‪ ،‬ﻓــﺄﻱ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪﻳﻦ ﻳﺼﺪﻕ ﻋﻠﻴـﻪ ﺃﻧـﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴـﻲ ﻟﻠﺒﻠـﺪ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺼﺢ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻓﻴـﻪ؟ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺷـﻜﻜﻨﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﺫﻟـﻚ‬ ‫ﺃﻳﺼﺢ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻳﻬﻤﺎ ﺷﺌﻨﺎ؟‬ ‫‪  ‬ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻣﻊ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺼ ‪‬ﺢ ﻓﻴﻪ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢١‬ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒـﺎﺭﻙ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻖ ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺻـﺪﻳﻘﻨﺎ ﻣـﻦ ﺟﻴﺒـﻪ ﻣـﺎﺀ‬ ‫ﻭﺭﺩ ﻭﻧﺤﻦ ﺷﻤﻤﻨﺎﻩ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﺎﺀ ﻭﺭﺩ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴـﺎ ﺳـﻴﺪﻱ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ ﻫﻞ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻨﺎ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ ﺃﻡ ﻣﺎﺫﺍ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻻ ﻳﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻹﺷﻜﺎﻝ‪...‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٢‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠـﻮﺯ ﺍﺳـﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺳـﻮﺏ‬ ‫ﺃﺛﻨـﺎﺀ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜ ـﺎﻑ ﻟﻐـﺮﺽ ﻗ ـﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﺘـﺐ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺿ ـﻴﻊ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٥٤‬‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎﹰ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺼﻔﺢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻧﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﻟﻤﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﺒﺎﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺭﻳﻊ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺑﺄﺷﺨﺎﺹ ﻋﺒﺮ ﺍﻷﻧﺘﺮﻧﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺘﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻓﺎﻷﻭﻟﻰ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻴﱠﻘﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٣‬ﻳﻘــﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺴــﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺸــﻬﻴﺪ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪ :‬ﺍﻷﺣﻮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﻘﺼﺪ ﻓﻌـﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺒـﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﻴـﻪ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺻﻼﺓ ﻭﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﻤﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻹﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﺸـﺮﻋﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻤﺎﺓ ﺑﺎﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻫـﻮ‪ :‬ﻣـﺎﺫﺍ ﻗﺼـﺪ ﺍﻟﺴـﻴﺪ‪ ‬ﺑــ )ﺍﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻴﻨﺔ(؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻫﻲ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٤‬ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﺤﺒﻴﺐ ﻧﺤﻦ ﻣﻘﺒﻠﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٥٥‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﺸﺮﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﺍﺧﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺷـﻌﻴﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﻧﺪﺛﺮﺕ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﺑﻔﻀﻠﻜﻢ ﻳﺎ ﺁﻝ ﺍﻟﺼـﺪﺭ‬ ‫ﻋﺎﺩﺕ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻛﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺿﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻗﺪ ﻋﺰﻑ ﻋﻨﻬـﺎ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴـﺮ ﻭﺧﺼﻮﺻـﹰﺎ ﺍﻟﺼـﺪﺭﻳﻴﻦ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻬـﺎ‬ ‫ﺳــﺘﻨﺪﺛﺮ ﻻ ﺳــﺎﻣﺢ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬــﻞ ﻣــﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻬــﺎﺕ ﻋــﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺟﺰﺍﻙ ﺍﷲ ﺧﻴﺮﺍﹰ؟‬ ‫‪  ‬ﻣـﻦ ﻳﻌـﺰﻑ ﺃﻭﻝ ﻣـﺮ‪‬ﺓ ﻟـﻦ ﻳﻨﻔﻌـﻪ‬ ‫ﻧﺼﺤﻨﺎ‪ ...‬ﻓﻼ ﻛﻼﻡ ﻟﻨﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٥‬ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻷﺣﻴـﺎﻥ ﻧﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﺟﺪ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﻭﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺠﺪ ﺇﻣـﺎﻡ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﺎﻋـﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻧﻌـﺮﻑ ﺣـﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﻣـﺎﻡ ﻣـﻦ‬ ‫ﺣﻴﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺍﻟﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬﻞ ﺍﻷﻓﻀﻞ ﻧﺼﻠﻲ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﺃﻡ ﻓﺮﺍﺩﻯ؟‬ ‫‪  ‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳ‪ ‬ﻚ ﻣﻄﻌﻮﻧﺎﹰ ﺑﻌﺪﺍﻟﺘﻪ ﻓﺼﻠﻲ‬ ‫ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻭﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺸﻚ ﻓﺎﻹﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﺮﺍﺩﻯ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٥٦‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٦‬ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﻂ ﻭﺍﻟﺠـﺪﻝ ﺣـﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﻓﻬﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺴـﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺸـﻬﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﻤـﺪ ﺍﻟﺼـﺪﺭ‪ ‬ﺣـﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﻨــﻰ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺗــﻪ ﻓــﻲ ﺍﻟﺼــﺮﺍﻁ ﻭﺍﻟﻤــﻨﻬﺞ ﻓــﻲ ﻛﺘــﺎﺏ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ ﺣﻮﻝ ﻣﺪﺓ ﺍﻟ ‪‬ﻤﻜﺚ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﻮﻟﻪ‪‬‬ ‫ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ ﺗﺘﻮﺳـﻄﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠﺘـﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠـﺪﻳﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺳﺆﺍﻻﻥ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻘﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﻓﻨﺮﺟﻮ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﻔﻀـﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻨـﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﺟﺎﺑﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‪ :‬ﻭﻗﺖ ﺩﺧﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﻫﻞ ﻫﻮ ﻟﻴ ﹰﻼ‪ ،‬ﺃﻱ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻟﻴﻠـﺔ ﺍﻟﻴـﻮﻡ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻟﻺﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻤﻜـﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺁﺫﺍﻥ ﻓﺠﺮ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ﻟﻺﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ؟‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪ :‬ﻭﻗﺖ ﺍﻟﺨـﺮﻭﺝ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻧﺘﻬـﺎﺀ ﺍﻷﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻟـﺜﻼﺙ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﺃﺳﺄﻝ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ‪‬ﻣﺒ ‪‬ﺴﻂ ﺟﺪﹰﺍ ﻟﻜﻲ ﻳﻔﻬﻢ ﺃﻛﺒﺮ ﻋﺪﺩ‬ ‫ﻣﻤﻜـﻦ‪ ،‬ﻟـﻮ ﻓﺮﺿـﻨﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺃﻭﻝ ﺃﻳـﺎﻡ ﺍﻹﻋﺘﻜـﺎﻑ ﻫـﻮ ﻳـﻮﻡ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٥٧‬‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺣﺪ ﻓﻤﺘﻰ ﻳﺨﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜﻒ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻳﺒـﺪﺃ ﻗﺒـﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺠـﺮ ﺑﻘﻠﻴـﻞ )ﻣـﻦ ﻳـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺜﺎﻝ( ﻭﻳﻨﺘﻬﻲ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻏﺮﻭﺏ ﺃﻭ ﺯﻭﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﻼﺛﺎﺀ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٧‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﺧﺎﺩﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺣﺪ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻴﺎﺭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭﻱ ﻭﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳـﺒﺎﺕ ﻳﺘﻀـﺎﺭﺏ ﻋﻤﻠـﻲ ﻣـﻊ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳـﺒﺔ ﻭﺇﺧﻮﺍﻧﻨـﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺆﻭﻟﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻴﻨـﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺠﻴـﺰﻭﻥ ﻟﻨـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟـﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻟـﻮﻥ ﻟﻨـﺎ ﺇﻥ ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﻢ ﻫـﺬﺍ ‪‬ﻣﺒـﺮﺉ ﻟﻠﺬﻣـﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺳﺎﻗﻂ ﻋﻨﻜﻢ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻠﻴﻒ‪ ،‬ﻣﺜ ﹰﻼ )ﺍﻻﻋﺘﻜﺎﻑ‪ ،‬ﺗﻈﺎﻫﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻟﻨﺼﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻈﻠﻮﻡ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎﺕ(‪ .‬ﻓﻴﺎ ﺳﻴﺪﻱ ﻫﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻠــﻲ ﻫــﺬﺍ ﻓﻴــﻪ ﺑــﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﻟﻠﺬﻣــﺔ ﻟﻌــﺪﻡ ﺫﻫــﺎﺑﻲ ﻟﺘﻠــﻚ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎﺕ؟‬ ‫‪‬ﻛﻼ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﺒﺮﺀً ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎﹰ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٥٨‬‬ ‫‪ (١)‬‬ ‫ﺑﺴﻤﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺃﺣﺒﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ﻫﻨﻴﺌﺎﹰ ﻟﻜﻢ ﺍﻋﺘﻜﺎﻓﻜﻢ ﻭﻋﺒﺎﺩﺍﺗﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﻭﺻﻮﻣﻜﻢ ﻭﺣﻴﺎﻛﻢ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺷﻜﺮﹰﺍ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻨﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓـﻮ ﺍﷲ ﺇﻧﻜـﻢ ﺃﺣﻴﻴـﺘﻢ ﺷـﻌﻴﺮﺓ ‪‬ﻣﻨـﺪ‪‬ﺛ‪‬ﺮﺓ ﺑﻄـﺎﻋﺘﻜﻢ ﻫـﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﺒﺎﺩﺗﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺗﻠـﻚ ﻭﺍﺳـﺘﺠﺒﺘﻢ ﻟﻨـﺪﺍﺀ ﺣـﻮﺯﺗﻜﻢ‬ ‫ﻓﻜـﺎﻥ ﻧﺼـﺮﹰﺍ ﻟﻬـﺎ ﻭﻧﺼـﺮﹰﺍ ﻟﻜـﻢ ﺑـﻞ ﻫـﻮ ﻧﺼـﺮ‪ ‬ﻟﻺﺳـﻼﻡ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴـﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻭﻗـﺪ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺗﺠﻤﻌﻜـﻢ ﻫـﺬﺍ ﻣ‪‬ﺒﻌـﺚﹸ ﺫﻛـﺮﻯ‬ ‫ﻹﺣﻴﺎﺀ ﺻﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﻗﻤﻨﺎﻫﺎ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻟﻮﺍﺀ‬ ‫ﻭﻟﻴﻨﺎ ﻭﻣﺮﺟﻌﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﺃﺳﺄﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺤﻤﻴﻜﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﺷـﺮ ﺍﻻﺣـﺘﻼﻝ ﻭﺷـﺮ‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﺧﺎﺗﻤﺔ ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻹﻋﻜﺘﺎﻑ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٥٩‬‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺭﻫ ـﺎﺏ ﻭﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻴﺸــﻮﺍ ﺑ ـﺄﻣﻦ ﻭﺃﻣــﺎﻥ ﻭﺇﻳﻤ ـﺎﻥ ﻭﻃﺎﻋــﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺣﺴﺐ ﻋﻠﻤـﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺩﻋـﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻜـﻒ ﻣﻘﺒـﻮﻝ ﻏﺎﻟﺒـﹰﺎ ﻓـﻼ‬ ‫ﺗﻨﺴــﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻈﻠــﻮﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻌــﺮﺍﻗﻴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺸــﻬﺪﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺮﺣــﻰ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻘﻠﻴﻦ ﻋﺴﻰ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺮﻓﻊ ﻋﻨﺎ ﻭﻋﻨﻬﻢ ﹶﻏﻢ‪ ‬ﺍﻻﺣـﺘﻼﻝ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﻦ ﺇﺧﻮﺗﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺸـﺎﺭﻕ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﻣﻐﺎﺭﺑﻬـﺎ‬ ‫ﻋﺴــﻰ ﺍﷲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜــﻮﻥ ﻳــﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻈﻬــﻮﺭ ﻗﺮﻳﺒــﺎﹰ ﺑﻤﺸــﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ‪ .‬ﻭﺃﺭﺟـﻮ ﻣـﻨﻜﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺴـﺘﻐﻠﻮﺍ ﻣﺜـﻞ ﻫـﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔـﺮﺹ ﻟﺘﻜﺜﻴـﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻋـﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺒـﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺒ‪‬ﻌـﺪ ﻋـﻦ ﺍﻟـﺪﻧﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﻣﻐﺮﻳﺎﺗﻬـﺎ ﻓﻜـﻞ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﻳﺠﻌـﻞ ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤـﻊ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌـﹰﺎ‬ ‫ﻣﺆﻣﻨﹰﺎ ﻃﺎﺋﻌﺎﹰ ﻣﻨﻘﺎﺩﺍﹰ ﻟﺮﺑﻪ ﻓﺠﺰﺍﻛﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺧﻴﺮﺍﹰ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٦٠‬‬ ‫‪ ‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٨‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﺃﻋﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎﻷﺟﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻣﻴﺔ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺗﻜﻴﻔﻴﻨﻲ ﻟﻴﻮﻣﻴﻦ ﻻ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ‪ ،‬ﻓﻬﻞ ﺗﺠﺐ ﻋﻠ ‪‬ﻲ‬ ‫ﺯﻛﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺇﻥ ﺻﺪﻕ ﻋﻠﻴـﻚ ﻋﻨـﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻴـﺮ ﻓـﻼ‬ ‫ﺗﺠﺐ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٢٩‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺇﻋﻄﺎﺀ ﻣـﻦ ﻣـﺎﻝ ﺯﻛـﺎﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺑﻨﻲ ﻫﺎﺷﻢ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﺮﺍﺀ؟‬ ‫‪) ‬ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ ‪ (٢٨١‬ﻣـﻦ ﺍﻟﻤـﻨﻬﺞ ﺝ‪: ٢‬‬ ‫))ﺗﺤﺮﻡ ﻓﻄـﺮﺓ ﻏﻴـﺮ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺷـﻤﻲ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺷـﻤﻲ‪ ،‬ﻭﺗﺤـﻞ‬ ‫ﻓﻄﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺷﻤﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺷﻤﻲ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻩ‪.((....‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﻣﻘﺘﺪﻯ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﺭ )‪(٤٦١‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣٠‬ﻧﺤـﻦ ﻣﻌﺘﻘﻠـﻴﻦ ﻭﻧﺮﻳـﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻧﻌـﺮﻑ‬ ‫ﻫــﻞ ﺯﻛــﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄــﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﺟــﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻨــﺎ ﺃﻡ ﻻ؟ ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻧــﺖ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﺟﺒﺔ‪ ،‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺃﻥ ﻳـﺪﻓﻌﻮﻫﺎ ﺃﻫﻠﻨـﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﹼﻨـﺎ ﻻ ﻧﻤﻠـﻚ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﻘﻮﺩ؟‬ ‫‪ ‬ﺑﻞ ﺗﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﻣـﻊ ﺗـﻮﻓﺮ ﺷـﺮﻭﻃﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﺇﻻ ﺗﺴﻘﻂ ﻣﻄﻠﻘﺎﹰ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴ ـﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣١‬ﺑـﺎﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻟﻮﺟﻮﺩﻧـﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺘﱠﺤﺪﺓ )ﺑﺮﻳﻄﺎﻧﻴﺎ( ﺃﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻴﻔﻴـﺔ ﺗﺜﺒﻴـﺖ ﻳـﻮﻡ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻴﺪ ﻭﺯﻛﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ؟ ﻭﻫﻞ ﺑﺎﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻘﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﺍﺟﺪﺓ ﻫﻨﺎ؟ ﻣـﻦ ﻗﺒﻴـﻞ ﻣﺆﺳﺴـﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻣـﺎﻡ ﻋﻠـﻲ‪ ‬ﻓـﻲ ﻟﻨـﺪﻥ ﺑﻬـﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺨﺼـﻮﺹ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫـﻞ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺇﺧـﺮﺍﺝ ﺯﻛـﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄـﺮﺓ ﻣـﻦ ﻗﺒـﻞ ﻋـﺎﺋﻠﺘﻲ ﻓـﻲ‬ ‫ﺑﻐﺪﺍﺩ‪ ،‬ﻟﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺍﻕ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎﻗﺎ ﻟﻬﺎ‪....‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٦٢‬‬ ‫‪ ‬ﻛـﻞ ﺫﻟـﻚ ﺭﺍﺟـﻊ ﻟﻼﻃﻤﺌﻨـﺎﻥ ﺃﻣـﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ ﻓﻌﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪ ﺗﻮﺯﻳﻌﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣٢‬ﻣـﺎ ﺣﻜـﻢ ﻣـﻦ ﻟـﻢ ﻳﺨـﺮﺝ ﺯﻛـﺎﺓ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺑﺪﻋﻮﻯ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺼـﻢ ﺗﻠـﻚ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﻨﻴﻦ ﻋﺼﻴﺎﻧﹰﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻌﺬﺭ؟‬ ‫‪ :‬ﻻ ﺩﺧﻞ ﻟﻠﺼﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﺰﻛﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣٣‬ﺳـﻴﺪﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﻔـﺪﻯ ﻧﺤـﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋـﺔ‬ ‫ﻣــﻦ ﺍﻟﺸــﺒﺎﺏ ﻗﻤﻨــﺎ ﺑﺠﻤــﻊ ﺯﻛــﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄــﺮﺓ ﻣــﻦ ﺑﻌــﺾ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺋﻤﻴﻦ ﻟﻐﺮﺽ ﺇﻋﻄﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﻮﺍﺋـﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻘـﺎﺗﻠﻴﻦ ﻣﻤـﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻀـﻌﻒ ﺣـﺎﻟﺘﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﻳـﺔ ﻭﻭﺟﻬﻨـﺎ ﻏﻴﺮﻧـﺎ ﺑـﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻬـﻞ‬ ‫ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺇﺷﻜﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ؟ ﺃﺩﺍﻣﻚ ﺍﷲ ﺧﻴﻤﺔﹰ ﻟﻨﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ : ‬ﻻ ﻣﻌﻨـﻰ ﻟـﺬﻟﻚ ﻣـﻦ ﻋـﺪﺓ ﻧـﻮﺍﺣﻲ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻭﻟـﻰ‪ :‬ﺇﻥ ﺯﻛـﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄـﺮﺓ ﻻ ﺗﺠـﺐ ﺇﻻ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﻌـﺖ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺿﻴﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﷲ‬ ‫)‪(٤٦٤‬‬ ‫ﻭﻣﺎ ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺨﺮﺝ ﺯﻛﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﺓ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ :‬ﻫﻲ ﻻ ﺗﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻦ ﻻ ﻳﻤﻠﻚ ﻗﻮﺕ‬ ‫ﺳﻨﺘﻪ ﻓﻌﻼﹰ ﻭﻻ ﻗﻮﺓﹰ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗﺴﺘﺤﺐ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴـﺄﻟﺔ )‪(٢٦٢‬‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ ﺝ‪.٢‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣٥‬ﻫﻞ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺷﺮﻋﺎﹰ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺠﻤﻊ ﺃﻣـﻮﺍﻝ‬ ‫ﺯﻛـﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻄـﺮﺓ ﺛـﻢ ﻧﺴـﻠﻤﻬﺎ ﺇﻟـﻰ ﺍﻟﻔﻘـﺮﺍﺀ ﺷـﻬﺮﻳﹰﺎ ﻧﻈـﺮﺍﹰ‬ ‫ﻟﺰﻳﺎﺩﺗﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺩﻓﻌﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﻤﻴـﻊ ﺍﻟﻔﻘـﺮﺍﺀ ﻓـﻲ ﻧﻔـﺲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠﺔ؟‬ ‫‪ :‬ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻟﺪ‪ :‬ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﻋﺰﻟﻬـﺎ‬ ‫ﺟـﺎﺯ ﻟـﻪ ﺍﻟﺘـﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻟـﺪﻓﻊ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛـﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺘـﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﻟﻐـﺮﺽ‬ ‫ﻋﻘﻼﺋﻲ ﻛﺎﻧﺘﻈﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻖ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻊ ﺯﻭﺍﻟﻪ)‪.(١‬‬ ‫ﻣﺴــﺄﻟﺔ )‪ :(٣٣٦‬ﺑﻌـﺾ ﺍﻷﺻـﺪﻗﺎﺀ ﻳﻘﻮﻟـﻮﻥ ﻟـﻲ‬ ‫)‪ (١‬ﻣﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﻴﻦ ﺝ‪ ٢‬ﺹ‪.٨٦‬‬
